BHAGAVATHA SARODDHARA TRANSLATED TO ENGLISH BY DR.RAVEENDRA HOSADURGA.

SRI VISHNUTHIRTHA VIRACHITHA ‘SRI BHAGAVATHA SARODDHARA”.

MY NAMASKARAMS TO  SRI RAVINDRA  ACHAR WHO GUIDED ME IN TRANLATING THIS BOOK.TRANSLATION IS MY HOBBY ,SCHOLARS ARE REQUESTED TO CORRECT.

 

 1)BHAGAVATHAVAGATHI PRAKARANA:

1)Creation ,protection(maintainance) ,and destruction are are plays of god. To achieve these he uses  three eternal poers called Iccha shakthi,jnana shakthi and kriyashakthi.(WILL POWER,KNOWLEDGE POWER,ACTION POWER).He resides in antharanga(inner mind) of jivies since ancient times. In spite of this  without his complete grace nobody will get  his realization .He is fully independent(SARVATHANTHRA SVATHANTHRA). To paramathma(god) Who is  called devotthama,purusha,parabrahma form.Namaskarams to him.(2-4-12)

 

2)Removal of difficulties, and to get unexpected things-this is called purushartha. Those pirusharthas  god  gives suitable  means(sadhana) to his devotees. Therefore  those who want liberation  worship(upasana) of this mukunda only who is kindful.

 Cuts sins of sajjanas(good people),unseen (invisible to bad people, Sathvaguna yuktha complete knowledge excetras has infinet kalyana charecters. Indulged in bhagavatha dharma –paramahamsas—yathi shrestas searching,expressing his own form(SVARUPA) god again again namaskarams.(2-4-13).

 

3) remembering bhagavatha thathva(principles) promoters(pravarthakas),if bhagavatha is listened(shravana), more punya is got. To indicate this bhagavatha  shasthra(scriptures)  has come from  how and whom is told here.

 

First Sriman narayana told to Brahmadeva.in this verse(shloka)  srikrishna has told to uddhava. In between  Narayana and brahma form  four shloka’s bhagavatha Sri vyasa has told.(3-4-13)

 

Srikrishna told uddhava like this:

Inpast, that means in Padmakalpa  there was  creation. To brahma who was residing in  my  naval lotus(Nabhi kamala),expressing my greatness  high knowledge,and to conversate that knowledge some more means(sadhana) I will tell. That  itself only  jnanies call by name ‘Bhagavatha’. I will tell it for your sake.

 

4) Later brahma told to Narada.

 In thrivikrama incarnation  in vamana form Vishnu(lifted up) due to force of foot sathya loka may get destroyed.I may fall down.-with this fear when I was shaking with fear I made it to stand firm.Protected me also. This type of vishnu’s incarnation –infinet greatness(anantha mahime), Anantha’s infinet charecters  can’t be told  as this much only.

 

5)  Vedavyasa told to Narada.

Nsarda as you have told veda divisions,Mahabharatha composition, excetras work is done by me ,true. But still there is no satisfaction to my mind. Kamalasambhava(you,who is son of Brahma) what is the  secret cause of this dissatisfaction .I request you to inform this.

 

6) to question of vedavyasa,for this dissatisfaction  narada gave this answer.

‘worshipable,you are Shuchshrava-incarnation of narayana. You have dehectless full knowledge. You are expert in  in all Bgagavatha dharma. For protection of bhagavatha dharma  for liberation of all sajjabas(good people), all incarnations which you have manifested(expressed) , all leelas(plays) is to described in  good way(without differing from reality). This work is possible by you only.s By doing this you will be happy. Telling like this  brahmadeva told bhagavatha which was taught to him.

 

7) Produced from god realization, whose mind is filled with unlimited joy(ananda,bliss,happiness)),forgetting inthis joy who does not give attention towards other matters,s,in spite of this ajitha  hero srihari from very beautiful  charecters-plays(leelas),having attractive mind, to know jiva,prakrithi(nature) excetras  thathvas(principles), giving helping light, Bhagavatha  you have studied. Due to grace on people youhave described and told.Like this who described  Bhagavatha ,remover of all sins Vyasa’s son  to Sri Shuka muni my namaskarams. (two intentions are 1)you are self attracted by charecters of Bhagavantha 2) to bless people).

 

8)you are purushotthama.therefore you were able to describe Bhagavatha to  us efficiently. Expert in Athmavidya  vyasa’s son  Shuka,to questions of Parikshitha king gave which  answers those only you tell us.

 

9)Mythreya, your frie

nd Sri vyasa though he wanted to describe charecters of Sri Hari only ,he has not described them  only satisfactorily.Thsay can be understood only by adhikaries(eligibles) only. They are not easily understood by common man.(2-3-25).

10)’Mythreya! To common man  there is no special use from  Mahabharatha book. Therefore for welfare of dullards (mndamathies) like us,for achievement of purusharthas, eternl joy(bliss,happiness) Summary of  Sri Hari charithre-like bee collecting  necter from flowers- describe summary(theme) of sri Hari stories.’You propound Bhagavatha in this way.(3-5-12)

 

11) destroying bondage of bad heritage of kaliyuga, world lord Sri Hari is not proponded(prathipadisu) again again in remaining books agai and agin. But in this Bhagavatha  book Srihari’s  very much propoundence is there. God’s infinet charecters and forms are described in  Bhagavatha. In this book  Srihari’s greatness is told again again. But it is not punarukthi(retelling,repetition) defect. Because it is told in different stories,in different situations, in different ways by different persons,to different listeners. So it is not defect.(12-12-65).

 

12) worshipable  Shesha god described to Sanaka excetra rushies Bhagavatha -For those suffering much for sake of small matters- for it’s solution- I will tell you.(3-9-2).

 

13)Sanathkumara is chief(main) rushi. Who are rushies?.one who has power unpreventable by anybody. He is first born(sambhutha)  than Sanaka excetras..In the same way first(worshipable) also.they came with intention(desire) knowing more about greatness(mahime) of  god, and questioned to Sankarshana god.

14) rushies on questioning like this, punyaful Sankarshana god in  nivritthi dharmas(in nishkama karmas(desireless karmas), indulged Sanathkumara-and remaining rushies what is told is bhagavatha.(3-9-4).

 

15-16) what Sankarshana deva(hgod) told to him  that only he told Sankhyayana rushi. Sankhyana is high among  paramahamsa yathies. He described  god’s vibhuthies and various kinds of greatnesses(mahimes) vastly in detail. He told the same to  parashara muni and brihaspathyacharya that only.

 

As parashara muni’s  father was killed by demon,he did yajna to destroy all demon’s families. Listening to wprrds of vasista he left it. There by  as there was prptection of demons progeny(santhathi)  pulasthya became happy. He gave boon to parashara to become’epics promoter’(purana pravarthaka). Kindful my father parashara  taught me Bhagavatha Epic.hey vidura! To you who is sincere(interested) I will tell that only.

Nine kinds of devotions include(nava vidha bhakthies) include:

Shravana(listening) kirthana (singing about god),smarana(remembering), padasevana(feet service), archana(worship),vandana(namaskarams), daasya(serventship),athma nivedana,.these  are nine kinds of devotions.

Among nine means(sadhanas)  smarana(remembering) Bhagavatha dharma is told here.((3-9-7), (3-9-9).

PRAKARANA (CHAPTER)2(RAJA VIRAGA):

17)Having aloukika fame, praised by brahma excetra  high gods Narayana’s devotees  live for doing good(kalyana,welfare) nly to world. They won’t live for self favour.eradication(removal) of three kinds of  troubles  should happen,people should get children(progeny,santhana).this is the intention of punya purushas.Much wealth—that means whole earth’s emperorship,with heya intellect(vairagya,dispassion) for which cause he left.(1-4-11).

 

18)here sutha maharshi in three verses(shlokas) parikshitha’kali control:

 While parikshitha was present in  Hasthinapura which belongs to kurukshethra  on hearing bad(non dear) news that kali has entered state , wore  war indicating bow suddenly.(1-16-12)

 

19)about kli who was about to keep foot(step), Hey kal! Mind wearer of Arjuna,his follower myself  as ajnali(joined hands,joined palms), to you who are surrendered no any kind of fear. You who are adharma mula(source of non religion), can’t stand here  even a little in my state.(1-17-30).

 

20)If you enter in king’s body bad desire, non truth9false),thiefness(thiefship), ignorance,cheating, dispute,bad ego excetras  adharmas(non religions) group only will follow you and come. I will hold9grip) them.nodoubt in this. Like this kali will be pushed out from  state. Then if seen in any direction weapon wearer  parikshitha king is seen.(1-17-32).

(story of snake is told here).

Once parikshitha king went for hunting. He became very thirsty. He entered ashrama for water there. One rushi was in Samadhi(trance). How ever much tried he did not get water from rushi. He put dead  body of snake which had fallen there, put to rushi’s neck and returned to capital. Another person had seen all this. He informed all to rushi’s son  when he came. The that rushi son gave curse”from tday  on  seven day, let king’s body get burnt and become ashes bitten by thakshaka”. Later rushi awakened from Samadhi.He saw his son crying.when he asked what is the cause of crying, he told cause and all what he heard from oher person.then Rushi told to his son”child! You have given punishment which is more than the mistake”.Then rushi told like this.

 

21) after awakening from Samadhi(trance) Shamika muni,to his son shringi  who gave curse to  king.

‘one who has not expanded  intellect  specially by experience,ignorant!By king’s unpreventable,intolerable ,protected by king’s strength and valience live fearlessly. They will get kalyana(welfare) also. Small mistakes done by such king  people  should not count. You having unexpanded intellect have given curse to king.sSo your work which you have done is very unsuitable. Parikshitha is very religious. He came to ashrama for hunger and thirst. To such king you should give seat(chair), water,fruits and  must have showd  hospitality.this is your duty.(1-18-42).

 

22)shamika muni tells to his son Shringi:

Srihari standing in body of  king,wesring his name protects people, Igf he does not do like this world will be filled with  thieves and bad people. Capturing wealth of all people they can destroy world. If there is no king,nobody will prevent them.then there will be no protecter. If there is no army chief (commander in chief)  enemies will defeat him and will peel all.to these words this is example.

 

23) After knowing the news of curse parikshitha  did not waste time even for  half a moment. He lrft up  desire of enjoyment of both worlds.sthat means he felt them a low(heya). This feeling was not produced on that day only. As he was bhagavatha  it was in him since before only. He decided to do feet service of srikrishna. In flood of divine river ganga ,in a mansion constructed  decided  fast up to death(Amarana upavasa)  and sat.((1-19-5)

 

24) Sri krishna’s feet dust is mixed with  are mixed with  thulasi dalas. Ganga river is very holy   by sri Hari’s feet dust. It makes holy both people of  earth and  divine world(sura loka). Who will not depend upon such holy river for bath and drinks? It is necessary to get dependence on Ganga river.  In that also  sat the time of nearing death  necessarily  should depend on this river.(1-19-6).

 

25)Though they are having greatness(mahime) ,in reason of thirtha yathra(piligrimage) come to thirthas with intention of making world Happy.s these  sadhua make thirthas holy  by themselves. Such great person (mystic) came to Ganga river for bath.(!-19-8).

 

26-27-28:

 Athri,vasista, chyavana,Shatradvan, Aristanemi, bhrigu, Angirasa, parashara,vishwamithra, Bhargava rama,uthathya, Indrapramada, Edhmavaha, Medhathithi, Devala, arshtishena , Bharadvaja, Gouthama, pippalada, Mythreya, Ourva,kavasha,Agasthya, Vedavyasa, Narada  - excetras,and remaining brahmarshies, Rajsrshies, and Aruna  excetras who were having various  rushi-gothra(lineage)- pravaras joined at that place. For sake of Bhagiratha bath  all those who have come there, parikshitha king  did hospitality. Did namaskarams by bending head.(1-19-(9-10-11).

 

9-10)All gods have come here and gathered from all directions. You have dedicated all for paramathma(god) only. Apaart from blessing others you have no other intentions (use) in this and other worlds. Yo have come here to bless me only.vry much wecome to you all. Like this he praises and prays them.

 

Let me be in any yoni(vagina,uterus).let me have devotion in god. He has infinet kalyana(welfare) charecters. Let good facts of those mahathms who are dependent on god let get now and then. My many namaskarams to high  vipras like you. On should have nine nine kinds of devotions in god.(1-19-24),(1-19-16).

CHAPTER(PRAKARANA)3:SHUKAGAMANA(AEEIVAL OF SHUKA):

31)Sri vedavyasa (dvaipayana)  was born in island(dvipa)-in middle lump9gade) of river.s His son Sri shuka was  Anupetha,-he had bo body pride(abhimana)He had no any kind of duties to be done.He was ‘apethakrithya’-krithakrithya(what is to be done is done already).When he came out of Ashrama by leaving all , sri vyasa who was sorrowful on his separation  clled shuka’son!’.

 

In those days even non talking plants were  giving repley.Because even plants were’thanmaya’(Indulged)  by shuka.He was ‘adhistha’(established) in plants also.Even plant’echo’(Mardani) was also of shuka only. In plants how he was established was “sarva bhutha hridaya”. He was incarnation of ridra who was mind regulater(mano niyamaka). He is residing in  mind of all animals. Therefore he is present in plants also(adhistathri). To such great shuka muni-sutha dedicated  devotionful namaskarams..By this description  residing in mind of all ,giving advice(upadesha) to all  antharguruthva(Inner guruship) is  described here.

32) Second bahirguruthva (outer guruship) is described here.

Propounded by all Vedas—mainly propounded- in the same way chief(main),to family holders who  want to cross dark called ignorance,residing in their mind only ,gives light like lamp, non clearly,and secretly described in Mahabharatha epics,independent, such  consciousful(jnanathmaka) parabrahma form ,gracing on family holders,described  in bhagavatha epic form –clearly told- guru to all jnanies,vyasa’s son  to Sri shuka muni I surrender.I do namaskarams.(1-2-2).

 

33)Suthamuni describes arrival of Shuka like this:

Nirapeksha(desireless) shukacharya without wearing any ashrama signs merely as digambara(having directions as cloth),with much devotion profit getting satisfied moving on earth  as determined by god(bhagavath sankalpa) came to place where there were munies and parikshitha king. Like mad as he was Digambara  was surrounded by geoup of children.(1-20-1).

 

34-35-36:How parikshitha  king treated Shukamuni is described here:

 While in uterus of mother utthare only s,due to fear of  brahmasthra of ashwatthama, Krishna form Vishnu protected king.s therefore he was called ‘vishnuratha’.Who has come there by desire of Hari,-to treat guest form shuka muni,king came carrying worship materials by keeping on head by himself.This shows high respect which he had towards  shuka muni. Later  ignorant non scholars(pamaras) and women went to other place. Later shuka sat on high seat. He accepted worship  done by king.(1-20-(2-3-4)

 

37) Sri shuka appeared as sixteen years boy. His body was having delicate  feet-hands-thighs-arma-shoulder-cheeks.’little red eyes,  long  nose’,equal pair of ears, bright face, neck which is shining by three folds (nirige) like cone(shankha),in between shoulders and chests strong part, broad and high chest part,low(thaggada) naval(umbilicus), stomach having three lines,these body parts were beautiful. Shi shuka is digambara. Spread curley hairs, long arms-in spite of this shines like devitthama. He is of shama(black) colour. Attractive to women, eighteen ears aged,never reducing body figure,and beautiful smile –having beautiful body parts sri shuka muni’s divine thejas(brightness), though not clearly seen,munies who were knowing this,standing from their seats honoured him.(1-20-5)

 

38)this is question asked by  parikshitha king  to shuka muni:

Sri shuka sat on seat. He was very peaceful. His intellect was aprathihatha. Bhagavatha shiromani king came near him. And did sastanga  namaskarams.He stood joining hands asked his question in mind with soft melodious words.

 

By your smarana(remembrance) only, hoses anf families become holy.By darshana,touch9spasha), and worships  and treatments all purusharthas are got. What a wonder? You have reached peak of siddhies(accomplishments). Supreme(paramsa) guru to yogis. A jivi who is about to die what work he has to do? Tell me about this-like this king requested shuka muni.(1-20-7)

 

39)athiratha maharatha  Bhishma who is capable of winning gods also were like whales in pcean like  kouravas army. It is very difficult to cross such hard koirava’s army,which was having many such valients. Even such army ocean also , making like a small pit produced due to step of calf, my ancesters  Dharma excetras,with help of boat called  sri krishna’s grace crossed easily.(10-1-5).

 

40)my body which was residing in mother’s womb(uterus),pandavas and kouravas together  to survival of kuru family  seed from. Due to brahmasthra left by  Ashwatthama  when my my body was under danger of getting burnt ,in my mother’s womb who prayed,standing as wheel wearer(chakra dhari) , srikrishna protected it.(10-1-6).

 

41)  Resicing In object(bimba) form in mind(antharanga) of  body wearing jivies paramathma  gives liberation. Outsise he is kala(death) form brings death (mrithyu). Merely  for his play incarnated in human form  god’s amazing leelas(plays),valiant works describe to me-like this parikshitha  requests high jnani Shuka muni.(10-1-7)

 

42) meaningful,for having asked this high (shresta,supreme) question), woshipable ,bhagavatha shiromani (head bead) shukamuni congradulated  parikshitha king  happily. As per his desire kali produced(born)   sin removing(destroying)  sri krishna’s  chatithre started to describe.(10-1-14).

PTRAKARANA(CHAPTER )4: BRIEF SHASTHRARTHA (SCRIPTURE MEANING ) PRAKARANA:

43) Great fruits which happen by listening of sri harikatha is told here.

 Paramathma’s(gods)  leela avatharas (play incarnations) story called Amritha (elixir),hearing through face of sajjanas(good prople)s,filling in vessels called  their ears, those who drink-who listen with interest(sincerity) and devotion – due to play of sense objects(vishayas),  mixed their mind(anthahkarana) make holy. They will reach lotus feets of god.

 

44) By listening Harikahas(hari’s stories) my mind becomes pleasant. As mind is fickle,if it becomes firm , produced joy is pleasantness (prasannathe). Later to not to have interest in matters of enjoyment in this world and other world  is called dispassion(vairagya). Later knowledge is produced. This knowledge –sorrow,ffascination(moha),old age,death hunger and thirsts, will relieve from group of these six waves. These six troubles  will lose their power of  disturbance only. From dispassion this kind of knowledge is produced. Later he gets Bhakthi yoga(devotion yoga).before only there was devotion .now it is increased9become intensive). (2-3-12).

 

45)Parikshitha king requests in shuka:

There are many people who are not interested in stories of Hari. Who are those who are heartfully interested in hari’s stories? Those who are virakthas(vairagya, Dispassioned). They have given up or lost interest in all enjoyable(bhogya)  sense objects(vishaya vasthus). These kinds of devotees  enjoy by listening stories and charecters of sri hari.Such people do only vihitha karmas (as prescribed by scriptures) and   have left  forbidden (nishiddha)karmas. To cross over  birth and death form of family  named disease hari’s stories and charecters are divine medicines. It gives aloukika(celestial,non mundane) joy to listeners.(10.1.4).

 

46)  hearing  gods stories  told in ancient texts those who know their tastes  who will not have interest in them?this can give liberation from family bndage (bhava bandhana).those who know taste of gods stories once  they will never give up interest in  such stories. One who gives up such is not at all humans.(3-15-52)

 

47)All things of means of god’s (bhagavath)service ,to many interested devotees of  this bharatha country are fully interested  and have curiosity. These only are called ‘bhavukas’. Such  people will accept whar issummary only.

To vedic scripture  named kalpavriksha  ‘bhagavatha’ named fruit is there. God made it to fall first  to wither and fall on earth. This tasteful  and rasaful  matured fruit only  parrot bites.like that sri shuka muni  tasted himself such fruit and emited out . Taste this  amritha rasa of bhagavatha every moment daily.’a-layam’

Till there is brakage og linga body.till door of liberation opens taste.In this shloka(verse) shuka means two meanings.one is parot ans another is shuka muni.

48)’ I should listenshould do  othere’s to ask’like this all words told in this shloka is applicable both to  own and others. Hari! In work which I am doing daily ,which human’s mind is merged in your lotus feet, he will not get caught by family bondage. Such person apart from he himself listens namas(names of god)  and makes others to listen. Apart from pronouncing by himself he makes others to pronounce(tell). He brings your mangalakara form  in front of his eyes and makes other’s to do so. Upon them  he himself meditates and makes others to meditate.

(10-3-38).

 

49)about kalayanakara (good doing)  charecters of srikrishna with love in his feet even if once if mind is made to stand at least once in his lotus feet,yama and yama’s messengers(yamaduthas) will not see even in dream. Because by keeping mind in  feet of srikrishna ,if Srikrishna’s remembrance is done in this world-while living only—by doing atonement(prataschittha) will get relieved by their sins. As there is no darshan of  yama’s messengers  there will no yama rope’s bondageAnd yama world’s punishment.(pashabhrithaha’)word indicates rope wearers.(8-1-11).

 

50) srimath Bhagavatha  composed ed by  vedavyasa muni  propounds dharma(religion). What kind of dharma is told here-it is nishkapata(non cheating,pure). To tell liberation in mouth and to desire for money in mind –this is called kapata or cheating. Work done without desire of fruit is nishkapata.

Which dharma is is taught by vyasamuni  In bhagavatha  by that adhyathmika(spiritual)—adhi bhouthika (physical)- adhidaivika(divine)  named three pains  will be solved. Sri hari lives Sannihitha) in heart quickly.sannihitha means near,to stay,proximate.(1-1-2).

 

51)  Except god to not to have interest in other things is dispassion (vairagya). Not attached by sathva excetra charecters, to have firm  love(devotion) in godWho is gunathitha. Only these two facts re for human safety-for human welfare(kalyana)-is single means .This is determined  by Apart from these two no pther means. scriptures.

 

52)  to humans there are two kinds of purushartha sadhanas. They are sincerity in god(shraddhe),and athma nivedane(self surrender). Mahathma’s service, and not to blame them, not to indulge in  this worldly sense enjoyments,control of senses, resisiding in lonely place,to indulge all senses in god’s works, non violence(ahimsa), yama-niyamas, as per desire of Hari  saisfction in what is got, to treat sorrows and joys as equal,listening(shravana),worship(Aradhane),greatness (mahime) of god, and sankirthana(singing) of his charecters and names, all these are means of attainment of purusharthas.

All these are not direct means of getting prusharthas. Thy are means by heritage (parampare)only. Except god  in all remaining things dispassion feelings(vairagya),and frim love(rathi,devotion) –to get these only these are means.This is told in next four poems.

 

53) this worldly materialsAihika dravya),no  desire  in  sensual joys of heaven and other worlds, to be away from people  who are over interested this worldly things, loneliness,  interest  in listening of god’s charecters,

 

54)non violence,service of paramasamsa mahathma’s, joy due to  smarana(remembrance) of god’s (Mukunda’s) leelas(plays) and works,yama-niyamas without expectation of fruits in treturn,not to blame,birth –old age,death these are fixed,emory about  this worldly sense objects,in the same way god’s remembrance(smarane)like this two kinds of memories (smrithies), to leave kamya karmas(niriha), to nbear duals(dvanmdvas) of sorrows and joys.

 

55) which are decorative to ears of devotees of Sri Hari- these kinds of Bhagavatha dharmas adviced by god to perform daily , there will be development of devotion. Except god  interest in other matters will go off. Sath  means in effect (karya) form body and asath means  cause form senses. Standing as inner inductor(preraka)  all works chief doer, having no prakritha charecters, in god by dedicating  immediately devotion is produced. Rathi(love) in god, dis passion in other things,for these only shraddha(sincerity,interest) are meana(sadhanas). Therefore in scriptures  the same openion is told decisively(nirnayathmaka).

 

56) In devotees who have got guru’s blessings,due to enthusiasm of knowledge(jnana) and dispassion(vairagya), cdevotion gets maturity. Then such anthahkarana (mind) added with five great elements( pancha maha bhuth yuktha) cell(jiva kosha) that means anthahkarana named  outer heart’seedlessly’(abija), that means not to bud out again for ever will burn. Agni(fire) produced by pieces of sticks(arani) like burning arani  which is cause of production of fire, as it burns,this devotion, cause of it’s production  (yoni) destroys outer anthahkarana

Only.love(devotion) produced in god,so as not to produce love among other matters,production place of love outer  heart only destroys.

 

Love about other remaining matters,to do  so as not to produce love(rathi) itself is  to love firmly residing in god-Avistachitthathva- is very high fruit.

For firmness of knowledge and devotion  dispassion(vairagya ) is essential.

58) Body wearer jiva,inside  another body resising  in blood stools and urine,while jataragni(stomach fire) is burning body is under tumult(thalamalisu). He will be in hurry to come out of mother’s body. Among ten months which are fixed  he will be calculating remaining months. He will be thinking when will god brings him out from there.

 

59)Chithrakethu king’s wife on seeing dead son sorrows like this:

Hey creater brahma! You are behaving  against creation method which you have created. So you are ignorant like child.you are doing works which nobody likes. The work which is against creation  methods are- younger children die arlier than elderly people.Leaving doing like this,as opposite to it  you should bring in celebration(performance)  that childer should die later then only you are appreciated by all.

 

60) to body wearing jivas for birtha and deaths front and back called  natural time regularity is not there. Accoding to their sins and punyas to creation  method happen. When elders are living ,if children die produces much sorrow. This sorrow should not happen. With this openion only I told like that. This kind of friendship only is cause of  people development. This friendly bondage  formed by you only this friendship rope is cut by you only. Therefore you are fool only.

 

61)Child form yama  tells to preths relatives:

We are blessed  as we don’t have parents.though we have have no parents  we don’t feel sorrow for that.though we live in forest we are not eaten forest animals. The god who protected  us in  moyther’s uterus only is our protecter..our sorrow is wonderful. So we are very lucky people.(7-2-38).

 

62) those which  are protected  by god even if fallen in street also are got again. If god wants to destroy it will be destroyed even if it is in house.Even if  one is present  in forest as orphan  lives by god’s grace. Otherwise in house  even if others are protecting  he will die. This fact applies to both persons and things. Gods will is final and ultimate.This is indicated here.(7-2-41).

Lonely union with his beloved wife,her fascinating conversation, undergoing subordination to  friends and childern’s affections,whose mind is interested in  soft sweet stammering speech  of child how will he give up(leave all these things?

84) given  to family of equally rich family,very much close daughters,brothers and sisters without able to forget,due to sorrows  experienced  in family,sorrowful parents, house beautifully built with all facilities,properties and earnings whoich has come  from family heritage(parampare),cattles, and servents-how will thay give up (leave)?(7-6-18)

 

65) due to excessive desire, not able to satisfy desires,like an insect  which builds cell(kosha) by itself so as to bind,doing again again  which pulls towards desires(greed), having interest in getting  satisfied with  tongue and sexual desires,thinking their satisfaction  only as  great purusharthas (four goals of human life), human  how will he leave his interest in  previous;y told house-wife-childern?.he will never become dispassioned(viraktha).he will not try to get relief from bondages.(7-6-19).

 

66)   In maintainance of family only, who has spent his longevity will lose his viveka(wisdom). He will not understand destruction of great purusharthas of human life. Interested in family only, though pained by three kinds of troubles ,he will not get dispassion(virakthi).

 In knowledgeless  childhood and youth only, first twenty years will be spent. In old age  in weakness twenty years are spent. To strong fascination(moha)s,to unsatisfied sex  under going, with interest in  in house and properties only,holding wrong path, such persons all longevity will be spent.(7-6-20).

 

67) there are two matters which are obstructive to  parama purusharthas. First one is gold(money) second one is female.indulging in family protection only people spend their longevity in money earnings and accumulations only.

By bducting(capturing) other’s money sins and punishments will occur.Interested in money  earnings only ,under control of senses,without peace of mind,bducting other’s money only they will spend time. Thieves,servents, and merchants will earn money  even by giving prana also.(7=6-71).

 

68)One may be scholar in veda scriptures.even such person also  due to female fascination will become like  pet animal reared for recreation. Female’s slant visions themselves are chains binding him. Who ever he may be,where ever he may be,,le him live at any time he can’t relieve himself from this bondage.

“female form maya power is is boundless. It wins all direction. Merely by her  bud vision (kudinota)  female will keep all under her control”.(7-6-23).

 

69)muchukunda king requests  to rikrishna like this:

Winning all directions,  onre who who has rised throne as emperor to whole universe, he will get thanks given by kings who are equal to him in wealth..In spite of this by means of plays of female enjoyment filled palaces  they willenter. As they do like this kings excetras will become reared  pet animals  to females for recreations.

Aniimal bound by chain can’t get released by itself even if tries how ever much. Kings who are play animals  to females are under their control only.((10-54-53).

 

70)Prahlada told to demons children:

Hey demon children! Like this who is always indulged in  family protection only  though scholar,in the properties which he has earned  thids is mine,this is for my wife,this is for this, like caught in  troubles without getting better worlds suffered. They will get  mudha yonies(low births).like ignorant he will get  dark thamas(hell).(7-6-22).

 

71)Lord! Though family troubles and losses are  seen by eyes, males and females  who are illused by maya which is under your control by enjoymens of sense objects(vishayas)  like house and wife excetras,will become interested. But they don’t want relief from family sorrows.

To get attracted by family enjoyments and not surrendering to you for both these you maya  only is cause.(10-54-47).

 

72)Ajitha hero god! By state andwealth  I  have become very egoful. I am thinking this physical body only as myself  athma. Thjis is illusion. I indulged fully in money and golds very much. By thinking about these only  I spent my longevity  in waste.

 Similar to soil pot and walls about this physical body I got much pride as king. Chariot,elephant,horse,foot soldier,commander in chieves-added with these around,with intoxication  neglated you.I wandered in all these worlds.

 

74)similar to pot and walls, knowing this physical body as myself ,,sitting in chariots decorated by gold ornaments, or on sitting on elephant(ambary), first moved. Same body under influence of time which nobody can cross  as stool ,insect,or as ash will result.It is called by these names.

 

75)bhagavan(god)!this trouble of throne is tour determination(sankalpa). They were removed by your desire(will) only.It is is due to your grace upon me only. Because  emperors who have desire to worship you in loneliness im forest,to get relieved from bondage of throne request you(pray you).(10-54-56)

Forgetting karmas(duties) which are told in  scriptures,leaving ,to one who goes to forst there also fear is not avoidable.-it will be there. Kama,krodha excetra six enemies(five sense organs which have interest in sense objects(vishayasakthi) and fickle mind named sixenemies)s-these will be always  friends only to him.s there is no relief from  fearsthese. Therefore keeping senses under  control,merging mind in god only,,one who is jnani remaining in house only in running family life there is no defect of anykind.(5-1-18).

 

78)Intellect who can win six enemies remaining  as house holder only,first he has to give up interest  in sense objects enjoyment. Getting  residence in secured  fort(sri Har-guru’s feet) should fight with these strong enemies. Doing like this after enemies become weak, freely-without obstructions-should move.(5-1-18)

 

79)Following orders of father,next having uparathi in sense objects(vishayas), for penance g)oing to forest,priyavratha king divided and gave equal parts in state and and wealths to his children. He separated from his throne queen(patta magishi) also. Much wealth of kingship like lifeless body thought as low. By self induction (svayam prerane) only  got vairagya(dispassion). By thinking of beautiful  hari leela’s only got Bhagavan Narada’s post only.(5-1-38).

 

80) sense object  joys  merely give  play(keli) joy. They can’t satisfy thirst like  mirage (marichike, bisilu kudure) of desert. What is use of those? In the same way from body  which is  residence  of  many diseases? Both these have no value. Though knowing all these  one who without getting dispassion 9vairagya)  fire called kama(desires,lust)-desire fire who wants to dsatisfy  by small sml pieces of hppyness  is trying..this is truly wonder.

 

81)  Having different different nture and tastes)  a husband who has many wives each wife(according to her desire)  attracts him and troubles. In the same way never satisfying  tongue,genital organs,,touch senses(skin) stomach,ear,nose,,fickle eyes,,motor organs(karmendreyas)  having action power,-all these senses to sense objects  joys  which they desire  attact jiva in many ways who is master of body  and trouble. Hey lord,Achyutha! These are words of Prahlada.(7-9-40).

 

82)lord(owner,master) of body jiva tries to get joy very much. By falling going body he will never get  joy for ever. What is use of such body? To him there is no use from it. from  children  excetra  own people(svajanas)   who abduct  pithrarjitha(father earned) properties  what profit is there? From wife who is cause of family bondage what is use? To get these house and children  why man is spending time? (8-21-9).

 

83) God abducting all  my wealth,(previously) enemy  towards you  has pulled and brought.(this is god only). Due to influence of wealth to wicked man,this temporary life will undergo death at any moment.This knowledge he will not have. This was told by king Bali.(8-20-44)

 

84) Hari who graced high devotion of Ambarisha king, for his protection  gave his sudarshana wheel only.-it is told like this. By his(ambarisha’s) loneliness devotion, happy Srihari, tp protect him all ways  and all means, producing fear to  enemies his wheel only gave(9-6-16). Though he was this much great supreme Bhagavatha Ambarisha king to get his final shreyas (progress), had to depend  on shadow of dispassion(vairagya) tree only.

 His  performance (celebration) is told here. House,wife,children, relatives, high elephant, chariot,horse, foot soldiers,never ending rathna ornaments, clothes, much  material (money) treasury-all these will be destroyed today or tomorrow.

Knowing all these  he got ‘renunciation’ (thyajya)feel.(9-6-15).

 

85) Body, wife,children,relatives, army,- wealthy treasury, queen’s residence(harem,anthahpura), beautiful moving(viharsa) places, extended state to which sea itself is boundary- all these will be washed in time flood.,Realising this,(leaving all with dispassion) , dhruva king went to Badarikashrama  which is on bank of Vishala river for his final development(shreyas),progress,upliftment).

86) due to wealth pride  brcoming wickeds,, to win this earth  fighting with another,in war, we (kings) who are kindless, violating ou people only  with intoxication excitement –Hey lord! Poarathpsara(higher than the high) thing ,deah form yourself only we have neglected.(1-81-12).

 

67) Hey krisha,- On thsat day with richness pride  I had neglected you.) We only today not obstructed by anybody ,,having much power undergoing severe power of  time flood becoming sacrificed(bali) (cause of pride) loosing all our wealth ,pridelessly  by your blessings  we are meditating upon  your feet.(10-81-13).

 

887-51)) Not only held this path of dispassion (vairagya). Rushies who have got more enjoyment lucks than kings  also  at end surrendered to dispassion only. To show this Hifg muni Soubhari  the way in which he returned to dispassion only has told here.

 To me who is penancier(thapaswi), good behaved, see this over loss  which I got! In water  lust play(kama keli) of fishes on seeing only, the penance which I have done for long time  is completely lost.(spoiled purusharthas only). This is very wonderful.9-7-51)

 

89) Soubhari describes  the loss which he got.

First I was indulged in penance alone. Later on seeing lust play (love play,sex play) fishes in waters,(undergoing under control of kama), I got fifty wives. Later getting five thousand children  in indulged in love with tham. With desire of searching btrides and grooms to all these,,there was no end  to work to be done by me. I was attracted by sense enjoyments very much. There fore I thought  sense enjoyments only as su[preme purushartha.(9-7-53).

 

90) Hey Valient Rahugana king! I was king Bharatha in my past birth. Heard and seen(this world(iha) and other world(para)) about these sense objects(vishayas)  completely getting bondage of interest , I was relived.I was not having interest. To do worship of god I went to garden. There getting  much interest in a deer ,spoiling all my prusharthas I took birth as deer only.(5-12-14).

 

91) In low deer birth (which I had done in past birth)  as a result of Srikrishna’s worship, I had not lost memory of past birth. Therefore only fter leaving deer body  though jivanmuktha( liberated while living only)  I fearing for people communication  am moving in Avadhutha dress.(5-12-15).

 

92) God’s maya power by which nature(very fascinating), composed about women(females) and  that much fascinating only  enjoyment things like  bed(luxury bed), ornament, clothes, excetra materials, illusing they are all  mangala kara(good doing)  fool,having greedy mind towards those,,with desire of Enjoying them  getting upset (attacking to lamp due to illusion) like lamp insect will get destroyed.(he will get spoiled his purusharthas).

 

93)present in heart only, eternal joy giver, onw who gives unexpected  wealth,who is birthless and deathless, having all these welfare(good,kalyana) charecters, leaving such lord,who is not able to give desired things,as against it by his own difficulties  and losses gives sorrow,by all these causes very low purusha  illusing as ramana and rathi I depended upon him.(11-8-30)

 

94)Onm seeing fit for pity, woman lover(three lololupas)  purushas,famous as ‘very low’ from sanketha vritthi(symbolic profession)(for body  selling this much amount of money is to be given),myself for money and  rathi  joy, wasted my life(athma).-therefore I am very much pained!(11-8-31).

 

95) small bones,-supportive to all these big bone- constructed by these log of woods(tholes) amd janthies) ,outside skin.hairs, nails—tightly tied  by these,,having pouring nine rasa,filled with stoo;ls and urines- this kind of low(body) named house apart from me, any other intellectless woman, will not accept this as good.

These words avadhutharu to told to yaduraja.(11-8-(3-,31,32).

 

96) these words kapila named paramathma tolf to his mother Devahuthi.

One who wants to rise to peak of yoga(which is means to get god) should not have much interest in women(females).(woman’s interest is  against for  attainment of god). Women’s company is door to hell,,like this jnanies tell. Which is helpful for liberation is  by god’s worship only will gt athma upliftment.

97)money gold,wife and children,animals, house and properties,eleohant,treasury,ornaments-all thrse enjoyment objects are  non eternal(anithya,not permanent,temporary,temporal). From these things which are fickle and momentary  how much joy man will get? Therefore one shold not have desire in that.

Money is cause of fourteen anarthas(bad happenings,meaninglessness). They aretheft,murder, anger, dummana(sorrow ,depression?), pride,difference feel,enemity,non faith,severe rising9erata), bad habits(bad addictions) =these are cause of fourteen bad happenings.(7-7-41).

 

98)this is teachings given by narada in  Puranjana upakhyan to ancient barhi king.

In flower garden for sake of  fragrance of flowers,bees for melodious gunjrava(sound,resonance),for tender grass blades,,and me deers for sake of intercourse with female deers(for any animal for that matter) ,use all these and move. While enjoying deer forgets hunter standing behinit, and wolves standing in front. Like this deer forgetting itself in intercourse forgets  hunter and wolves.(4-29-54).

 

99)All your behaviors who is interested in karmas,(previously described), is like behavior of deer only.-understand this. As death is near you only  keep your mind in  sri Hari’s feet (who is residing in your heart) firmly. Prepare your mind to listen  Sri Hari’s stories. Completely give up desire of  women enjoyment which is liked much by  bad people.To  paramahamsa  residence place god(by following Bhagavatha Dharma) get his blessings. Behaving like this behaving step by steps 9about sense objects) practice dispassion(vairagya). Later you will get liberation.

100)king! In this world spreading kirthanas great guru’s  histories are told here. Let knowledge(jnana),devotion,Vairagya(dispassion) grow by listening these histories.this is the inention of  telling these stories here and there. To tell histories of all these is not  main intention of our description. In bhagavatha main prounded matter is Sri Hari only).(12-3-14).

 

101)Lord! To few jivies, joy produced by Bhagavathas  will not happen by hearing your stories also. To few people joy produced by hearing your stories will not happen  evem by meditation upon your lotus feet. For few joy bt meditation upon your feet. For few joy which is produced by meditation on your ltus feet will not be got even in liberation also. After reduction of punya  in heaven  they will return back to earth. To such jivies how will they get such joy(bliss,happiness)?

102) By wealth got  by grace of god what we have to get mainly is jnana(knowledge).Jnana leads to Aparoksha (non indirct) Jnana(liberation). Apariksha jnana is step for liberation.decided means. In the same way jnana is also called ‘savijnana’ (knoewlrdge decided by science) this visheshana ids added.

 By following aparoksha jnana’prashanthi’ peace form liberation is got surely. Therefore money- dharma(religion)-jnana- vijnana by these gradual steps attainment of liberation shou;ld be goal.this is told bychamasa to nimi king.

103) In bharatha country  born as  human  in  brahmana excetra communities,dharma-jnana-liberation named  methods,by following them  without knowing purusharthas  attainment means properly,opposite to them in mere family  favourable works only, he is fully engaged.

Withou knowing like this wicked man  will undergo  pains in hell.time form paramathma will cut desire of living only.   To  Such  kalathitha(beyond time) Paramathma namaskarams. This is brahma done Vishnu praise.(3-10-17).

 

104)  vidura praises mythreya:

without meet(samagama) of sajjnas(good people), engaged in non religious works,indergoing very much sorrow, becoming away from srikrishna, for blessings of such people only, god;s special Bhagavathas moving in this bharatha country,by luck(sudauva) of  those people come near them.(3=5-3).

 

105)( by their their karma fruit again again bithrs and deaths) When proper time  comes for relief  from bondage of family  cycle-hey achyutha!(by grace of god) to humans sajjanas friendship (coliving) is ot. If there is company of good people(sajjanas) only, firm devotion will produced in god.(10-5-55)

 

106) Paramathma advices  Bhakthiyoga to his mother.

 By doing friendship(coliving) with   sajjanas(good people) to ears and hearts there will be satisfaction and joy. God’s leels(plays0 and mazing histories are heard. By hearing auch stories devotion will be produced without delay.(3-26-25).

 

107)Increasing by sathsanga,due to strength of devition ,dialy experienced  ense object enjoyments  man will get dispassion(vairagya,virakthi). Later,in this world and other world  all joys and treasures experienced by jivies are non eternal(anithya,temporary) and asaara(themeless,low).with this understanding there will be disinterest towards those. Later he will become awakened about mind control. Controling mind completely, by practice (performance) of Bhagavatha  dharma will indulge in  god’s service.(3-26-26).

 

108) By thrigunathmaka (sathva,raja,thama) prakrithi(nature) only, constructed sense enjoyments he will give up. He will be away from low  loukika(this worldly,iha,mundane) matters . by practice of gramya-eha- uparama named Bhagavatha  dharma  his dispassion will increase. By dispassion there will bedevelopment of knowledge.He will dedicate all karmas to me. By developed  devotion dedicated to me will also increase. By such increased devotion  who is antharyami(indwelling regulater)  and to him bimba(object) form paramathma one will get.

 When  time of relief  from family  matures to fit persons sathsanga comes.

(3-26-27).

 

109)In great leela works of god(hrishikresha),those who have firmly merged mind(who spend time in god’s listening(shravana) and thoughts(chinthanas) only minw will have supreme joy(bliss)..These are mahathmas.  When Such devotees

(mahathmas) meet(union,samagama) is got that birth itself is high  among all births.without getting samagama of god even human life is low. All other remaining births are useless.From those births no purusharthas are attained.

These words are  told by Jadabharratha to Rahugana king.(5-13-21).

 

110) By your one moment(galige,kshana) union (meet) only my absurd(asambaddha), low,logical thoughts born  my non wisdom( aviveka)  got destroyed. When like this, by your holy feet dust(by your service for long time) losing all  his sins, lucky person  will get putr devotion in god. This is not wonder.

111)Liberation fron cycle of births and deaths,renunciating all, by wearing  feet dust of Bhagavathotthamas  who are desireless(nirapeksha)(by serving them for long time), will be produced.s till feet dust of such great  sathpurushas is not worn ,till tnen  human intellect will not get interest in  god’s lotus feet.

Sathva raja thama named charecters and by these charecters only punya and sins works-these guna karmas are cause of  family cycle of births and deaths.  By god’s will power(Iccha shakthi,maya) jivi in this difficult path of family from tireness of wandering loses God’s feet remembrance (pada smarane). 113)rushabhadeva advices to his own sons.

Angerless,peaceful, balanced minded who think of god always,pleasant(prasanna) minded such mahathamas are called mahathmas.They are helpful to world.To do service of such people is  door for liberation. Vishayasakths( those who are inrested in sense objects enjoyments ) friendship of such people is cause of thamas.Like this jnanies tell.

 

Those who mind always in god only,,peaceful minded(prashantha), having affection in all animals,,sajjanas who always do good works-those who have these charecters are mahathmas. Their service is means of liberation.(5-5-2)

 

114)  To do firm,obstructionless(nirathanka)  friendship is only intention in life to such mahathmas. They are nishkama9desireless) devotees. They are not  interested in merely in earning for sense objects enjoyments,they have no greed about wife,children,money,wealth excetras. Among many things they will accept only things which are very essentualsnly.they are mahathmas.(5-5-3).

 

115)This is advice(teachings) given by prithu king to to his people.

Infinet kalyanakara(good doing),,residence of all good chrecters, who resides in herat of all animals(jivies) as antharyami(indwelling regulater), completely independent,,who has kindness  toewards all  such Sri Hari will be happy  by service done by devotees. He will be happy by service of brahmajnanies. Those who are I bhagavath dharma should serve brahmajnanies with politeness.(4-21-38).

 

116) God accepts foods taken by  yathies(bhagavatha dharma followers)  through   manthras like ‘pranaya svaha’ excetras  in fire called Brahmins  face(mouth) more  easily  than through havis given through jadagni(inert fire) in homas(sacrifices).

117)shraddha(sincerity,interest), penance, performance of vihitha karmas according to varnashramas, silence,control(yama niyamas rxcetras),,  y these produced Samadhi,eternal,defectless, ancient, anantha kalyana(infinet welfare), gun parpurna(having all complete good charecters)  parabrahma(sri Hari) make  to reside in heart. To such devotees parabrahma shines clearly like  reflection  in clean mirror.(4-20-41).

 

118) Sanka excetra munies gave curse to jaya vijaya. Sri Hari justifice it.

Liberation giving,holy, kirthana (singing) and shravana(listening)  named bath makes all holy including shvapacha.(one who eats baked meat through mouth). You are spreading this in th world. If anybody behaves against you, I will cut  their arms.(3-17-6).

 

119) Thogh bhrigu rushi  hit with legs ,god(Vishnu,bhagavantha)  treated him with love.Though Brahmins behave in  improper way in all aspects, they with joyful heart,,with smile with twinkling face, to Brahmins who are blaming you, should be treated well with good words. My presence is more in Brahmins. They should be treated with affectionate words. Those people who serve like this will get me only.It is like worshiping me only. These are words told  by god to  sanaka  excetras when they gave cirse to door keepers.(3-17-11).

 

120) By his feet washed water makes  all words holy, very hugh guru to whole world, protecter of sajjanas(good people), such Srikrishna ,washing whose feet, Wears that water on head. Therefore he got name ‘brahmanya deva’(brahmana vathsala). This name is suitable only to srikrishna.((10-77-18).

 

121) by wearing feet washed water of god’s devotees(servents), even great sinners will be relieved  from sins. Those who wear feet washed water of god,those who have got true devotion in god,let them be born in any family (kula) they will be uplifted.

These are words to by shuka at the beginging of  Bhagavath story.(2-4-18).

CHAPTER 8:GREAT BLAME  LEAVING PRAKARANA(CHAPTER):MAHANNINDA VARJANA  PRAKARANA:

122)If daughter knows  that there  big celebration (function) in house of her father will she not go there? How she will be in house without going Though there is no invitation to come to celebration husband,guru, and to father’s house gue to love upon them they will go.I will go to fathere’s house to yajna(sacrifice) even if there is no invitation.

These are words told by Sathidevi to Mahadeva.(4-3-13).

 

123) Parvathi on telling her mind desire like this Mahadeva told.

Hey Mangala dayini!’to house of close people people will go  without invitayion also.this is suitable. But such close people should not say thay body itself ia athma(self). Due to strong anger showing defects which are not there in others, with vision of blaming they should be away. To house of such people one may go.(4-3-(16,18,19).

 

124)(for work sake)  abhyagatha(uninvited guests, unexpected guests),with low feelings, with eyes added with anger though there  is knowledge that they are ours, to house of those who have disturbed mind,to house of such people one should never go.(4-3-(16,18.19).

 

125)people with wicked intellect speak wicked words which are  secret piercing(marma  bhedaka) words produce pain to heart day and night. In warfield even if arrows rains are poured,by these there will be no pain(sorrow),

Parvathi came to house of father. He found dishonor towards her husband. Sheheard blaming words about her husband.(4-3-(16,18,19).

 

126)Parvathi tells these words to her father.

(to those who guide religious principles(thathvas) to people) religious promoters(pravarthakas), capable, Such people heartless low wicked people blame. In such situation, if it is not possible for king to punish, he closing ears from standing place should go to other place. If he is  able to punish blamers  then blamers tongue should be removed out and cut. (4-4-17).

 

127) This shloka(verse) tells method of contemplation (anusandhana) of  mahathmas.

God’s and his devotees feet dust by wearing onlylosing all his thejas(anthassathva) who think body itself as athma(self),such wicked people(without tolerating greatness of great people), due to jealousy to blame mahathmas(great souls,great selves) (as it is their born nature) to blame sajjanas is ntural only to them.

By blaming of mahathmas  there is no harm to mahathmas.(6-10-290.

 

128) Srishuka describes devasura(gods and demons) war. Gods are blessed by srikrishna he tells.

Weapon hits of  demons used on  gods became waste(useless). To mahathmas who are blessed by Srikrishna  blmes by lpw people become waste. What a wonder!(4-3-17).

 

129)Education(scholarship),penance(thapassu), wealth, beauty, age, and birth in high family,-in sajjanas(naturally) are six charecters present. If these are got by bad people these make them prideful(pride intoxicated). Euch intoxicated bad people forgetting  good sayings which are told in scriptures due to pride will  not see highness of  better people.(4-3-17)

 

130) I have no fear of vajrayudha of Indra who is lord of gods. I have no fear of thishula(trident) of Mahadeva also. I am not disturbed by  weapon of yama also. Fire,sun,moon, air(vayu), and kubera excetras,weapons fear is also not there to me. But I have nly one great fear. But I fear very much to insult society of Brahmajnanies.(5-10-18).

These are words told by Rahugana king to jadabharatha.

 

131) Who helps all people,,in the same way  fit for love of all, having equal vision inall (as per difference),  and one who has no body pride, to you,(by my bad words and bad works) mind was not didturbed even a little. But insult done to mahathmas  to great god Mahadeva also burnt like fire..When it is so Iam peel(thoppalu) of which tree? This insult which I did without knowing will destroy me suddenly.No douabout this.

By insult done to them mahathma’s mind is not disturbed. But those who blame will undergo  anartha(meaninglessness,sorrow).(5-10-26).

 

132)I do namaskarams to brahmajnani mahathmas. Namaskaram even if they are kids. Namakara if they are youths.Namaskarams to those who are vatus. Without any outer signs moving on earth  to all Brahmins(brahmajnanies) namaskarams. Let good(kalyana,welfare) happen to kings!

 

Longevity,treasure,fame, boldness,liberation which people desire.who does great blame of  all high(supreme) things one who does great blame(mahath ninda) will lose.(5-13-23).

133) Hey sutha,Magadha, soft natured  sthuthipataka!(praiser,admirer,appreciater). My charecters are not seen outside till now in any way. You re praising me who is like this. Depending  On which  basis you are appreciating me?   Let these words which you are prasing me let not become false (self appreciation). Therefore seeing all cxharecters in me use your words for my appreciation.

These words are told by king  prithu to  vandimagadhas(sthuthi patakas).

 

134)If you want to do  your duty of praising me-the charecters which are present in me,indirectly(paroksha)  do willfully as you like. What is to be directly is hari sthava( Hari sthuthi) only. He only is fit for praise(sthuthi). Sri Hari’s charecters  and names are admirable. When Sri Hari’s cxharecters and names are for sthuthi.leaving to do like that,chiefs in durbar(sabhe,function)  will not get done low self appreciations.

 Fameful,good courteseous minded and shyful to kinmgs blamable self appreciation  is intolerable,,shyful.(4-15-23).

 

135) truly not present in me,(good charecters of mahathmas)  good charecters  showing as though present in me sutha,Magadha, excetra by  admirers(vandi magadhas,hogalu bhatas) who gets a[[reciated,the intellect of getting appreciated like this, is bad. He by this kind of appreciation  cheats ignorents. But he does not know that jnanies will make fun of him  for that. (4-15-24).

 

136) Hey muni(vedavyasa)  in previous kalpa  I was born in a maid servent(dasi). She was working in house of Vedas knowing munies. In rainy season(chathurmasa,four months of rainy season) that rushi has resided at one place. My mother had appointed me for service of these  munies.

Wgat mishappenings happen by great blame(mahanninde) and by service of great persons great fruit is got. By knowing this,great blame should be given up and  ervice great souls(mahathmas) should be done.This one should know.(1-5-23).

 

137) Sharath and rainy seasons,in these two seasons in three savanna(extraction soma rasa,or doing homa(sacrifice)) time great rushies were doing sankirthanas. Of Sri Hari. On hearing defectless(nirdosha) fame of Sri hsri with devotion  to me, devotion grew which was able to destroy raha and Thama charecters which produce fascination(ignorance).(1-5-28).

CHAPTER(PRAKARANA) 10: VICTORY OVER SENSES CHAPTER :(INDRIYA JAYA PRAKARANA):

138) Thjose who want to get liberation  should leave interest in sinful work of Sexual intercourse(sabhoga). On who wants to keep mind Sri Hari’s feet should try to leave to not to go towards  outer sense objects in all ways. Srihari who is beyond(Athitha)  in loneliness sitting in meditation  should make his mind to reside in god firmly. If one wants to do friendship(sanga) should be done with sajjanas(good people) who  have engaged their mind  in Sriharialways firmly. (1-7-52).

(these are words told by  Soubhari rushi who experienced  family getting fascinated by seeing  pair (mithuna)Of fishes.)

 

139) If not given attention for long time disease stands firmly in body. Then it is impossible to treat(mith. In the same way if enemy is neglected he becoming very strong,it will be impossible to win him. Without allowing senses group to run towards sense objects,it will difficult to control them later.(10-5-38).

 

140)Prahlada   composed Narasimha sthothra:

Hey god! Silence(to leave worldly chatings), vows(vratha)(fasting excetras ) penance(thapassu),study of scriptures,,vyakhyana(commentary) ( to do pravachana of adhyathmic matters)s, lonely meditation, concentration of mind in god,-these are means(sadhanas) to get apavarga(liberation). These are famous in shruthies. But these are not sure means(khanditha) but brobable(mostly) means of liberation. Because all these meanses are,to those who have no senses control, without becoming means of liberation ( to mithyacharies)  may become means of  plan for loukika(mundane,this worldly) life. Or even this may not happen. Without getting main use will become waste only.(17-9-46).

 

141)When there is scabies Kajji)  due to  itching by rubbing with both hands there will be temporary joy. Later there will be sorrow.In the same way joy produced due to sexual intercourse with woman and conversations  joy produced is also temporary. Next there will be much sorrow from it. One who is interested in physical joys only next gets sorrows. But one who is senses winner(jithendriya)  controlling interests  in sense objects  which  are produced will be peace.(7-9-45).

 

142)Hey lord of vaikunta! Blamed by sinful works, wicked by nature, with much sex anxiety,sorrows and joys,in worries of wife children house properties,fickle mind flowing here and there-to such mind which I like this by hearing your leelas there will be no taste. By all these things I am despaired. How can I know your form-powers? How shall I know your greatness?(7-9-39).

 

143)donaton(daana), practice of own dharma(svadharma),silence, aparigraha , excetras yama niyamas,scriptures evidence(through guru), good works, fasyngs excetras,good vows-fruit of all these is mind control only. Therefore without allowing mind to flow here and there,to indulde in srihari’s meditamain means of liberation.tion firmly these adhyathmic (spiritual) means  are high.11-23-46)

 

144) whose mind is under control,peaceful to such person  what is use from donations excetras. Though doing donations if one’s mind is not under control,running towards sense objects to such person no use from donations excetras.for all liberation meanses(sadhanas) mind control is important.1-23-47).

 

145)Srikrishna advices uddhava.

Few times mind appears to be under control.Inspite of that interest in sense objects(vishayas) should be left.because due to firm devotion in god removing rajas characters, cotact with thamo charecters should be avoided. Till then there will no mind control. Mind control is  main fruit  for all means of liberation.

146)Without knowing disease properly quickly for it’s removal if plan is not done, the disease will grow strong. It will produce more sorrow.in the same way in path of attainment of liberation  if mind is not  firmy sttod and  one who has not left sinful works completely and interested in all sense objects such mind gives troubles producing sorrows. In this wat’ Indriya vijaya’(victory over senses)  named Bhagavatha Dharma is told here.(11-28-29).

147)From summary of Shruthies and smrithies, nd accepted by shruthies by anvaya-vyathireka-anumanas,to this world which is piritual and non spiritual  production,,maintainance,destruction, knowledge,ignorance, bondage,liberation,, niyamas(rules) who having  having objective knowledge of all things, undisturbed by three  kalas(times)(past,present ,future), has special sarvajnathva (omniscience),who is independent,,self bright, to four faced brahma with honour extended(taught) Vedas,svavathara(self incarnation)  and and by jiva  jada(inert) creations to whom there is no use,,whch selfbright complete(sva prakasha porna) ignorrnces can’t veven approach(come near), even great jnanies also wh can’t know completely, those truthful, gunapurna, sarvotthama(best of all), such parabrahma we shall meditate.(11-1-1)

 

148) Shruthi-smrithi- harerajne(orders of hari),-god’s orders or about him  giving knowledge to eligibles

(adhikaries), meana of veda scriptures god’s secret principles(gudha thathvas), is found usually. By guru’s grace it will be known clearly. To know paramathma thathvas(principles)  to know secret Brahma,rudra, excetras jnanies are trying, they can’t know him completely(sakalya). When it is so what about common people like us? Like this one should not be under despair. By teachings of guru  got in proper time all according to their suitability (fitness) will know parathathva(supreme principles).

149) Desiring to see Mohini form   Mahadeva prays  god(bhagavantha,paramathma).

Hey god! Vedanthies know you as ‘Brahma’. Puranika’s call you ‘purushashresa’. Pancharathras call as paramathma (nacashakthiyutha), Mimamsakas call you as ;Dharma’. Yogis call  ‘nithyasvathantha maha purusha’(eternanal independent  great purusha). Those who worship other gods also worship you only without their knowledge.(8-11-8).

 

150)Hey god(bhagavantha,paramathma)! Hey Narayana)s In beginning getting Hiranyagarbha  form,,making him as cause,,through him  you create whole universe. To whole world  removing all disasters from time to time,, completing food,cloth  excetras basic needs, you are maintaining world. At the time of destruction, by name shiva,through shiva you will do world destruction.(10-53-15).

with sincerity lifting hands up ruthvijas who are engaged in yajna(sacrifice) works while giving havis as told in Vedas to think about you only(by name recitation,chanting ).they remember your forms (svarupa) and powers.They meditate upon you only with full sincerity. Your lotus feet  produce good(kalyana,welfare) to us.jnanayogies worship you only.11-7-11)

To those who argue and discuss about god’s creation , there will be mental illusion. God is ungraspable(not graspable),unthinkable(achinthya) and adbhutha(amazing). Namaskarams guna paripurna great lord. (6-4-31).

You have asked me tell abour charecters of Sri hari. It is not possible for even  thousand faced Adishesha also to tell  Srihari’s character. Birds fly according to strength(power) in their wings.In the same way  jnanies tell charecters of Srihari according to their intellects powers(more or less) It is not possible to describe  charecters and powers of god completely.(1-18-23).

 

154)Brahma told to Narada: I have not seen end of srihsri’s charecters and powers(gunashakthies) .Manifeted according to hia will power(Iccha shakthi) god’s  charecters and powers it is not possible even prajapathies and munies also. How it is possible for others to know?(2-7-41).

 

155) Threse are words of Brahma.

 Though I have created fourteen worlds , not able to greatnesses (mahimes) as this much only. When it is so othjer remaining gods can’t tell completely. For this there is one main cause.due to Maya power of god  intellect becomes dull. Ignorence covers. Brahma, rudra  excetra gods and rushes can tell  greatness of god only what flashes to  our intellectual ability (suitability,yogyathe).(2-6-36).

 

156)to those who are cheatingless(kapatarahitha) devotion,added with virya(valience)  and knowledge,excetra shadguna(six charecters) treasure,having infinet god with all feels who surrender  to such persons only god’s grace will be there. Only such unbound devotees only will know god’s greatness(mahime).Getting  liberated by thrigunathmaka(three charectered) net   put by god only such people will come out. But this is not possible by those   who have ‘me’ and mine feeling in  body  and materials  excetra matters.To not to have feeling of  me and mine is indication of  haranagathi (total surrendering).(2-7-42).

 

1157) God’s natural greatness I know as muh as possible.Therefore only I am setached(nirliptha) from ffamily. Rudradeva,mahathma(greatsoul)   demon high  Prahlada,,Manu’s wife,manu, an his sons-Prachinabarhi, Rubhu,anga, dhruva,(2-7-42)

 

158)sagara,Gaya,Yayathi,,Mandhatha, Alarka, Shathadhanvana,,Ranthideva,s bhishma,Bali,Amurtharaya, dilipa(2-7-43)

 

159)soubhari,udanka,s Shibi,devala.Pippilada, Saraswatha,s uddhava,s parashara, bhurishena, hanumantha, vamana,Dattha,Arjuna,Arshtishena, Vidura,Shruthadeva,,all these excetras  also know as much as possible.(2-7-44).

 

160) To keep mind in greatness of  god only those who are experts, female(sthree)-shudra- huna-Shabara excetras though are born in these yonies(vaginas,births),,though animals,,will get relieved fronm nature’s bondage. When like this  those who have got god’s greatness knowledge by doing veda studies , will cross  family bondage.(2-7-46).

 

161)produced at the time of churning of  milk sea Lakshmidevi  criticizing all charecters and defects of each  god who wants  to marry  her, leaving all of  them as unfit , married  liberation giver mukunda only  who has no desire about her9anything). Nobod is  equal or more than srihari in charecters. To prove this this evidence only is enough. In that matter this is remembrance    to practioner(achiever). Therefotre sarvotthama (best of all), tol by world brahma rimannayana only is single matter for  jignasa(desire to know)  for getting liberation.(1-18-20).

 

162)To one who had penance,had no power of winning anger.thefore Durvasa excetra  penanciers are refsed. The anger which he  did in matter of ambarisha king is  famous.s Another ona has knowledge. But he has not lost interest in sense objects(vishayasakthies0s.(shukra and Brihaspathi).another great person is there. But he could not win  kama(lust) feeling about females (brahma god,he did kama feel in his daughter only).s Mahadeva who can’t live independently  without dependence upon others  how can he become supportive (dependence) to others? One who wants  dependence (help,support) of others  how he can be called eshwara(All independent).9to Mahadeva who was running away due to fear of bhasmasura  srihari protected).(8-8-19).

 

163)in one there is religion. But he has no kindness about animals.(yama god  is religion legislature 9dharma shasaka) –but he has no kindness in justice sincerity).s One has donating nature. But donation given by him is not liberation.( to donater ,if he can’t give desired  donation  it is defective.  Bali was not able to give three feet of earth  asked by vamana form  Srihari.(so donation given by bali was not liberation giving). In one there is sevre brightness(thejas)  or speed strength.s In sun,moon, and air there is thejas and speed. But they are regulated by time wheel.sun and moon have trouble of  rise and set.

And air can’t stand in one place.(8-8-19).

 

164)one who has no even defective communication , one who has not changing  ananthakalyana gunapurna(who has complete good charecters), who is dependence(supportive) to devotees who have believed his feet, and themeful(saara bhutha) to good harecters like knowledge(jnana),devotion,vairagya(dispassion), knowing who is god having all these charecters,,one who has all these good charecters only is fit  anfd9as he ia apthakama, about himself or about anything),,who has no defect called desire ) such mukunda only  Lakshmidevi selected and married.

He blesses  to his devotee groups who do  devotion very easily. Knmowing remembering help of Srihari  any human will not leave dependence on hari’s feet for ever.4-31-23).

 

168) your form which is propounded by Vedas(veda prathipadya), jnanies describe like this. You are unmanifest(unexpressed). Without your supreme prasada(grace)  you will not appear to devotee. Shruthies tell by your grace only your realization will happen. You are ‘Adya’. You remain alone at the time of pralaya(total destruction).’sadeva soumya-idameva Asith’ this shruthi sentence confirms  these words only.as you are gunapurna  as [brahma’,as you are knowledge form  you are called jyothi(light).As you are you are not having prakritha body in three  times(thrikalas), you are called nirguna(atributeless). As you have no changea as ‘nirvikara’(changeless),as you are sath chith ananda form  you are called sath.as you have no ‘samanadhika’ you are called ‘nirvishesha’.,as you are purnakama you are called ‘Niriha’, you are present in all jivas, established in all bodies, have svasvarupa and jiva svarupa. .so you are called ‘Adhyathma  dipa’(adhyathma lamp), shruthies praise  you like this. You by doing supreme grace incarnating as my son,s are showing this mangala form(svarupa).(10-4-25).

 

169)As he is apthakama –he is ‘Aniha’. He has no desire of his own.,nitguna9atributeless), he is changeless(nirvikara)s. Hey lord! Births and maintainances of this  world happen by you only. Jnanies tell like this. To you who is purnakama  no use from creations excetras. Though like this,how will jnanies say you are doing creations excetra works? You use this prakrithi which has three charecters sathva raja thama which are under your control  create. Therefore  to tell you are having gunakaryas is for formality (oupacharika)only.(10-4-20).

 

170) while gods and demons war was going on  brahma tells to gods who have come near him like this. Such should be killed. Such should be protected. Such should be honoured. Or should be seen with negligence.like this  god is not having any useful intention  when that maturity time comes taking sathva,raja,thamas excetras charecters  makes creations excetras  processes.(8-5-22).

Hey Achyutha, hunger,thirst, vatha-pittha-kafa disease producing  from these three dhathus .In the same way chills sunliht, an wind,,mutual jealousy excetras by disturbences of duals(dvandvas),,by intolerable fire of kama(desire,lust0s,without tolerating  with anger these worldly people undergo trouble.on seeing these mind of bhahmadeva gets pained very much.(3-11-8).

 

173)hey lakshmi nsarasimha! Yout history drinking amritha of singing  my mind has become very happy. Therefore( in intoxication of Joy) difficult to cross,, about this vaitharani river also  I have no even little fear..No worry of how to cross it also. But without keeping my mind in your feet,s,got from senses small  and illusion form joy  following it’s back ,like donkey, carrying burden of family ,in the same way  while seeing  foolish people,my mind gets excited(udvihna). By this  god’s character  kindness (dayaluthva) is told.(7-9-43).

 

174)  those whop are interested Naturally in pravrittha dharma (to engage in worldly duties), to advice to engage in pravritthi dharma is blamable. Not only blamable, but to do like this is  is big injustice,and crime also.(to do like this is  like  again hitting a person who has fallen from  plant(tree). Advice  pravritthi dharma teacher on listening thinking itself as right will believe his words only. To advice pravritthi dharma is big injustice.it is duty of guru to advice nivritthi dharma9retirement religion).

175)  One who knows effects of both pravritthi dharma and nivritthi dharma  becomes called jnani. In pravritthi path which is followd by ignorents , like indulging blind in wrong path , makes ignorant to engage (indulge) in  wrong path. Kindful  jnanies will not do like this. Thodse who teach pravritthi path whether he is guru ,father-mother,,good person(sajjana),,food giver9annadatha), or even direct gos, are to be refused! Even guru devotee  should not accept which leads to meaningless(anartha).(5-5-17).

 

176) Family means  like getting in fist of death. One who can’t show retirement psath(niveritthi path)  though in guru’s position is not guru. Though father and mother they are not fit to become faher mother. Though god unlwss he shows retirement path he is not  god. Because hese teach  pravritthi path(engaging path,indulging path,instinct)  which ties in  family. Words of such people should not be believed.It is told like this’gurukthamapi na grahyam’. These are words told by prahlada to his friends.Rushabha form Sri Hari  teaches to his wn sons like this.5-5-17)

 

176)  Sathidevi tells to her father Dakshabrahma.

father,not only we  Avadhuthas who have done  ‘sarvasanga parithyaga’,thanked by all Sanaka excetra munies,,performing,and not recognized by outer signs, to practice of nivritthi(retirement) dharma only, called Bhagavatha dharma  which carries to  liberation  means are  outer to you.They are difficult to be reached by you. Sitting in yajna hall for long time with smoke excetras will lead to  heavenly worlds. It is meant for people who are interested in body protection only.to us who follow Bhagavatha dharma  let blamable  pravritthi path does not attach.(4-4-21).

Leaving pravritthi dharma(engagement dharma,indulgence dharma) which is natural, who depends on Sri hari lotus feet (who follows retirement dharma(nivritthi  dharma)) witout full expansion of of  dispassion(dispassion) excetra charecters, having immature intellect,(if leaves retirement path) (though fixed time can’t be told, in one or two births only to him purushartha form  kalyana (welfare) will surely happen. But who is in pravritthi path  will not attain anything. What appears as attainment is not supreme purushartha.(1-5-17).

 

179) In me(srihari),in guru with devotion ,by nishkama(desireless) servine,, by leaving desire os sense objects joy(vishaya sukha)s,.paired(dual,dvandva) experiences like joys-sorrows excetras with patience,seeing people sorrowing everywhere,,by knowing it,,by activity of brahmajnana,from penance, to leave all jobs which are not means of liberation.(5-5-10).

 

180)cleaning of god room,decoration, excetra  by indulging servive works of ods, by listening srihari’s leele stories always,,by dedicating  abhisheka and worships to feet of Hari ,by thrikaranas(nbody speech mind)  leaving troubling others, seeing all animals with equal vision,(in them seeing one form god)  by keeping  single form  sincere intellect in god,,by giving up feeling body is myself, and house and properties are mine-like this leaving ego(ahamkara) intellect.(5-5-11).

 

181)if thoughts and meditations on paramathma who is  antharyami niyamaka(indwelling regulater), are continued with sincerity,,by living in lonely area where there no people communication ,-or in friendship (coliving,sahavasa), of Vishnu devotees,,by doing control of air(vayu) by pranayama,,by having complete control on senses and mind, by getting complete belief in god(paramathma) and from celibacy(brahmacharya),,gtting always awakened, by not doing bad works( except Srihari’s  character singing(gunagana) and by controlling about remaining other matters),by limiting,(5-5-12)

 

182)Seeing inall animals  me only who is antharyami(indwelling regulater), by vijnana is means to liberation directly,shining in relation to srihari,,withour any obstructions,( in meditayions and thoughts of srihari, by yoga(plan for jnana,jnanopaya), as a symbol of winning over tongue and genital organs,,by winning of these only got athmastrength, intelligent purusha-by name aham(non existing)  cause of independent feel linga body should be detached.(5-5-13)

 

183)Those who want to get vaikunta excetra worlds,, those who want my wantparamanugraha(supreme blessings) needed for liberation, should leave jealousy and anger excetras.(In me devotion and services should be done).(In gru and hari)..previously told in bhagavatha dharmanustana form , in niverittha(retirement) path only, leading all those who are engaged in pravritthi path  (indulgence path,engagement path) ignorents like his children,disciples, father mothers,elders leading in nivritthi path(retirement path),(with pity on people who have missed path),,so  as to not follow pravritthi path, these should be guided.(5-5-15)

 

184)for  getting  happiness  there is no need of following pravritthi path. Because in time wheel running  with high speed,(got by senses), sense objects enjoyments,(easily) like sorrow only to jivies, will be got by themselves. Therefore wandering in births and deaths  again again  to those who are indulged in pravritthi path,,which joy(bliss) is not got,-to such permanent joy only one means nivritthi (retirement) religion )  one who is wise(viveki)  should perform trialfully.(by pravritthi path  much tiredness ans small momentary joy is got).

This Narada  informed in  Sri vedavyasa.(1-5-18).

185) In worship(Aradhana) of  sri mukunda only, interested sajjanas(good people), in this Bharatha land(bhumi)  take birth as human and come.Abba! How much great punya they have got! Or(to those who take birth in bharatha), without doing desire of punya excetras  Sri Hari might have blessed them?(t get birth in bharatha this might also be ome kind).(5-1921)

 

186) by much sense joys got there in heaven in heavenly worlds  there will be loss of memory of lotus feet of srimannarayana. When condition of heaven is like this, to get heaven  get heaven done various yajna yagadies ,penance,,vows(vrathas) and donations, what is the use? They are useless. To main purushartha  of liberation attainment these are not means. In the same getting heaven.(5-19-22).

 

187) by getting heaven  than getting position on of  kalpa longevity god,,having short longevity,it is better to take birth as human in bharatha country. This is more higher. Because though it is not possible to make to stand mind in gd thids temporary body done karma by dedicating to feet of god with devotion  at least for a moment in feet of god, keeping mind fiem, such man will get position without fear of birth and death –liberation. If we were to get the same in heacen also then why such preference to get human life on earth?.If asked like this heavenly world can’t attain this. One who gets heaven after reduction of punya(kshine punye) –after closure of  punya collection  again comes to earth. But taking birth in Bharatha is liberation giving. This is higher than heaven attainment.(5-19-23)

 

188) lord of vaikunta  sri vishnu’s leela incarnation stories ike anritha river are very sweet. Where such stories are not heard, celebrating bhagavatha dharmasdevotees are if not there, and yajna lord,yajna fruit enjoyer ,yajna hero  sri vishnu’s sarvotthamathva(bestness) form jnana yajnas,,where such vcelebrations are not taking place,,uch region  though it is Indra’s heaven, is not fit place to live to devotees.(5-19-24)

 

189) Ater  enjoying happiness of heaven  remaining excess punya,by yajnas done according to rituals, by speaking  truthful good words, and performing yajna yaga excetra karmas,,by all these if we had collected punya ,due to that punya effect  padmanabha named Srihari ,birth which is means to remembrance of Srihari  let me get in Bharatha country only. Becaise in bharatha country  to those who worship with sincerity   all will  get liberation  according to their  suitability.(5-19-17).

 

190) without keeping senses in control, ,by those who enjoy sense enjoyments again again  equal to Thamisra named hell, in family falling rolling,,to those who are merely interested in family protection   by their  own wisdom(viveka)  or by advice of god devotees ,or by seeing mutually, - gunapurna Srikrishna  added with interest (sincerity)  and devotion will not be produced. These are words told by pralhada to daithya(demon) children.(7-5-30).

 

191)Pralhada told to his father Hiranyakashipu.

High demon! Believeing meaningless(useless0 family only, to people who are always worried about that, as cause of downfall, which is like spoiled dark well, this world fascination ,leaving,going to forest there only to do worship of Srihari  is suitable(good) path.(7-5-5)

 

192)Srikrishna told to uddhava.

To family holders there are four kinds of means brahmadeva has  told.1)vartha 2)2)Aasanchaya 3) shalina 4)Shilomcha.Among these four kinds of vritthies anyone) by shiloncha vritthi9without special effert,yadricchaya)got food materials having happy mind(controlling senses),not sin producing,,giving Akshaya fruit,depend on nivritthi dharma only.even if lived in house also will be liberated in family.

193)lotus eyed! Like this rukmini tells to srikrishna. While once Krishna and rukmini were engaged in  conversation in loneliness, for fun Krishna tells to Rukmini.’leaving all kings of great empire  poor(empireless,stateless)  me hy did you marry?’.To this question rukmini answers like this.

“Lotus eyed srikrishna! Your feet should be served.to be joined.with this desire high kings like anga,vena’s son prithuking,Nahusha’s son yayathi, excetra kings leaving empire resided in forest. Did they not get liberation? They all got libration.

When like this,are you poor whom I have married? Fter believing your feet is there any difficulty to me? By your feet service  liberation is got.This is secret answer given by Rukmini.((10-75-45).

Destructionless, having shadgunaishvarya god people are not worshiping usually.(121-3-44)

 

195) one who is in jaws of death,,one who is suffering from pain, who misses step while walking,,who is helplessly no contol over his own body,by his own trial or by  stimulated by others by srihsri’s name chanting only,,getting relieved from karma bondage will get liberation. So much great(even in kaliyuga also) to give liberation(sadgathi) people are not worshiping Srihari.(12-3-44).

 

196)not seen by external senses,protecting all jivies relative!within very delicate one mo,ment period  till one year running this period take place by your induction only jnanies say. Time is under your control..you are lord of time. It is not independent..This world wheel runs by you only. All induction forces are you only.like this evidences announce.you give movement to time. You are time regulater.lotrd of all.mangala dhama(place). But  among these bodies no body gave joy to mind. Later at end,himself god’s infinet charecters powers(anantha guna shakthi)-knowing by jignasa(desire to know), having intellect power human body when he created he got satisfied. Human body provides support to  brahmavabodha(to understand god(parabrahma).

 

1198) Luck of getting human body in  Bharatha country(continent)  gods sing.

Intellect which is means of knowledge,(talent), firm body parts which are helpful to service of  rihari,,getting materials which are essential for gods worship,,wearing high human body,,those who have taken birth in this Bharatha land,(rebirthless),,if they won’t try (if they won’t practice and achieve),,like jivies which are living in hell, ain and agin will undergo very much difficulty. Like birds in forest which unawakened like falling in net,will be binded in net of  family.(5-19-25).

 

1199)avadhutha brahmana tells to Yaduraja.

Sense objects enjoyments is possible by  all animals also. But after getting such many births,,getting human body which is difficult to get, bold should try for liberation only.though this body is temporary provides great fruit. Time of death is not fixed. Therefore from  childhood stage only  one should try for  liberation.(11-9-29).

200)SRI SHUKA TELLS TO KING.

Hey king, all jivies group  supportive srihari’s  amazing gross form I have described to you.  He tells how will be gross body of god.  This earth has seven Islands(dvipas). Janbu,plaksha, shalmali, kusha, krouncha, shaka,pushkara.These are seven islands. In this earth  Bharatha, kimpurusha,kuru, hiranmaya, Ramyaka,kethumala,haravarsha Bhadrashcha, Elavritha, named nine varshas . These varshas (countries) are called  continents also.country which was previously called ‘ajanabha’ country only by rule of bharatha came to be called as ‘bharatha’. Bhagirathi excetras are rivers. Meru excetra mountains,Lavana, Surasa,sura,ghritha, Dadhimanda, shuddha are seven seas. Bhagana means sky.  There sun moon excetra planets,innumerable stars, before told Islands09dvipas), and earth continents. Apart from this there are leven worlds..bhu,svaha,mahaha, jana,thapa,sathya world. Thesr are upper six worlds. Athala,vithala,suthala,thalathala, Mahathala,rasathala these are six lower worlds.in these gross forms in which form mind stands naturally  that form should be meditated.(5-24-44).

 

201)mythreya tells to vidura.

Dhruvaraja (king) taking bath in holy water of  vishala(Alakananda) river,,sitting in pdmasana(lotus position)  which is suitable for meditation, controlling air(breath), made  ming to reside firmly god’s form(bhagavantha svarupa).(fourteen worlds are symbol  statue of god).  Like this indulginmg in oss form  thought,purifying mind,,with healthy mind in oss form,,after getting  ability  to think without obstruction,removing mind from thinking in gross form, made mind to reside in god’s  subtle(sukshma) fform.(4-12-17).

Hey demon children, in our hearts in minmd like sky,without any attachment(lepa), to jiva in all body wearers, close friend(causeless9animittha) relative,-help giving-god srihari),in his upasana9worship) where is labour? Upasana which makes  mind to  reside in subtle(sukshma)  is difficult in early stage.

First doing upasana of srihar in sky in heart  only ordinary upasana should be done( as it is easy).

later in body parts of Srihari,graduallyin whole form(samagra). To one who has got purity of mind(chittha shuddhi),,making devotion to grow, special(vishesha) upasana) will  come by itself. For that they need not labour much. After running ordinary upasana for enough time,one should come to special(vishesha) upasana.(7-7-40).

 

203)After getting maturity in gross upasana(worship,meditation), who are eligubles  for subtle(sukshma) upasana ,gunapurna,having four arms, hankha(cone),chakra(wheel) gadha(club) padma(lotus) wearer by dharana(intermittent meditation) ,  should be remembered.

 To get realization  there are three kinds of chittha vritthies(mental fluctuations,mental modifications). These are dharana,dhyana(meditation),Samadhi(trance). Intermittent meditation is dharana.Akhanda smrithi(continuous remembrance)(to make mind to stand in  meditation without obstruction). Without any trial for meditation,  mind to stand (reside)in meditation  iself is Samadhi(trance). This method ofMeditation is told by  shuka to parikshitha king.

 

204) pleasant(prasanna),faced,having vast eyes like lotus, who has worn peethambara of  kathabha flower,shining big necklaces,,golden arm bangles( bhujakirthi-angada), tied with  anarghya (invaluable) rathnas,golden crown, and ear ornaments(karna kundalas).(2-2-10).

 

205)blossomed due to devotion in middle of heart lotus(detu,in karnike), high yogis residing delicate feet  one who has, having ankitha of lakshmidevi in heart,in nack wearing high kousthubha mani(bead), with undried bedagu(charm) werer of garland of forest flowers.

Kousthubha means one which is born from sea.kummeans earth.’sthubhnathi’ surrounding,that is kusthubha(sea). Born from sea is kousthuba rathna.(2-2-11).

 

206)Anarghya(highly valuble),odyana,rings,leg chain and hand bangles decorated by these,,smooth,reductionless blue coloured curly haired, in bright face twinkling smile he is shining.

 

207-208) Inmdiction of  blessings on devotees eyes movement,,with smile has graceful vision, gives fruit according to meditation. Lord of all(sarveshwara)  srihari’s this form  till min is under control  worship should be done. Beginning from feet upto face sri hari’s body parts  one by one  should be made to stand by continuous thought. Gradualyy meditation should be increased by practice. 209)’supremely worshipable Srihari,purushotthama!,who has won six enemies,,to those who are sathva character prominent,,by listening your incarnation leelas with devotion and sincerity,in such people produced mind purity,to those who are disturbed  by kama excetras scholarship, veda studies,donation religion, penance excetra through these performance also mind purity(chittha shuddhi) is not got.though  donations excetras are high means,added with devotion and sincerity Sri Haristories listening firm mind purity is got.(11-6-9).

 

210)  by asking knowing greatness of god listening to his  leela works,by telling,singing,by telling to others(good people),residing in mind of those people who are doing like this,,by their such kind of performance,as Sun removes dark,as storm disperses clouds,god will remove their difficulties and sorrows completely.(12-12-47).

 

211) By continuous remembrance of  lotus feet of Sri Krishna all  obstructions which come across meditation are removed. To permanent pace form liberation  bringing  sincerity towards god, will make path. Will purify mind.defectless, desireless devotion(nishkama devotion) he will bring and give. K knowledge(jnana), aparoksha, to bimba(object) form darshana helpful, dispassion (vairagya) he brings.

212)Srikrishna advices uddhava.

By hearing leela works of god again again ,by telling to others,so as devotion to increase,mind losing defects in it, will get more purity. By applying Anjana  to eye which cleans eye, more and more delicate things can be seen more clearly.(anjana is special kadige) due to frowing devotion mind becomes more pure.,mind will be able to know delicate principles  more and more.

Doubts should be cleared by guru’s advices only.11-14-26).

 

 

213) Kavi named muni advices to to nimi king.This is adviced by Narada to Vasudeva.

Brahma and rudra gods. who are cause of  joy and development of three worlds  who are continuously meditating upon lotus feet of god,who does not allow his chitthavritthi(mental modification,mental fluctuation) , to move awy even for a moment or half moment  is  high among devotees(Agresara).(he will be such bimba(object) upasaka guru).(11-2-53).

 

214)(In pain and suffereings)  with helplessness,forgetting oneself, if called ‘Hari’ destroying  hill of sins of remembering person(devotee) Srihari  binded by good devotion rope will never leave  heart of such devotee. Will reside firmly. Therefore such devotee only is Bhagavathotthama.(high devotee).He only by god’s grace got by sadhaka(practitioner,achiever) bimba upasaka guru.(11-2-55).

 

215) By getting such bimba(object) upasaka guru  who has become lucky, tasting makaranda(necter) of lotus feet of Srikrishna, given up worldly matters  as they are sinful and low and non eternal(anithya) will not get interest again. Having this kind of mental vritthi(mental modification or mental fluctuation)   person,(as  elephant while taking bath,pours mud only to remove mud ,though person is wishing to remove sins,bending due to hit of desires indulges in sinful works only. The work whivh he does is Srihari’s worsip this anusandhana(contemplation,mental sattitude )he will not have. What all he does is wordly works done fore stomach sake..this mental attitude he will have.(6-3-30).

 

216)Narada praises Vishnu devotees like this.

Priyathana(Anga) Sri vedavyasa!(inall it’s theme only)  taking best rasa only, devotee as he is remembering Sri Narayana lotus feet, as iyt gives happiness(bliss),,getting love in Sri Hari feet remembrance(smarane), with never give up such nirupama(uncomparable)  joy. Devotee who is engaged in service of Sri Mukunda ,like other non scholars(common man), will never get cycle of births and deaths.(1-5-19).

 

217)Even Aparoka jnani jivanmuktha also ,by his prarabdha karma, s per god’s desire experiencing joys and sorrows  without body pride(dehabhimana),,due to that karma fruit  should get body.But he is lliberated  from dark of ignorance..he has no feeling of me and mine. Joys and sorrows what ever is got it is due to god’s desire.With this feel withot expanding(swelling) or shrinking  ccepts. He will not undergo Agami(forth coming)  karma fruits.Without getting caught in cycle of birth and death ,witjot hatred and love,without body pride,-as per god’s grace what ever he gets joys and sorrows  jivanmuktha(liberated while living) will experience without interest.

 

218)Pralhada done narasimha sthothra.

Hey lakshmi Narasimha ! having snakes called wife and children, in sorrowful well called family  myself who has already fallen due to sliping of leg, following sense objects enjoymenys am falling down in same well.while doing thathva advice to mother giving me hand as support  Narada lifted me up and saved. By grace of Narada I avoided downfall. N that day  I escaped from downfall.Therefore without doing service of god’s devotees how slall I be?(7-9-28).

 

119) Nrisimha form god!,getting residence in your feet only,(completely believed),and by performance of  Bhagavatha Dharma ,making their mind pure(by leaving raga excetra defects),,having mind interested in  union(samagama) of paramahamsa only,,with devotion,,hey Lakshmi Narasimha! Telling your tasteful stories describing  your leela works myself, have leftintest in  sense objects.Animithha aptha(close without any cause),sarvotthama,,your leela works brahma god also is singing. Myself who is behaving in this way will cross all  disasters easily.

With this description  Guriu devotion leads to Hari devotion. Sri Hari devotion is  source of attaining all purusharthas.(7-8-18).

 

220) Advice o Srishuka  features of Sri Vishnu devotees.

To get guru’s advice with his grace  one should do  guru’s service continuously. Residing in all thins,,giving his name(anantha,infinet) to all those,,from those gets all works done,,who gives all purusharthas, Srihari (without any self use for hm) without desires(nirapaksha) will help all.

Falling in family which is equal to vaitharani doe to bad works fruits, sorrowing  people though seen withot giving attention to it,,himself falling in that sorrow well, without yathartha anusandhana who undergoes pain is not human but animal.

One who does not have knowledge  that Hari is sarvoitthama ,though expert in four Vedas,he is donkey wearing burden ofvedas in Brahmin form.((2-2-7).

 

221)Added with  three dhathus called pittha,vatha,kafa(shleshma,phlem) body only  who does not  think  as athmahouse wife  house wifechildren are got by grace of god, thiks as his own(mine),who worships statues made out of stone and metal only as god without proper anusandhana(contemplation),who thinks water of rivers and lakes as holy(without anusandhana of  abhimani devathas,deity in chief),in the same wayabout sajjana paramahamsas who have got brahmajnana, without even nlittle worshipable intellect and respect,one who has such mithya(false,myth) knowledge is not man(human). He is gokhara(animal) only.10-72-13).

You are our lord,leading to good path  guru also you are,Narayana! To us you are only high god(paradevathe).you are devothama(best among gods).Those who worship you with devotion  will nattain(et) paramapurushartha only.(1-1044).

 

223)before sending bhima and Arjuna for killing of jarasandha, yudhistira prays(praises) Srikrishna:

 to you who have eternal joy experience(nithya sukhanubhava), complete,(purna,absolute), to you all are equal only! There is no  place   unequality(vaishamya,vishamathe) . The fruit got by your service like prasada of kalpavriksha, love form(premanurupa).yu give fruits according to devotion.(10-80-6)

 

224)Srishuka tells to Parikshitha king abot history of sea churning(samudra manthana).

 Therefore only  groups of gods and demons country,time,Mandara mountain, excetras means,Amrith getting profit, for sake of that trials by these though supreme in their their fruits vikalpa (change) happened. Gods who depended upon lotus feet of Srihari  main fruit of sea churning  got Amritha.demons did not get it.

Gods desired Airavatha named Varuna(elephant).Demond wanted Varuni(madya,alcoholic drinks).(10-8-23).

 

225)Prahlada’s Narasimha sthuthi.

Due to this rreason to you who are causeless(animittha) relative all animals in world are equal only. You have no difference of high and low. Fruit of kalpavriksha which gives wanted fruit, depends on the desire of worshiper.but we have difference feelings(high and low). Many people do service(worship) of kalpavriksha.But there is difference high and low in getting fruit. Kalpavriksha blsses according to  service done. Where is defect in it?.(7-9-27).

 

226)Srikrishna tells to Gopies.

Hey friends(sakhies,gopies)! I wont feel difference between worshipers and non worshipers. In spite of this there is difference  in blessings done by god. Nishkama service(desireless  service )  which is done to me is of which kind, according to it I will give suiable fruits to it. To good service good fruit.To low service low fruit.Kalpavriksha also gives fruit in the same way.(10-30-20).

 

227)lo is great blessings only.rd! You have given high Indra post to Bali king. You  have again taken this post by yourself.

 By desire of Srhari what is got in life is all mangalakara (good doing) only. Bhagavathas should think god is present for sake of their  favour only.All what happens is for our good only. Taking away of treasure and position of bali  is great blessings only.(8-21-16).

 

228) Sthuthi(praise)  of  brahmadeva  toSriNrisimha :

 Without knowledge of your greatness(great mahimas), one who does Abhisheka to your feet,if he does good worship with tender grass blades(garpikes)-to him also he will grace sadgathi(liberation). Bali king who dedicated lordship of three worlds also, he will not get pain or sorrow by your works. It is not suitable to give him pain. Therefore you should bless bali.(8-21-23).

 

229)  Bali had done promise to give donation to Srirama  earth equal to hids  three feet.  But he could  not give. Bali keeps his head in feet and prays. There was no place for his third feet.

I am afraid of false words. Displaced from post,,due to falling in hell, as he will be tied by sins, By loss of filled treasuries,By irremovable sorrows sm,hat more! I am not afraid of control(nigraha) that may happen by you.I am very much for missing given promise.(6-21-3).

 

230)Krishna tells to rRukminidevi.

Rukmini’s brother  Rukmi   while he go defeated in wars, removing mustache and head hairs,,spoiling his beauty, had insulted.Apart from t In marriage function of Aniruddha  my brother Balarama  in lettha play killed your brother.To tolerated that pain with patience. By ekaniste(dsingle sincerity) in me   yo tolerated . If there were another woman  she would have blamed screamed gittinh chest.  Tough we have done so much  illhelp (drime) to you ,due to honour on me  you did not get upset. You have won nme by your sincerity. To you who has won me bydevotion  I will di blessings.(10-75-60).

 

231)UDDHAVA TELLS TO VIDURA about greatness of Srikrishna.(who eats children- flesh excetra by wicked food whonlives,in order to kill kid Srikrishna  filling popison in her breasts  fed child severe poison. But she got sadgathi(liberation) eual to that of Yashodha only. Thereffore we have to surrender to god only. There is no more kindful  than him.(3-2-23).

 

232) This is praise of Srkrishna done by Akrura.

To devotees who worship you with love,,liking their devotionful talks, Krishna graces. You give away yourself as father and mother. You will give sayujya form liberation.When it is so where is wonder in fulfilling all desires of devotees? In this way though give all things to all sevotees  there will be no decrease or increase in your natural wealth. Apart from you who will surrender other god? Devotee  wants three charecters in god( mother and father’s relationship(Unconditional) 2) Equal vision  without difference. 3) kindness. In Krishna all three  character dharmas are there.(10-47-26)

 

233) Mythreya tells to Vidura about greatness of  Bhagavantha(god).

Hey god! Wife house children are all mine with this affection  attached this Amangala (not good)  body only is ‘myself’ with this wicked pride, to those who are addedwith these,  hey god you as antharyami(indwelling regulater) ,though residing in their body firmy, to such people dependence of your lotus feet is not got. Interest to know about you is not seen. We depend on your lotus feet  which have these greatness(mahimes).(3-6-22).

 

234)Sri huka  muni tells to parikhitha king.

 Omnipotent god  constructs bodies by five great elements(pancha mahabhuthas). He rsides in these only. One who resides in pura(body) is ‘purusha’.In this body only  sixteen principles(thathvas) are residences of god.1) eye,ear,tongue,nose,skin these are five sense orgas(jnanendriyas).

2) mouth,(vak), hands,legs. Payu(anus)  upastha(genital organs) these are five motor organs(karmendriyas).

3) mind,intellect, ahamkara(ego), chittha and chehana(spirit). These are five mind excetra senses. Sixteenth is intellect. In these sixteen adhistanas(establishments) god is residing  in sixteen forms. Like this sixteen  kinds of matters though he has no own use,he experiences and and brings and gives to experience of jiva.

Sixteen charecters related to senses.to ear sound,to eye form(rupa),to tongue  rasa(taste),smell to nose,touch to skin,.In the same way Adana(to accept) to hands,gamana(to walk to legs,), talking,excretion(visaerjana), and rathi (sex),sankalpa-vikalpa ,deciding(nischaya), Aham(ego),-these feels,smarana,vijnana,intellect(buddhi) (enquiry(vichara, viveka(wisdom).These are remaining matters.

‘ahamkara and means to remembrance is ‘’chith’. Chethana is spirit. Sath –existance,chith-consciousness,ananda-bliss.Sacchidananda.((2-4-23)

 

235)This is narayana sthuthi  in ‘Rudragithe’ adviced to prachethas by Rudra devaru.

Without help of others your svarupa bhutha power only(ubija,jarayuja,svedaja, andaja called four kinds)

 Froming ths body by svarupa bhuthas by objectsbimbas) entering in tha body,in that body you you as bimba form,indwelling regulater(antharyami niyamaka) are residing..That is why you are called purusha.In body of jivies standing along with Sridevi ,by your own amsha rupa(part form) by controlled senses,(nirapeksha(desireless), ananda svarupa(bliss form) senses enjoy sense objects by senses. What you enjoy is not is not like ordinary thing used by others. That is only jay(bliss) form without even little sorrow. You are enjoying by your self ability(sva samarthya) only. You will take only what is saara bhutha(themeful,defectless,high).(4-24-65).

 

236)Here Sutha tells extraordinary greatness of god(bhagavantha,paramathma).

Omniptent god  creates whole world. Protects(by giving food). Destroys. Standing in body  as lord to six senses9five sense organs and mind),as inductor,regulater through these through them  enjoys all sense objects as sarvathantha svathanthra(all independent). God’s any lind of leela form work is is not useless.

 

Here shama and athma vimarshe named two Bhagavatha dharmas  are described.

God! Amritha of your leela stories is  very sweet. By hearing leelamrithas  daily by increased  devotion, all doubts will go off. Their knowledge becomes clean continuously. Such knowledge is is head of dispassion(vairagya). After getting knowledge added with dispassion   will get your divine place vaikunta.

238) Practicing methods of Hata yogies is told here.

two kinds of hata yogis are bold. Firm minded adventurists, By difficult methods of pranayama fickle  chtthavritthi(mind modifications,mind fluctuations), by ability of this yoga(attracting towards sense objects  these powerful  nature(sense objects), winning(without getting caught by their attraction) they will get  guna purna(character complete)  you(sri hari) only.there is difference between bhakthiyogiees(devotion yogis) and hata yogis.Highnss of devotion is told here.here bhagavatha Dharma is told in detail. To devotees who perform these  will get liberation directly. Bhagavatha dharma told here is given by god directly. Nobody know these dharmas completely. These are told by yamadharma by his devotees.

  2For means of attainment of liberation  god (bhagavantha) adviced dharma is of thirty kinds. These are

30)Athma samarrpana. These are thirty bhagavatha Dharmas.(bhagavatha dharmas are given in 7th and 8th skandhas of bhagavatha).(3-6-25).

239) In next three shlokas there is darshan of shesha god. On seeing holy  Chakrakethu  praises god.

Hey Ajithanayaka  paramathma! You have won. Your incarnation  work is completed. Defectless Bhagavatha Dharmas  when you adviced to family holders to get liberated you won.(Sri vedavyasa  intention of your incarnation is completed).By description of  bhagavatha dharmas only that use became accomplished. On description of Bhagavatha dharma only intention of incarnation of  Sri vedavyasa is completed.

241)  I  am doer.It’s fruit is mine. Leaving these prideful feelings celebrating(perfoming)  karma is bhagavatha Dharma. Other dharma which is egoful is  sinful. It will give temporary fruit. Bhagavatha dharma which is described by you who is  omniscient(sarvajna) can never give  Infinet fruit(liberation). I am not doer ,not enjoyer is Bhagavatha dharma.(6-16-41).

 

242) therefore only worshipable munies  present in  all living and non living animals(jivies) group thinking your forms always,as your worship  perform  Bhagavatha dharmas. Yous is truth sankalpa(true determination). Your determination will never happen otherwise. You are omniscient. By Bhagavatha dharma performance liberation is got.  This is not own openion. It is pramana siddha.(5-16-(40,41,43).

 

243)when krishnarjunas vame for garden walk ,when kalindi sees  she requests Srikrishna  to accept her as his wife praya and told these words.this is kalindi done Srikrishna’s sthuthi(praise).

Which your feet dust sri lakshmi  wearing in head has become nithya muktha(eternally liberated),four faced brahmadeva  by wearing has become jivanmuktha,added Inra excetra gods, rudra deva wearing has  liberation,,such greatly great you, ,by you only promoted(pravarthitha) bhagavatha Dharmas to produce harm ,their re upliftment(redevelopment0 will  do by leela.(!0-62-42).

 

244)this is told by sutha muni  to shounaka excetras.

What ever it may be! Brahmadeva did feet abhisheka to Srihari. Spilled out from  feet nails of Srihari  that water wearing in his head,became holy.the same riHari feet water(by name of divine river ganga)  along with Rudradeva  is making world holy.Having such greatness(mahime) Mukunda  leaving any other purushais not fit for word’bhagavath’. No other gods are fit for word bhagavath.(1-18-21).

 

245)prithu emperor  tells to his people(citizen). To get purushartha you without cheating(kapataless), by mind speech and body  doing vihitha karmas  serve feet lotus of  Srihari only. Oneness of body mind speech is told here. This is called arjava. Ihri service done with Arjava will bring purusharthas.(4-21-32).

 

246)wheel wearer,having infinet power, Sri Hari’s lotus feet  one who serves  sincierely(nishkapata),continuously (one who follows Bhagvatha dharmas),one who knows  gods greatnesses and enjoys, such person wi  know world protecter god’s true form.he will become eligble for liberation.(1-3-38).

 

247)By performance9anustana) of  Bhagavatha dharmas, to get decided knowledge about god,singing of god should be done continuously. For bhagavatha dharmas which are told by him only,,for protection  god wears many incarnations. He will do great amazing works  like   loukikas(this worldly,iha,mundane) . one should do  god’s worship with  sankirthana(singing) and meditation continuously.(10-103-40).

 

248)Human (man) every day in three  yamas(parts,sessions) Sri ramsana’s ampd prada(shreyas giving) by shravansa(listening) sankirthana(singing) of stories, service of Srihari done by him,day by day increases. By such developed service,for sake of which kingsleaving up city go to forest.To such jivas bringing joy(bliss) of liberation, divine place devotees will get.(10-103-41).

 

249)your leela plays again again without boredom, many times those who  singing and reading(recital),those who remember them,-such devotees  only will get your darshan  quickly.(1-8-36).

 

250) Oneness in body speech,mind is arjava.The places in which I am residing(adhistana,establishments), a;; moving ang non moving(charachara)  things are my statues(symbols).like this you should feel. Again again this feeling should be confirmed in mind. To think  god is’sarvathyantha bhinna’ is itsels ‘liberation vision’. God’s this  differentness(bhinnathe)should be made to understood by all jivies. To do like this is  very dearer to god.this is god’s worship.He is high devotee. By this kind of wirship  desired purushartha(liberation,moksha) is got.(5-5-26).

 

251)(god is residing in all  things and all these are his symbols(prathime,statues) once in mind and another time in  words,in some times  by senses like eyes excetras, to worship god is is better worship. If god is not worshiped in this way he will undergo great sorrow great sorrow. He will not get relieved by yama’s rope(bondage).(5-5-27).

 

252)Among moving  things there are two kinds.two leged and four leged. Mong  two led bragmins and among four legs cows are worshipable.In non moving thulasi, gopichandana excetras are holy things.worsgipable.When it is so  why to worship  all charachara(moving and non moving  thngs)?Kavi named muni  advices to king.

Sky,air,fire, water,earth  stars, animals, directions,plants-trees,rivers,seas, excetras all things are under control of god.his symbols(pratikas). Devotees should worship all.he should feel all with equal vision(feel).High and low are outer aspects.But anthasthitha(inside staying) god is  equal. Devotee should have equal feel.He is present in all things and all he does and makes to do.With  thjids fixed intellect he should be worshiped.(11-2-41).

 

253)Kavi named muni advices to king janaka.

In god’s name chanting(nama smarane), and related karma celebrations  shyness should be left. Like this kavi muni advices to king.Name of Srikrishna , Hari’s stories  of incarnations ,his divine greatnesses hearing friend-enemy,high –low, these causes without considering in  worships and bhajans places and situations,including oneself god’s divine name-form(rupa)-karmas should be done. One should leave shyness.((11-2-39).

 

254) Pralhada tells to  his father  Hiranyakashipu.

Leaving thamasa nature which  character of demons,  knowall will have same desire like you.joy is needed ,sorrow is not needed. This is the feelings of all.Have equal vision. See equal  visionin friends and enemies.If really seen there are no people called friends and enemies. To have equal vision in all is best worship of anantha nayaka(infinet hero) Sri hari.If you please srihari with this vision you will get all. All purusharthas will be accomplished.(7-8-10).

 

255)these are words told by Srikrishna  to uddhava In bhikshugeetha.

Few ignorents leading to wrong pathmind speed(mano vega) without tolerating, enemy  called mind without able to wun,,friendship in enemies,and hatred in friends they will show.mind distraction(chittha kshobhe)  excitementis wtrong path.(10-23-49).

 

256)These are words told by pralhada to hiranyakashipu.

Kama,anger, excetras six enemies are robbing(peeling) body.like a king who has won all ten directions, without able to win mind, with bad feelings of friend-ignored(neglected)-enemy they will get. These ignorance born feelings, a jnani will not have.holding sword of knowledge,should fight against these six enemies.

(7-8-11).

 

257)Jadabharatha told to Rahugana king.

Controlling mind,who has left feeling of hatred.In the same way who has left violence. Sadgathi(liberation)  got by such person  will not be got by king who is ruling whole earth with four directions. Because those kings are’ajitha manaskas’

(unwon minded).Terefore they behave as they wish.they will hate all people on earth.this is my state only’ with this dispute they will fall in warfield. These kings who die in self ewar will  get hells only.(5-13-15).

 

258)Pralhada describes about greatness of shadanga service here.

Mind should think of god only and and god’s principles only. Eyes should see various form of god everywhere. Speech should be engaged in doing sthothras only. Cleanliness of Srihari temple should be mntained.Hands should be engaged in divine works only. mind excetra six sense organs  used in service of god only. Ears should listen Sri Hari leela stories only.without shadanga(six parts) services ) liberation desirer will not get  firm devotion in srihari. shadanga(six parts service) isinner means.’paramahamsa’ meams one who has puremind. To such paramahamsa god himself is residence.They have believed god completely. ((7-9-50).

 

259)This is prayer done by Nalakubas (sons of kubera)  to ikrishna.

Krishna! Let our  speech be engaged in keerthanas9singing) of your great stories ears in your  stories listening,,hands in cleaning of your temples, in all these karmas,heads in doing namaskarams to you,,our eyes in seeing your devotees and yourdivine forms,to get interest bless.(10-11-39)

 

260)Anantha guna paripurna  Anantha nayaka Sri Hari’s charecters to praise is blessedness(sarthakathe) to speech. Hands should do service of god.Mind should remember(smarane)  god  who is residing in all moving and non moving things as antharyami(indwelling regulater). Ears should listen  Mangalakara leela stories with devotion. Like this all senses should engage in service of god.This only is blessedness.(10-98-19).

 

261)To antharyami(indwelling regulater) in moving and non moving things one should do namaskarams.The eye which sees his symbol(statue) iyself is eye. God’s or his devotee’s  padodaka(feet water)  should be drunk (rn) with devotion daily.Such organs(body parts become holy.this is request(binnaha) one by parikshith king to sri shuka.(10-98-20).

 

262)This is the way in which devotee Ambarisha was doing Srihari’s worship.Ambarisha king stood  dedicated his in lotus feet of  Srikrishna only. His words  engage in doing kirthanas(character singing only). His hands were engaged in   cleaning Srihari’s templre. To listen best leela stories of Srihari was  was work of his ears.(9-6-6).

 

263)Ambarisha king used his eyes for darshan of statue  in mukunda temples, his body was interested in darshan touch,embrace of  of devotees,,his nose to smell fragrance of  flowes dedicated to feet of  srihai,an thulasi which was put to Srihari’ feet and to take food  to which thulasi was put he used his tongue.(9-4-7).

 

264)For visit of Srivishnu kshethras  he used his legs. His head for bending tofeet of srihrishikesha, his  desire for doing service of  Srihari. Hre did not desire sense enjoyments. He was interested in  srihari’ devotees  only.(9-6-8).

 

265)ambarisha behaved like this. To all works(karmas) done by his body inducter(preraka),lord,,invisible to senses,(impossible to know),,in purushotthama god having complete devotion,,by advice of jnanies dedicating all  karmas to srihari, ruled state.he did not behave like this by his own intellect. He followd  advice of jnanies only. To dedicate all karmas9works) done by body there is tradition (sampradaya) whichprevious elders have behaved and shown.(9-6-9).

 

266) shounaka muni tells to sutha muni.

By all sense done all works should be god related.(his worship,meditation excetras).This only is called brahmacharya(celibacy).ears should listen wonderful leela stories of od.It should listen other useless things. Tounge should speak of god only.(sthothras,telling leela stories excetras).If one talks of other things only it is like sounding tongue of frog only.Though it exists it does not exist. To speech of such persons sajjanas(good people) won’t give any value.This is a matter of sorrow.(2-3-20).

 

267) though king wears crown,head of a person which does not  do namaskarams liberation giver sri mukunda(like carrying stone),to him burden only. Though shining kankanas(bangles) are worn ,if those hands does not do service of godis not done they are useless like hands of dead body.(2-3-21)

 

268)though poets(scholars) ,who are searching for stomach food only, though compare eyes to lotuses,if does not see   two types of vishnu’s symbols(statues) Such eyes are useless like eyes of  peacock feather. Though wandering to  other woks ,if legs won’t go to Vishnu piligrimages , they are like plants stem only..though thaey does not go to piligrimages of Vishnu they will not go with other’s also.(2-3-22).

 

269)feet water added with feet dust  of god’s devotees should be worn on head.,in his life time one who does not want at least one time,is like living deadbody only.he is like breathing dead body. In the same way is one does not wear  thirtha(holy water of abhisheka of Saligrama) of feet water of srihari ,his life is waste only.in the same way dedicated to feet of god  thulasi leaf,sandal, excetras is smell is not taken, is like breathing dead body only.(2-3-23).

 

270)to pranadharana(living)  a man should depend upon profession(vritthi) necessary. It is of two kinds.ayachana(not to ask others. And yachana(to  beg others). Ayachana vritthi is of two kinds. Yadricchavritthi and shilonccha vritthi.

In samachana asanchaya(without accumulating),vartha(to collect little only),kalina

(to collect very much), like this three kinds.Among god’s devotees pakva,pakvalpa,pakva prathinidhi three kimds. Pakva devotees(not complete pakva) are better than pakvakalpas. Pakvakalpas are  are better than  pakvaprathinidhies.those who take food  got by  yadricche  are pakva devotees. Their description is give in this shloka.

Srikrishna tells to uddha:

 Those who have kindness in all animals,peaceful,,what is got by god’s grace only prava wearers,always having mind interested in me only,,such mahathmas without getting excited by mind desires, will be happy with my stories listening

Excetras.(11-14-17).

 

271) Gods prayed  vishwarupacharya to become their purohith.This is the answer gven to them.

Hey gods!Without any desire,by oneself without requesting  for anything,to such akinchana yogies,(after doing mass, rains remaing  in kana  without these,powder(nucchu) r grains emaining in grider stone.Rhis only is used by  few yogies.This kind of  method of life is called Thilonchana vritthi).Iam doing this kind of vritthi  only up till now. Performed by sajjanas  Agnihothra(varnashrama vihitha) karmas only  I am doing. Not suitable to Brahmins(vipras) ,very blamable porohithya how shall I do?I can’t accept it. One having selfish intellect will be happy with that profession.those who want that low profession are intellectless. They are inducted by selfish feeling.(6-7-32).

 

272)Pralhada tells about  pravritthi of pakvakalpa yogis.

 Hose,property,wife children, relatives with friendship of these in this family life let me not get interest. Due to god’s yoga(daiva yoga) and due to ignorance we may fall in family life. In such case let all family members become devotees. Then only a family holder can get paramapurushartha.One who lives with limited life is jithendriya. He is fit for listening gods stories. Within a short time he will get  Aparoksha(non indirect) jnana and self realization. One who  wants to earn more money will never get aparoksha jnana.

Practitioners(achievers,sadhakas) ayachana,sayahana, produced by these differences yadriccha,Shiloncha,asanchaya,,vartha, oryayavara  and shalina named five fritthies  in descending order(one lesser than another) suitable vritthi only,mainly any vritthi among these five. Without mind disturbance(manovikalpa)  should follow.(5-18-10).

 

273) while four faced brahma was in worries about  how knowledge of world creation is produced ,,at pralaya time getting created two times, words’thapa’ were heard. Yogies are famous as thapodganas! Is it not?  These yogis get  food excetras bt thapodhana only. They have no worry of filling stomach  in time of disasters.((2-9-6).

 

274)Chithrakethu king blames kamies(desirers).

Dedsiring sense objects joys only humns leaving  me (sarvotthama,best of all)

Worship other gods. Fruits got by worship of other gods gradually  will get destroyed.They will not get permanent joy(bliss,Happyness).Fruits got by worship of other gods  are temporary and will be lost.Among wife and children though few fruits remain life long they are cause of hell excetras.By the time he gets one fruit  he will lose another fruit.(6-16-38).

 

275) Prithu king  does sthothra of Srihari.

Hey lord! You are high in giving supreme(high) boons.As you are parameshwara you give more than what is asked.You are lord who can give liberation.one should not ask lower boons.From god you should get high purusharthas only.(4-20-24)

 

276)Srikrishna tells to Rukmini.

Leaving great wealth  of liberation(moksha)  those who  want sense enjoyments are bad lucked only. In lower animals yonies also thrinajala(grass water) sense objects enjoymenys  are got. Sense objects enjoyment  god(bhagavantha) refuses.Even lower animals also will get sense objects enjoyment.(10-75-52).

 

277)This is prayer done bydhruva king to Sriman narayana.

You are one who relieve us from cycle of births and deaths.One who asks lower things of sense enjotments  is aviveli(one who has lost viveka).Even scholars also ask low sense objects enjoyments. This is because of maya power of god. By maya power of god  even knowers(scholars) also,losing their enquiry power(vichara shakthi), will hold wrong path.(4-10-9)

 

278)naga wives  praise Krishna for kaliya killing.

God! Your devotte who depend completely on your feet dust,will not desire for heaven,or sathya world,or emperorship,or lordship of patala worlds,or siddhies(accomplishments) got by yogas. Tey will not desire even liberation also.10-14-37)

 

279) After giving of curse by sanaka excetras, jaya vijayas pray srihari like this.

Hey lord! Your devotees who believe in your feet only accept what is high in life only. They are very clever.even liberation(moksha) also they will not consider as parama purushartha. Then where is value to  heavenly world joys? Your devotees will never pray you for these(3-16-49).

 

280)as bees enjoy in lotus,our mind forgetting  body(oneself) if can enjoy in your lotus feet,,dedicating to your feet,,s thulasi  petals get high shine,singing of your  infinet checters song(Anantha guna gana),if fills our wars,,even in hell also,produced by sinful karmas  sorrows and difficulties we are ready to bear.(3-3-(3-16-49).

 

231)after killing of kalayava after long sleep awakened  Muchakunda king prays srikrishna.

Keeping behind liberation also, Why are you requesting  Sri Hari service only. Why! Like this Bhagavathas do high praer.To Bhagavatha people there in higher prayer than this. This hari service is parama(supreme) purushartha. Your desireless(nishkama) devotees ask for this only. They won’t desire any other thing.By  worshipng you who are liberation giver,,which clever(intelligen) will get relieved from cycle of births and deaths, who indulges in this how  will he desire sense objects enjoyments?(10-53-57).

 

282) God(bhagavantha) is varadeshwara.he gives what ever is begged(requested). One will ask sene objects joy nd another my ask prama purushartha.God has equal  feel(kindness) about both of them. To them to not  to give  sense objects joy(vishaya sukha,Indriya sukha) is due to kindness only. By givng sense objects joys they will become more intoxicated.So he does not give. Yo nishkama( desireless) devotees who does not want anything ,though they do not request(pray)  gives place in his lotus feet-parama purushartha form  liberation. Fulfilling(providing) all desires  in his lotus feet he gives residence.(5-9-27).

 

283)God is   creater,maintainer,destroyer of the universe. He does this by his yoga power.He protects all of us. For our welfare(kalyana) only god is  doing all these things(creation,maintainance,destruction).He is desireless(nirapeksha). He is animittha (causeless)relative. Such god looks after our safety. He protects from beginning to end.(3-17-37).

 

284) Prayer done by  daksha prajapathi to paramathma(god).

This human (ungrateful and luckless) though god resides in his own body   can’t know him. He is causeless(animittha) helping friend. Because his vision is blur.He does not remember god. Because god’s maya has covered him. In do namaskarams to such god is Animittha relative and devadevotthama.(6-4-24) .

 

285) kunthidevi remembers help done by god.

 He is inductor(preraka) of all senses.Hey hrishikesha! Demon kamsa had kept your mother devaki jail for lont time. Therefore she suffered a lot of sprrow. You relieved your mother devaki you relieved from bondage. In the same way  you solved continuous disasters  which had come to my children.(1-8-26)

 

286)kunthi told.

 You saved bhima from kaalakuta poison given by Duryodhana. You avoided from becoming food to  Baka and Hidamba. You saved  droupadi from  wicked durbar(pulling haira and clothes excetras). You saved  from difficulties of forest living. When Drona’s son ashwatthama   when he used brahmasthra to eradicate(destroy) pandava’s family , saved parikshitha who was in womb(uterus) of utthare. In all wars you saved from  dangerous arrows.You saved all of us.(1-8-27).

 

287)prayer of devotee to kuchela  prays  god(bhagavantha) likr this.(in his own words).

(god accepted   one fist avalakki which I had brought with love).)such kindful srikrishna lord sevent relationship  infinet animittha(causeless) help doing permanent friendship , while studying together grown by itself(naimitthika)Feel,,as his servent to wear  urdhvapundra, chakrankithas all these excetra   le be got by me in births and births. Such gunapurna,,great, in srihari  beging friendshipform devotion,those who are interested in  hari remembrance(hari smarane) ,these hari’s devotees union (long duration sathsanga) let bring shreyas to me.10-99-35).

 

288)Sri hari is shadguna Aishwarya sampanna(paripurna), all independent(sarvathanthra svathanthra),,omniscient(sarvajna). To his loneliness devotees he gives  up himself. He is uncomparable donater. I am his devotee.Inspite of this  hari has not given me  money gold excetras. The reason for this is  his kindness upon me. Because birthless, deathless god ,to devotees who have no knowledge of future,,as he is  omniscient (sarvajna),will not give pride due to wealth.So he does not give money and state excetras.(10-99-36).

 

289)God ! your feet is like fire to sins ocean.(burns all sins0. Munies meditate upon you only. Getting wet by devotion  rasa in heart they full up your heart. Bhagavathas(sathva character dominant0,in your bimba(object) knowledge as they are rich, in all your forms,in your powers and charecters there is no not even little difference. Those who know you are equal in all your four forms vasudeva,sankarshana,pradyumna,Anirddha , you are avayavi(one who has orgns or parts) and avayava(body parts) with this feel, morning afternoon evening ynthese three sessions(javas)  you feet is safe to us.(let him gracae final parama purushartha). (11-6-10)

 

290) This is sentence in shruthi githa. In this shloka(verse)  there are three padas(feet).this is equal to Vedas.

 Hey purusha! Inducter of all works-good and bad,,in good and bad intellect,,in antharanga(regulater,niyamaka)  in purusha form,outside  in time(kaala ) form,,according to place and charecters excetras you will get done by them. All those works are yoiur works only –like this jnanies know(feel). All works are carried by you only. You are’Akhila shakthi dhatha’. Your amsha(part,fraction),avesha(excitement) , all incarnations you are having your all  whole powers(Akhanda shakthies). The worship done is not done by us,but you have got done it through us.you are both worshipper and worshped both.((10-94-21).

 

291) This is sthuthi(praise) done by  dhruva to god.

Omnipotent(sarvashaktha) (no svagathabheda)  drihari(not differeny in his many incarnations),,though he one only, he is having all his powers. In his infinet forms in one one special forms, entering  speech, and remaining senses hands,legs, ear,skin,pranas, and in rxctera senses and parts(organs) (as antharyami,indwelling regulater), is residing in purusha form. Without grace (induction) of god senses won’t work. God enters in senses and makes them to work. Hey,god many pranams to you. The word bhagavan is reserved for you only.(

 

292) Narada teaches to sorrowful chithrakethu king abot  bhagsavah upasna(god’s worship).

When metal is heated it can be converted into different shapes(weapons excetras). But metal has no this  power of changing shape normally. Like this inducted by god only  body,senses, mind,intellect, will become efficient in doing their works. I surrender to Badarayana who is sarvajna(omniscient).(6-16-24).

 

293) Rhese are shlokas done by Shuka muni to paramathma.

God graces all purusharthas to yogis who do  subtle(sukshma) worship. Without winning senses(indriyas) to low yogis(hata yogis)  though he tried hard god will not show his true form(svarupa). He will not give true knowledge to them. If one is not skilled(Akushala) in works he will not get god’s true from knowledge. Yogaha karmashu koushalam it is told. Namaskarams to such Narayana.(2-4-14)

 

294)Recital of god’s names and charecters  is called kirthana.By tongue  to tell (chant) god’s names and charecters,listening them,,to see divine(divya) forn from eyes,by eight parts(sastanga) to do namaskarams to god,,to meditate upon god by mind ,To worship god by worship materials,.Those who perform like this, their sins will get destroyed immdeately. Namaskarams to such great god.(2-4-15)

 

295)Pralhada done Narasimha sthuthi.

In world there are two kinds of people.jnanies and ajnanies(ignorents). Worship done by  Ajnanies god  will not accept only. He will accept worships done by jnanies(knowledgeable persons).He is paripurna, apthakama,,he has no desired which is not fulfilled, he has no desires. There is no thing which he does not have..therefore only he is prabhu(lord).he ia all independent(sarva thanthra svanthathra). Why god accepts all worships?  Devotees may worship in any way. By this there will be use to worshippers. They will get all purusharthas. Worship should be done without leaving. Flower,fruits, swinging cot by excetra worship materials  god should be worshiped.(7-9-11).

 

296) Nabhiraja did yajna  to get son. God’s worship is of two kinds. Sthula(gross) and subtle(sukshma). Sukshma worsip is related to mind. One who wants liberation, should do shasthra vihitha(as told in scriptures) karmas without missing. By my outer forms like  statues and idols,in all animals as he is residing in all animals as atharyami(indwelling regulater).Thill that this kind of worship should be done.After knowledge rise(jnanodaya), sukshm(subtle) worship is to be done. Controlling all manovritthies(mental modifications,mental fluctuations)  to make mind to stand firmly in god is mental worship(manasa puja). This is highest among all worships. Contineous namasmarane  and sthothras should be done. Hey god grace me for these.(5-3-5,7,8,9,13).

 

297)This is advice given by Narada to Prachethasa.

One who is prideful by wealth,scholarship,,bth in high family ns good works of show,getting intoxicated by these ,ho blame  bhagavathas and do other sinful wprks Srihari will not accept worship of such people. If hari does not grace how will one get knowledge and devotion.God loves good natured bhagvatha people. One who insults  and hates devotees  he is hating srihari only. God will not accept worship of blamers. Gos does not like show off in his worship by excess grand worship materials.(4-31-22)

 

298) Narada tells to Srivedavyasa.

Inm each shloka there may be defects.It may be in meaning,metre(chandassu) and grammer. If such works are filled with Sri Har’s names ,sajjanas  listen  stories and songs of  leelas  of Srihari. One  scripture which contains Srihari’s leela stories and names is  good scripture(sacchasthra).Such good book only  removes sin of listeners and makes them clean. So one should believes in scriptures with sincerity.(1-5-11).

 

299) book having good words,  thgere repeated description of gods charecters and leela works , such good books should be studied repeatedly. Who wants to have firm devotion in god, they should listen. By studies and recitals of such books only defects, and sins are removed.Here Srishuka tells greatness of bhagavatha.

(12-3-15).

 

300) Advice given by Jadabharitha to Rahuganaraja.

 Retuning mind from  this worldly(loukika)  wasteful chattings, one who is engaged in listening  god’s leela works(stories) ,in telling, bhagavatha  book  will make to get engaged. By reading and reciting such  bhagavatha daily, to devotees who are liberation desirers(mumukshus) , pur intellect and feel will develop.(5-12-13).

 

301) Here greatness(mahime) of Bhagavatha is told.

 Shadguna aishshwarya pripurna,regulater(niyamaka) of all senses, who is fit for mangalakara(good doing) sthothra(praise), such srihari’s leela works ,ll talks and woeds are useless. Words which dscribe supreme holy  leela works and charecters of Srihari  are truthful and blessed. It produces knowledge and devotion about god. It is punya bringing and and leads to parama purushartha.(12-12-48).

 

302) Words which tell greatness of god  is punya giving,melodious to ear, and ever new. On lisytening brings new knowledge in mind. Such words are great celebration(mahothsava), eyernal joy giving to mind,removes sorrows. Belief in Bhagavatha scriptures is essential and inevitable for attaning purusharthas.(12-12-20).

 

303)Srikrishna told to Uddhava.

Hey Anga!vathsa,uddhava! Creation,mintainance,estruction  re three kinds of works.It is my duty to protect good people and destroy wickeds. The words which won’t describe my greatnesses  are wastefuk barren words.A jnani will never honour such words. Such useless will not help to attan liberation. Don’t speak or hear  words which are against to Bhagavatha. It will not give purusharthas.(11-10-20.

 

304)  fool will protect books(scriptures) which does not propound(prathipadisu)  my sarvotthamathva (best of all) with difficulty. But cow which does not give milk,,a chasteless wife(svairini)  servent body, country with wicked people, and in sajjanas  like undonated  money(dravyas,wealth)  such scriptures protection  is useless only.(10-11-19).

 

305) Sutha muni extends greatness of Bhagavatha.

In books  there may be skilled (tactful) isage f words,if it does not tell Hari’s greatnesses , if not described(either in part or fully) such book will be like piligrimage  without holiness. Good people does not depend on such books or  places. Only bad people will study bad books.Crows used mud water and swans does not use!(12-12-50).

 

3o6) Sri Narada tells to vedavyasa.

A book which does not describe characters of Srihari  is not scripture. Good people will never indulge in such books.They are accepted by ignorents only. Leaving mud water  which crows use,swans use pure water lake only.(1-5-10)

 

307) In words there are different kinds(prabhedas). The words which describe Indra excetra gods are  deva prabhedas(ods prabhedas). Those which describe about rushies are rushiprabheda words. Animals are divided based on  jarayuja- those which take birth in mother’s womb(uterus), humans birds,animals excetras,

Udbhijas (which break seed and come out) are plants and trees excetras. Svedajas- are  one which take birth from sweat. Lice excetras.Andaja-those which break out eggs and come birds excetras. Apart from these heaven,sky, planets,atars, earth,hills,rivers ,seas-these are names of Srihari only. These are all infinet(anantha) names of Srihari. There is no  words which are not  srihari’s names.(5-18-32).

 

308)Sri shuka  advices  god’s worship(upasana) method.

All words are god’d name only. Except for god  not to use god’s names is bhagavatha dharma called  ‘silence’(mouna). Those who want liberation to g this kind of silence completely. With these feelings gods names should not be used in other plaes.Those who worship indra excetra gods will not get liberation. Charecters told by all words  are present in Srihari only.(2-2-2).

 

309)Sri shuka told.

 All words are gods name only. Though gold is one  different names bangles, ear ornaments are used. In the same way   rice, water, are food related words,father mother are relation indicating words. Paddy corn  ghee  are materials used in yajna for dedicating as havis.words whether vaidika or loukika (this worldly,mundane) ,different meaning or opposite meaning –how ever may be, all words belong to god only.((12-4-30).

 

310) Bhagavantha advices uddhava.

Gold is gold only what ever may be form. In the same way god is god (bhagavantha, parabrahma) only  even after creation, destruction.He is changeless,parinama shunya. In the middle period as they get different forms  it is suitable to use those names in middle.In living and non living things I am present in that that form  as regulater(niyamaka). If I won’t make to do  as anthrayami( in dwelling regulater)  this moving non moving world cant even open and close eye lid(blink) also. In all works srihari is  main doer. He only is both doer and enjoyer.

311) Sri Shuka tells  important summary of  bhagavatha scripture.

All words are god’s names only. Thise who can’t understand this  should use words selectively  and necessarily. If there is  other soirce of  income for body maintainance and living (for basic life)s ine should indulge in god only.If not done like this  it is anartha(meaningless). God related words should not be used for other purposes.They should be used limited and selectively.(2-2-3).

 

312)Method of life of  Bhagavath upasakas(god’s worship) is told here by Sri Shuka.

Earth  is bedto sleep.why other luxury beds? When there are arms why pillows?when there is bogase(anjali) always  why other vessels? When there are ten directions around  why silk clohes?like  this as basic needs are there to yogis,except go they should not use other words.(2-2-4).

 

312-313) is it not possible to get old torn clothes are available near town Agase door.(agase-main or of villge or town). Trees give free fruits  to protect body. All fully flowing rivers are they dried up?will they not cool thirst?is not Krishna friend to those who have left body pride completely and surrender to god completely? Will not see safety of such devotees?(2-2-5)

314)Kavi tells to Videha king like this about importance of bimbopasane to produce interest and honour  in devotees.

Feeling of me and mine in  amangala(as it is obstructive liberation) body excetras,Is cause of all family bondages. To family holder to avoid such family troubles  there is ony one way. That is worship of Sri Hari’s lotus feet. Srihari avoids all fears attacking from  all sides. Dedicating to Sri achyutha’s feet worshiping devotees  there is no fear at all.(1-2-33).

 

315) the mind which is  worshiping lotus feet of  Srihari contineouslyby veda studies,by penance, by pranayama(by control of air), by animittha(causeless)  help,by thirtha baths,,by performing vows(vrathas) and worships –by all these mind’s  high  holiness is not got.(12-3-48).

 

316)Till when  devotees worship you with devotion  which removes their all fears,,till then there will be no removal of body pride. This bad  body oride is source of all sorrows.to one who has body pride , fear that there will be loss of my wealth,excitement due to fear is not avoided. When we depend upon lotus feet of god , and indulge in worship, many fears and sprrows are avoided and removed.There will be purity of mind(chitthashuddhi). By purity of mind there will be firm manovritthi(mind modification,mind fluctuation) in god.  Desires produce  extraordinary sorrows. Till god is worshiped with devotion  sorrows are not avoided.(3-11-6).

 

317) kavi named muni tells to king janaka  about fruits got by god’s worship.

Devotion in god, own bimba form knowledge,except god deyachment in other remaining things, dispassion(vairagya)  these three produced simultaneously.How is this? For this example is given here. To one who takes nmeals hunger reduces by each thutthu. Stomach fills. All these will be produced by each thutthu simultaneously.there will be removal of sorrow.(11-2-42).

 

318)continuation of Kavi’s words. Continuously done god’s worship by devoteeproduces devotion,knowledge (jnana),dispassion(vairagya). Such devotee will gettotal removal of sorrows (parashanthi,supreme peace). There is no need  for use of different  means for achievement of these separately. (11-2-4).

 

319)greatness of worship of god Srishuka tells to parikshitha king.

Onme who knows adhyathma  topic well, who performs by knowing ehat to do and what not to do, worshiping god’s feet,  In  joys of this and other world Leaving interest, gets  proper knowledge of Srihari.Through devotion,knowledge,And dispassion  will get complete relief from sorrows ans brahma sannidhya(presence).Infinet namaskarams to god  who gives liberation form  fruit To those devotees who worship through knowledge(jnana) excetras.(2-4-16).

 

320) high among brahmajnanies  janaka ,though ewas knowing  brahmathathva as it is(yathartha) , for world welfare  asked yogishwara about that. Narayana named brahma form  god’s form  In request you. Because  you are expert among those who know brahmathathvas.

 He is cause of creation,maintainance,and destruction og world. He resides in all jivies,though is experiencing jagratha(awakenness)-dream-deep sleep(sushupthi), as he is independent without undergoing their upadhies(adjuncts) is detached(unattached,nirliptha). Nobody is equal to him. He gives chaithanya(spirit) to body,,senses,prana,mind, by his own power making them live.(11-3-36).

 

321)Avadhutha jadabharatha advices Rahugana king about bimba form.

I am not the person who is carrying  mane’s (pallakki?0 burden. I am not forward also’.Who is doing all  works is Antharyami(indwelling regulater) sri Hari only.’Ayyo brother you are very tired by  carryoing mene  alone for long distance’.to these words of Rahugana king jadabharatha answers.

‘by guru who knows brahmathathva(by srihari’s grace) completely one should know brahmathatyva from him.sarvotthama,shuddha jnana form, told by world brahma, eternal (nithya) called by jnanies like this,peaceful,told by word brahma(brahma pada vachya),having punya name vasudeva. Parabrahma is told by jnanies like this. Don’t think he is outside body.he will never leave jiva and go for any cause.

Jadabharatha tells-‘one who carries mene,to carry forward-these are all not my works.Antharyami Srihari only  makes to do all works by me’. Imba in head of jiva as head,in face of jiva as face,,in this way(to jiva’s body parts  to each having resembling form(shape) ,occupying jiva fully resides.(5-12-11).

 

322)Jadabharatha told to Rahugana king.

 Bimba form paramathma’s form(svarupa),,the way in which he lives in jiva,-all these have beem described.It is not easy to get meaning of word bimba. Penance,scholarship,leaving houses  living in forest,,veda studies,,in holy thrthas residence,Agnihothra,sun worship(suryopasane),by performance(anustana) of all these,(which I adviced you) very secret bimba form jnana is not got. By bathing in feet dust of –by their sathsanga and services only  paramathma’s bimba fom knowledge is got.It is the only way of getting bimba form knowledge.((5-12-12).

 

323)Occupying as  antharyama(indwelling regulater),paramathma standing in jiva, though he is  doing work of enjoying  enjoyments of jiva(bhoga),,paramathyma(god) has prakritha body. Jnanananda statue. He takes what is graspable(grahya) only. By works of jiva,by enjoyments god is unattached(nirliptha). As he is shadguna Aishwarya sampanna all powers match(adjust) in him  without opposition.jivantharyami,,prathyagathma,,anantha kalyana gunapurna,bliss(ananda) form ,sarvashaktha(omnipotent), in bimba form god you keep unbound (nissima) devotion. Then  me and mine,deeply rooted knot of Ingnorence slowly cut and spill.

Taking birth is all yonies  (vagina,womb,uterus)  of   god-human-animals birds excetras, got in that time  separation of dear ones, and joining with unwanted persons,(to get these)  by these two facts happening sorrows fire you will get baked.All works which we do for removal of sorrow will only increase them. I am wandering all yonies again again. Like this who is moving in death and birth form family ,lord(swamy) your bimbopasana(bimba worship),it’s part  outer daasya(servantship),  inform. For removal of family sorrows this is only means.(saadhana). What is use of outer dasya and it’s form  inform.( Bimbopasane and  daasya are important).(7-9-17).

 

325)Teachings done by pralhada  to demon children.

To god jiva should dedicate all. This is main summary of all Vedas.Without svathma samarpane bhagavath prasannathe is not got.dharma-artha-kama are three purusharthas.,rules and ethics of veda studies, all vritthies(mental modifications,fluctuations)  for leading life,,to get blessed,proponded by all veda masses,,animittha(causeless) relative, purushotthama in him jiva should dedicate  his all(sarvasva). This called Athmasamarpana(athma dedication)..one should  become  subordinate to god.(7-6-32).

 

326)Devotee prahlada told to Demon childern.

These are great vows(vrathas) of Brahmins. Knowledge,truth, senses control, sincerity in god(shama), no jealousy, shalinathe, no hatred,donation,yajna, penance(thapassu), vedabhyasa-these are twelve vrathas(vows) needed for Brahmins. Than ewho is away from  lotus feet of god,bad prided(durabhimani) Brahmin  chandala who had dedicated mind speech body pranas to god is better.

327) These are words of Kuchela(devotee Sudhama).

Mind,speech,body,prana- dedicating to god  first kind of  four types of  antharika(inner) dedications(samarpan)s(believing that I am servent(daasa) god  and dedicating all to him) in important.now second type is told. Though athmasmarpana not dedicated worships excetras,though they are grand however much, they are less fruitful. Taken  carried away from  me fist of avalakki(fat rice)Accepting with faith  that great lord blessed me by giving  great wealth.(mahadaishwarya)(10-99-34).

 

328)kavi muni explains method of Athma samarpana(athma dedication)  to videha king.

All works done through body,speech,mind,intellect should be dedicated to SrimanNarayana.It should be done without expecting any fruits in return.it should be dedicated with service mind.this is  also called  ‘athma nivedane’. Then one will get grace of god.(11-2-36).

 

329) BVijnapane(request) done by Narada to  sri vedavyasa.

In Vedas told all knowledge without dedication to srihari will not shine.Evan yajna yagadies(sacrifices) if not dedicated to Srihari  will produce amangala. If not dedicated to god whether jnana,karma, will not be able to get purusharthas.(1-5-12).

 

330) Shuka tells to Srihari.

Penanciers (thapaswies) ,those who do donation called kaithu(?),those who  good works  which  brings good fame,prajnas,those who do veda studies,those who do vihitha karmas, all these if not dedicated to god will not get purusharthas.On dedicating all these with devotion  to Srihari who gives liberation  again again namaskarams.(2-4-17).

 

331)Advice given by Narada to Prachethasa.

By giving water to root of plants,big branches,small branches are also fed. Flowers and fruits are witness that the plant has been fed by ater sufficiently. In the same way all services dedicated to srihari  dedicated to his anga(part) gods also.Angadevathas won’t need separate worship. By worshiping all gods will be pleased.(4-31-14).

332)Srikrishna advices Uddhava.

In previous chapters ,thity dharmas of Bhagavatha dharma,Bimbopasane,Athma samaroane are told in detail.Devotion is another name for bimbopasane. By such great devotion,,getting relieved by  bondages sathva,raja,thama  will get relieved from  god’s binding power called Maya. By practice of Bhagavatha dharmas , by dedicating to Sriman Narayana  maya form bondage will be lost.

 By devotion tone becomes vibrating, mind melts and flows,he cries few times,sings,dances. This kind of devotees  by their speech excetra activities  make world holy.

Driendship of devotees, feet touching,,their name’s kirthana,their remembrance,all these areholy like thirthakshathras(piligrimages).(11-14-24).

 

333)source cause of creation,maintainance-destruction, for world welfare(kalyana) leela incarnating in human form,in Srmannarayana  both of you(nandagopa and yashode)  have supremely high  devotion. What other good work is remaining to be done for you? Devotion earning(collection) is  chief goal of  all sathkrmas. You both are having such supreme devotion  in srikrishna. There is no other good remains to be done.(10-44-34).

 

334)pralhada done nrisimha sthuthi.

Money,birth in better family, body beauty, pence,vidy,karma performance, charm(brightness), body power, valience, intellect(power of enquiry) all tese plans(means).these are not able to get blessings of Srihari. Feel of supreme blessings  in Srihari they won’t produce. Like this I know. Because to gajendra(elehant)  was  blessed (helped) srihari’s devotion only . To elephant devotion was only means.(7-9-9).

 

335) words told by Hanumatha  Arshtishena.

To get blessings of Sriramachandra  who is high in liking good charecters present in others(gunagrahi0, to take birth in good family, body beauty,intellect, are not fixed means. Because lakshmana’s elder brother Sriramachandra, taken birth in animals ,birds class,with wild animals like us, (for our devotion)  made friendship.This is to be liked.(5-10-17).

 

336)God or demon,,human  or monkey-what more? Belonging to whch ever animal class,,one who wants liberation, Srihari  Who incarnated in  as Srirama in human form, should worship with unique(ananya) devotion. Srihari will never forget the service done by Srihari.Srihari is purushotthama,devotthama. What is the use of devotion?people around Ayodhya  he carried all people  to his divine plave Ayodhya. Srihri gives sadgathi(liberation) to all  good devotees.All should depend on Srihari only.(3-2-24).

 

337) Srikrishna’s mahime9greatness ) is praised here.

Though demons wared with  god at end they also became god’s devotees only.

Because in war field  on earth, coming as garudavahana(eagle as vehicle) chakradhari(wheel wearer),lord of three worlds, Srihari only was found.  InDemons  hatred disappeared and devotion appeared. Such demons also  I consider as God’s devotees. In demons also there are devotees. Intensive devotion should be developed  necessarily for liberation.(3-2-24).

CHAPTER 24:BHAKTHI KARYA(DEVOTION WORK) PRAKARANA:

Kavi named rushi  told to videha king like this.

To one who is always engaged  in god’a(bhagavantha,paramathma)  chatecters-leela works  listening and shravana(remembrance)  as vows(vrathas) in life to such Saghaka(practitioner,achiever) intensive devotion is produced. On listening  god’s songs devotees mind melts. His chitthavritthi (mind modification,mind fluctuation) , moves towards devotion. In excitement of devotion he laughs, he becomes often intoxicated.Sometimes he dances also. By these kinds of chittha krithies  he becomes loka vilakshana(peculiar).Devotees chitthavritthi melts and flows(feels) towards  god.(12-2-40).

 

339) How and when I will see achyutha? With this devotion  often cry(feels sorrow). By remembering god’s leela  incarnation works they will enjoy and laugh by themselves. Though people does not question  they will tell god’s stories  by themselves. They act and show lkeela works. Some worship god by silence only. These peculiar  leelas of devotion  are vilakshana(peculiar) and aloukika. (11-3-33).

 

340)Prabuda named muni describes  features of  high devotes to videha king.

 There are three steps of devotion. Apakva (immature),pakvakalpa, pakva(matured). Due to excitement of mind there will be laughing crying. Often devotee will will be intoxicated(unmade). Somes times he becomes under control of devotion (  devotion paravasha). High devotion is called parama bhakthi(supreme devotion). He will become excited on listening devotional songs. He remembers god’s charecters and leelas. He sheds tears of joy.Hairs become erect.He sings in loud voice .becomes mad and dances. Some worship god by silence. Few people may simply act also.(7-7-36).

 

341) Other works which are emit out from devotion are told. In devotional excitement  as though has undergone  pain(effect) of ghosts-devils-pishachies, some times lohdly screams, often laughs, Sometimes indulges in meditation of god. Sometimes contemplate (anusandhana) in mind only and hoins hands to god again again. Iam not independent.I am under control of director(suthradhara) god. Chants Narayana loudly again again.(7-7-37).

 

342) Gd’s will is my will.I am under control of gos.I am not independent. What god directs That I will do. This is formed gue to anusandhana(contemplation) on god. If srihar speaks  I will speak,If he behaves I will behave. If he desires that is my desire. Like this contemplating in mind he will do all works. This is described as’Athmagathihi’. To such matured devotee  family bondages will go off completely. Though he lives in family he will become jivanmuktha(liberation while living).(7-7-38).

 

343)Shounaka teels to sutha muni.

Sri hari’s kalian Charecters,his amrith leela(play) works, on hearing  whose mind does not melt, whose eyes does not shed tears, whoe body hairs does not get erect,in whose face extraordinary joy(bliss)  does not appear due to devotional excitement,-totally these outer  features of devotion inm whom are not found-such person’s heart is hard like stone,resembles sone only. Dhikkaa(damn ) to life of devotionless.few does  Bhahavathas does not express  outer features of devotion also.

Sathidevi(parvathi) tells to shiva hater Daksha.

Few munies will not follow vihitha karmas(vidhi-nishedhas,dos and don’ts) which are told in  Vedas. Because they think  bimba form  god only makes to do all works.they dedicate all their works to bimba form god. They follow veda told works  after decding with veda pramanas(evidences).s They won’t follow  show off superficial  evidences. Behavior of  high munies  may appear  different from that of commom man. Common man does not remember bimba form  god while doing works. Gods works are different.human works are different, munies works are different.94-4-19)

 

345)Shiva teels to sathidevi(parvathi).

 When jnanies meet welcoming, to bend with pbedience, like this honouring mutually will do. They do it for  antharyami(indwelling regulater) purushotthama. They won’t do it  for body pride jivies.(4-3-22).

 

346)Chamarasa named muni  told to videha king.

 With beautiful body colour,,by wealth,,due to birth in high family,,by beauty,,by bpdy power, by doing good works b-y pride which comes from all these, losing their intellect and wisdom(viveka)  without following scriptures, blama srihari devotees. It is as sinful as blaming srihari only. Srihari devotees dedicate  blames donr by oyhers to them to  their srihari  only.As blame of bhagavathas(devotees) should never be done.(10-5-9).

To sadhaka(practioner,achiever) two gurus. One is  ordinary guru doing brahmopadesha ,another is special guru who does brahmopadesha. Apart from these there is another guru.He is third ordinary guru. Without his blessings  there will be bimba form  direct realization.This ordinary guru is god only. He is famous as Worldguru(jagadguru). In adhyathma prakarana  god is jagadguru.

347)request of Uddhava to Sri Krishna.

Lord! Brahmopadeshaka  brahma  is residing in chittha as chitthabhimani. Brahma is acharya chaithanya. God in chittha(mind) of all jivies In the form of name vasudeva,,in brahma deva as ntharyami (indwelling regulater) you are residing. Resiing like this  Adhikaries who have worn human body by mind,by speech,,by workdone, obstructive to brahma jnana  three kinds of sins  making destroyed, svabimba form  jnana you will give them. By cleaning three kinds of sin  you will do svabimba form knowledge. This great help even Brahma excetras  repay9fulfill) even by worshiping you. Though it is so  it is duty of god’s devotees  is to remember him  with much joyalways. It is duty of devotees  to remember this great help of godas nimittha bandhu(causeless relative)  bringing shreyas to devotees without expecting any help in return. Devotion an gratitudes are important. (include both  explanations in stanza only)(11-29-6)

 

348) Sri shuka describes greatness of Srihari.

In adhyathma practice jnanies present in  human bodies  having desire of getting bimba form  realization  of god,by mind-(meditation ,chinthana), do enquiry(vichara ) of god with   sincerity,-devotion-concentration) contineously. By their enquiry form churning(manthana) will have bimba form realization of god.

349) for bimba  form realization  example of  production of fire by churning was gien previously. It does not mean  bimba form like fire has prakritha  form. Bimba form is not of  pancha bhouthika(five great elements).Iyt is aprakritha(aloukika).skin eyes can’t see it. To it’s darshana(vision)  meditation and chinthana(thoughts) are  meams(sadhanas). Namaskarams to such bimba form.

 350)Kavi named rushi  advices  NIMI king.

 To man his body and house are givn by desire of Eshwara only. They are not his own. To all those god is lord. Their lordshiop does not belong to jiva but to god. Inspite of these he thinks body and house are his own. This illusion produces  sorrow in him. What does not belong to him ,he is thinking as his own. This is cause of sorrow. In dream seen horse and chariot are not ours. In the same way body ,house, excetras does not belong to us but to god.

So a jnani should think’naham kartha Hari kartha’. As for family mind is cause If mind is dedicated to srihari’s feet  there will be no fear of family.(11-2-38).

351) If prayaschittha(atonement) is not done for sinful works which we have done knowingly or unknowingly , in hell  we have to under go punishments and pains. therefore  atonements (prayaschitthas) should be done while living only without delay. In kaliyuga people are short lived,lazy, dullards,.they suffer from many troubles. Methos of doing prayaschithha are told.(6-1-8).

 

352)Advice done by sri shuka muni  to parikshitha king.

 For sins done by mind,speech and body prayaschitthas should be done while living only as early as possible. Otherwise they will definitely produce sorrow.They shuld be done according to degree (magnitude and severity) of sins. Otherewise they will produce severe pain. In books details of lists of sin and their punishments are told. In bhagavatha fifth sskandha in 25th chapter hells are described.

1)Suchimukha—seeing abhyagathas with bent vision by merely collecting other’s  money.

2)Krimi meals: not to distribute properly  the earned wealth.

3) Ksharajardama: self praise amd other’s blame.

4)Thaptha lohamaya sthree alingana-to one who is interested in other’s woman(parasthree)

5)Asipathravana-one who has left veda path and has become pakhanda

6)vaishasa- to one to does violence to animal in yajna.

7)dandashuka- to one who violates animals without cause

6)vaitharani-to one who destroys good  religious path(saddharma).

 

353) To praise god’s  mangalakara charecters,name,works(krithies)  is bhagavath dharma. To remove sins of humans god’s name sankirthana itself is enough. Ajamila named brahmana  born to him in his dasi(maid servent)  Narayana named his son  called only once at the time of death. His all  severe sins were removed. For all sins god’s name sankirthane and to stand chiythavritthi(mental thoughts) in god is only high atonement(prayaschittha).(6-3-24)

 

354)’bhagavannama sankirthane’ is very important Bhagavatha dharma.It is easy also.Many people does not know importance of god’s nama sankithana. Sankirthana means recital and siniging of god’s names,charecters, works.  Due to maya  many people having dull intellect  will not do god’s dharmanustana daily.Leaving faith in vedic sentences will show interest in other things. Bhagavannama sankirthana should be adopted in life without fail.(6-3-25).

 

355)by bhagavannama sankirthana  knowing well and doing anustana (daily  performance) ,thinking well  knowing it’s mahime(greatness) in god having thrikarana(ming speech body) devotion, who perform devotion yoga  devotees will not under any punishment. Though they have sinful works  due to their devotion all sins will be removed.Don’t bring god’s devotees to hell.his is order of god.(6-3-26).

 

356)These are words of yamadharma. Vishnu’s servents,devoteesby me and others also, will protect in all ways. Vishnu’s sevents will not show their special signs to anybody. They are worshiped by gods. Yamaduthas will not go near god’s devotees.(6-3-18).

 

357)Know summary of veda scriptures. Those who have pure mind ,those who do not have  desire(greed) in money ,who depend on god completely  such Bhagavatha shromanies(devotees)daily serving, in  liberation giving mukunda’s  ilotus feet  necter(makaranda) having interest,having no interest in family happiness, are good devotees. Those who don’t have these good charecters bring them to hell.(6-3-28).

 

358) god’s names whose tongue has not chanted at least once,,those who have not done namaskarams to lotus feet of god a least once,bring such bhagavatha dharma less  to hell.(6-3-29)

 

359)As yama’messengers went to Ajamila  to bring to hell, yama with repentence asks excuse in Srihari.

god’s devotees are not  fit fir punishment.but yama’s messengers went to bring Ajamila to hell. Mitake happened by me. Excuse  me and my messengers for this mistake(crime). It happened due to ignorance. I will join hands and request youto forgive. Gurupurna,purushotthama  Narayana our namaskrams.(6-3-31).

 

360)Srihuka tells to parikshitha king.

To see god’s devotees aldo  yama’s messengers have no  even abiliy. When it is so,to tie them by tama rope, to punish is impossible. Mahme of  namasmarane(namoccharana,name recital)  is very high and boundless. By it’s strength yama crossed over(avoided) yama’s punishment. By it’s strength sinner ajamila  did not get  death bondage(yama’s rope). After listening from yamaraja about greatness of  god,even yama’s messengers wondered. From that day they feared even to see dod’s devotees ny lifting eye.(6-3-32).

 

361) Greatness of name chanting of  Srihari on hearing from god  Devahuthi  remembers.

On whose tongue there is namasmarane (namoccharane) of god,nama sankirthane,such people though they are shvapachas(those who do very low  dirty karmas) on bhagavannama sankithana  they will become higher than Brahmana. In chandala if there is no  penance(thapassu) mveda studies excetras means,by namoccharane(nane spelling, chanting) all punya is got. If your namasankirthane

Is done ,it is doing like penance and yajna yagadies(sacrifices) and veda studies through guru..If namasankirthane is not done,their birth is unblessed(asarthaka). Therefore namasmarane should be necessarily done.

 362)Pralhada advices thathvas(principles) to demon children.

Nara named rushi  to his friend  Narayana  told all knowledge abot Bhagavatha dharma. Narayan told to Narada. God only is fate(residence,dependence). Though devotee jivi takes birth in any yoni  god only will protect him there. Those who have firm belief in Bhagavatha Dharma ,those who  haven bath of feet dust of devotees,,who have worn feet dust trom  toe to head –such people only  will get Bhagavatha Dharma k knowledge.others can’t get knowledge.(7-6-33).

 

363) prithu king gets jnanopadesha from  Sanathkumara requests to him.

The knowledge what is taught is not ordinary. Guru is expert in telling very important summary of  Vedas and upanishaths. To show path to athma development is  topic of vedopanishaths. This topi is very important and secretful(to be told to those who are eligible only). Such great knowledge is taught by guru here. Gurus will advice without expecting anything in return  with grace only. They have no desire of money, house, wealth even a little. In return to thathvopadesha  to give money and  materials   to help is wrong and funny. By athmarpane only  good desciples  make their guru happy. Athma samarpane itself is guru dakshine.(4-22-49).

 

364) These are words of god(bhagavantha). Anntha guna paripurna, sarvotthama,lord of giving heaven and liberation,capable of giving what is requested or begged,.guru will not ask anything from me..Those who have loneliness (ekantha) devotion in gog,those who believes in god only, such what he has to get from others?(5-5-25).

365)Solving sins of whole world,decoration to ears of  ears those who hear, described by Sri shuka muni who is son of vyasa,having endless infinet fame,  Merging their chitthavritthi(mind thoughts) always in god,,making it to listen bt others,,such devotees will get  mangalakara Vishnu wrld.(10-103-42).

 

366) these three three powers of god creation,maintainance,destruction  are svakiya andsvarupabhutha (not given by others to god) .Even brahma excetra high gods are also not able to know greatness(mahimes) of god. When it is so wht about humans?God is aga(unborn), infinet(anantha), anadi(beginning less endless).there is no protecter to god. He is all independent(sarvathanthra svanthra). Namaskarams to such god(bhagavantha,paramathma). (12-12-67).

 

367) dedicating pranams to Sri HJari  Sutha muni has done mangalacharana.

Mula prakrithi, Mahath thathva, Ahankara thathva,,mind, earth  excetra five great elements – totally nine powers making these as upadana cause, protects  charachara(jiva-jada,living and non living)dreation. He is changeless( no vikara),god is avyaya ,avikari.He is anantha kalyana gunapurna.he gives knowledge to devotee and protects him. His nine powers are Narayana,,parabrahma, vasudeva, sankarshana,,pradyumna, Aniruddha,Narasimha,varaha, paranjyothi(supreme light). He is light of all lights.

 

Bhagavathotthama Sri Vishnuthirha   completes  Grantha composition.

 

Not by ego of scholarship,,not with desire of getting  honours, I have not written this book. Let firm devotion develop in  lotus feet of Srihari to me. This is the only intention  which is cause of this my labour.
