murthy sthothra translated from sanskrit to kannada by sri vidvan ganesh bhatta

Dakshinanamurthy
sthothra:
1)
Which
god,equal to city seen in mirror,this name and , form world,by maya existing in
himself,like dream world seing appearing
as though outside from
himself,after jnana production(self realisation),as without
second(advithiya) self realises his self only,such sri gurumurthy dakshinamurthy let this my
nananas(namaskarams )reach.(get submited)
2)this world
before creationlike bud present in seed,was in paramathma onlywas in unmanifest
condition.by god controled maya after
creation imaginated rlation of place(desha) and time now this world is looking is seen peculearly.like magicianlike great
yogi present god(paramathma) in unseen condition ,this world to such gurumurthy dakshinamurthy let this namskarams be
submited(sallili).
3)which
god’s chaithanya form light ,joining in jada things which are
asaths,shows them also ,which godto those who surender to him,by veadic
sentence ‘thathvamasi’ he himself directly informs self form(svrupa)and by realisation of which paramathma(god)jivi does not take birth again again can’t fall in family ocean,to
such gurumurthy dakshina murtfy , let this my namanas reach.
4)Pot having many holes,light of big lamp kept inside,how
coming outside pot through holes and enlightens.in same way included inside
body god’s spirit(chaithanya) form knowledge only through eyes and ears excetra sense organs,
coming outside is enlighting sense
objects.following god only this name and form

5)females,tender aged,blinds,dullards,comparable with all these and with
doubt twisting what is as it is(yathartha),chaarvaka,bouddha, excetra nastika(athiest) vadies,body,prana,sense
organs,,or momentary intellect or shunya
,they tell as athma.to tell like
this god’s power maya covering them is original
cause.therefore by that maya power produced illusion wrong
knowledge that body itsef is
athma,who will remoov to such sri
gurumurthy dakshinamurthy let my this namaskarams be submited.
6)how at the time of
eclipse(grahana) being swallod by rahu
sun and moon appear dusky(masuku), like that in deep sleep (sushupti) as maya covers
athma all sense activities coming to stop,exists in asthithva(existance,sat)form
only.when he awakens he will remember his experience that he slept well.such sri gurumurthy
dakshinamurthy ,let this namana be submited.
7)mutually
different childhood,koumarya(teen age),youth, old age excetra stagesand in
awakenness,dream,sleep,unconsciousness excetra stages contineously following and always emiting in body ‘I’(‘myself’) his
self onlyehich god is showing to his devotees heldknowledge seal(jnanamudre)

is told in upanishaths is athma only.this sarvathma bhava(feel that all is
brahma only)is clearly told in dakshinamurthy stothra.therefore who always listens to this dakshinamurthy
sthothra,who repeats(analyses and understands) what is heard,what is known by
shravana and manana contineously
meditates upon,,who tells that thathva
to others,to such people,added with great treasure called ‘sarvathmathva’ ,eshwarathva
is produced by itself.without any difficulty
to such people anima excetra eight siddhies appear.
