 Soundaryalahari:

1)hey,bhagavathi,if sadashiva  combines with worldforming –shakthi,will be able to create world.like this if he does not join with shakthi   not  even  able to moov.therefore ,you who is fit  to be worshipped by hari-hara- brahma excetra,one who has not done punya(good deed) will be able to to do namaskarams or   to appreciate(stutisu,praise).

2)hey, bhagavathi,brahma collecting one very small(micro) dust particle born in your lotus feet has created  fourteen worlds not mixing mutually with each other.this Vishnu in shinshumara form by his thousand heads  has worn with great  stress.hara    powdering this smearing bhasma(holy ashes) to his body.

3)hey,bhagavathi,your  lotus feet dust is like rising  sun town  to darkness of ignorance in mind of ajnanis(knowledgeless);to mad people is like flood of honey  in flower bunch of chaithanya(chathena);to poor it ls like group (mass)of chinthamani    ratnas.to those who have plunged in ocean of family is like pig form Vishnu’s canine teeth(tusk?).

4)hey bhagavathi, world  sharanye,except you other gods have worn in their two hands abhaya mudra and varaprada mudra.you only are not wearing(acting)such abhaya –varaprada-mudras,because your feet only are  able to protect from fears and to give  more than what is requested.

5)hey bhagavathi,  you  producing  good luck to people ,previously vishnuworshiped,wearing female form,produced mental disturbance(change) even to shiva ,who is tripuranthaka(killer of tripurasura).

Even manmatha also doing namanas tu you,by very beautiful( fascinating) body  even in mahathma muni’s mind  is able to disturb.

6)hey daughter of himagiri,bow of manmatha’s bow is flowerful.;it’s  thread( hede) is formed by bees.it has flower arrows.vasantha is his minister.malaya marutha is his  chariot of war(means).though he is valiant without anybody’s help getting your  indescribable  grace will win whole world.

7)wearing odyana(…………………….),added with   sounding  small chains  bent with  breasts  resembling kumbhasthala of little elephant,thin in waist,having face resembling ull moon day  moon of sharath(sharathkala),wearing in fuor lotus hands bows,arrows,rope,ankusha ego form of tripuranthaka        ,    let tripurasundari come from manipura to lotus  heart and shine .

8)hey bhagavathi,in middle of amrutha sea,in  rathnaful  island surrounded by  kalpavruksha gardens,in  in house of chinthamani in garden of neepa vrukshas(…………………………..   )sitting on  paryanka(…………………………….) of paramashiva spread on triangular cot,consciousness bliss  mood(lahari)you only few blessed willworship(bhajisu).

9)hey bhagavathi,chasing all tatvas (principles)-that means – bhu tatva (earth)in muladhara,water principle in manipura,fire principle in sfvadhistana,air principle in anahatha, sky principle in vishuddha,mind principle  in ajna chakra in brumadhya- sahasradala kamala(thousand petalleed lotus) along with your husband sadashiva moovimg in loneliness.

10)hey bhagavathi,you in youramruthadhare flowing from middle region oftwo feet rains wetting all nadisin my body,returning muladhara your original place from  moon in sahasrara,making your form in  coiled serpant,sleep in adhara chkra(wheal) with micro hole.

11)hey bhagavathi,four shiva chakras(wheals),five shakthi chakras  differe nt from these-from these nine mula prakruthis,from two lotus having  eight and sixteen petals,ffrom three mekhalas( …………………………….),from three bhupuras, your place of residence srichakra is  parinitha(……………………..) from forty four angles.

14)hey bhagavathi,fifty six rays in muladhara which is earth tatva,fifty two rays in manipura  place which is water tatva(principle),sixty two rays in  in svadhistana which is  fire principle,fifty four rays in  in anahatha wheal which isair principle, seventy two rays in vishuddha wheal  which is skt tatva, sixty rays in ajna wheal  mind principle,-like this on three hundred sixty rays thousand petals-mediate-moon ray –form,famous as byndava in ocean of amrutha your lotus feet are present.

15)heY bhagavathi,clear like moon light of sharath kala,having mass of jades as crown which is chandrakala ful, mudras of giving fearlessness  boon,cup of alum,-wearing all these in hands if I won’t do namaskarams at least once,honey-milk-grapes sweetness how can flood of speech  be produced?

18)hey hagavathi like rays of child sun (bala surya) by your body brightness both heaven and earthworld plunged in red colour one who meditates like forest  deer afraid of him having beautiful  eyes how many geervana ganikas(…………………………………………………) under control  along with urvashi?

19) hey hara mahishi, who in bindu sthana(place) face of desired lass,breasts below that face,meditating upon  yoni below them , in that face-breast- yoni  places  who meditates upon your kama raja beeja he can mental disturbance of such lady. 23)hey bhagavathi, you occupying left side body of shiva,,without getting satisfied mind I doubt have occupied remaining south half also.;because you as arunangi(red bodied),as three eyed being bent by breast system(sthanamandala) wearing chandrakalaful crown.

24)hey bhagavathi,brahma creates world,Vishnu maintains it,rudra destroys it.eshwara killing these three destroys his body in sadashiva.later sadashiva getting   order from you who are having seconds movement(kshana mathra) your bhrulathika,creates  tatva chatustaya including brahma,Vishnu rudra eshwara.

25)hey shive, which worship was done by  in your feet the same worship  is also done to brahma Vishnu rudra  who are born by  your  raja satva tamo gunas.these three  joining their hands  at manipeeta,which is kept for your feet , standing always.

26)hey sathi,brahma attains panchatva,Vishnu cools down(uparathi). Yama gets destroyed,kubera dies, even indras group also  closing eyes gets sleep  specially.in such great destruction only sadashiva  mooves.

27)hey bhagavathi, by intellect of atma(self) dedication  all my talks become  manthra japa,all my hand works  become mudras,all my moovments become pradakshina to you,what ever I eat become  sacrifice to you. My rolling sleeping  become sastanga pranama to you,all my joys got through sound and touch  become your  shodashopachara worship.

28)hey mother, all gods like indra brahma excetra though they have drunk amrutha  which can destroy  fearful  old age and deaths they will yield to death.no death to sadashiva who has engulfed  very severe kalakuta ;reason for this is your mahima (greatness) of ole.(ear ornament) (this shloka tells about greatness of devi’s  pathivrathya.(chastity)).

29)hey bhagavathi, when brahma,Vishnu indra are doing sastanga pranama  knowing that sadashiva has come,while going to welome him’keep away crown of brahma,you will miss the step by hard crown of Vishnu,go beyond indra’s crown’ what your surrounding people say is allhigh.

30)Ithout beginning and end,fit for serving, born by your  feet,bright form surrounded by animadi astasiddhis eight wealths who  by united knowledge(ikya jnana) of ‘I’ meditates upon you  always he will degrade (trinikarisu) eyed sadashiva;to such  person  pralaya kalagni (  black fire at the time of destruction) itself performs arathi no doubt. What a wonder!

31)hey bhagavathi,by sixtyfour techniques……………………………….  (pratipadisuva)mahamaya shambaradi had cheated(betrayed) whole worldshiva again by your  oblgations(control) giving all purusharthas independently,spread this your technique(tantra) in earth.  

32)hey mother,shiva,shakthi,kama,kshithi,ravi,shitha kirana(cold ray),smara,hamsa, chakra para mara hari-having these  twelve   colours   at the end of three    khandas if three hinkaras are added those letters become your  tripurasundari manthra’s parts(avayavas).

33)hey eternal  in your pancha dashahakshari manthra’s beginning   keeping

  kamarajabeeja(kleem) bhuvaneshwari beeja(seed) (hrivar)lakshmi bija (srim) unlimited (aparichchinna)-daily experienced-rasajnas few samayishaving akshamala built by  chintamanies  in bindustana of heart lotus  triangle ,flaming swadhistanagni,in that hundred ahuthies of ghee of kamadhenu performing homa praise (worship) you.

35)wearing breast regions as sun and moon you are body of anandabhyrava. Your body who is mahabhyravi defectless new whirled(navavyuhathmaka) understand as ananda byravakruthi.therefore

 By shesha-sheshi-feel form(bhavarupa) this relation added with harmony ananda bhyrava –ananda bhyravi is equal to both of you.

35)hey bhagavathi,you only are mind power in ajna wheal.you are sky principle in vishuddi chakra.you are air principle in anahatha wheal,you are fire principle in swadhistana,you are water principle in manipuraka tatva,you are earth tatva in muladhara ,when you are having  tadatmya(………………………..) in all tatvas except you no other  thing.you yourself by world form to be effective by shivayuvathi bhava wera ananda bhyrava-ananda bhyravi form(shape).

36)hey bagavathi,existing in your ajna chakra,wearing uncountable suns  moon‘s brightness do namaskarams to parashiva covered by parajnana.(supreme knowledge).one who worships by devotion as invisible to sun moon fire brightless lonely added with moon light  world ( in thousand petal lotus)  lives.

37)hey bhagavathi, clear like alum(spatika),productive to sky tatva  shiva ,along with shiva having equal trial devi  serve  you  in vishuddha chakra.by brightness of these two equal to moon rays world clearing it’s darkness  inside shining like chakora bird.

38)hey bhagavathi,by which sound eighteen vidyas (educations) are produced which-grasping only milk leaving water-making away defects grasps only charecters which is  in blossomed lotus drinking honey  moving in manasa sarovara( lake) of mahathmas(great souls) that world welfare  twin swans  I worship.

39)hey mother,depending upon fire tatva in swadhistana I always worship samvarthagni shiva. Told by mahath word samvarthagni form praise samayambe. When very angry parameshwara’s vision  is  burning  great mahat worlds your graceful vision  does cool  treatment.

40)hey bhagavathi,opposite to darkness in manipuraka  added wit electrical form of bright power , having indra bow  shining with various ratna ornaments , black coloured  sun called hara  heated pouring rain in three worlds  un describable black cloud  I serve.

41)hey bhagavathi,in muladhara chakra interested in dance along with samaya    with decoration-nine rasas  doing wonderful dance(tandava) ananda bhyrava I meditate upon.for production of world  added with kindness ananda byravi  and mahabhyrava- by these two world  has got mother  and mother.

(dance done by female is lasya,dance done by male is tandava  .it has been told in scriptures ).

42)ey daughter of himagirihaving ratna feeling  hidden densely by twelve suns ,your golden crown   whoever describes such kaveeshwara(poet lord) by brightness of ratnas having coloured figure your Chandra khanda will he not guess as rainbow?

46)Hey bhagavathi,shining purely by  brightness of beauty,your forehead I will know as second chandrakhanda(part of moon) joined by crown.forehead shaped chandrakhanda and up peaked chandrakhandaat the tip of crown –both joining together mutually has become amrutharasa dense full moon ray.

50) hey bhagavathi,your two ears tasting mainly honey of bunch of poetry of kaveeshwaras on seing two little beesof your two eyey which are desirous of tasting  shrungara excetra nine rasas continuously,with jealousy without tolerating  your forehead eye(third eye) became slightly red.

57)hey, shive long partly blossomed black lotus brightness  by grace of your vision  make me bath who is at very distance   and poor(deena?).i will be blessed by this much only.by this you won’t  be  under no loss.as moon spreads his rays on uppariges(staired buildings) will not he spread in forest also?

71)hey ume,by brightness of nails making fun of blossomed red lotus your four forehands brightness how can they describe? Tell.lotus by rasa   of  lac(aragu) in sole of lakshmi playing ,can get compared  I feel.

72)hey mother,kumara and ganapathi   drinking simultaneously,having milk flowing nipples, your twin breasts-by seing which breast region(by illusion  as though parvathi has captured her breast region)ganapathi with his sorrowful mind making his parents to laugh,by his hands palpated(tadavarisu) his both  breasts-let our sorrows be solved always.

73)flag to family of himavantha,your both breasts are vessels of manikya filled with amrutha  rasa.in this matter not even a little doubt also.because that breast suckled  shanmukha - vighne shwara both without  knowing taste of female’s company now also have remained as kumaras only.

74)hey amba,   in gajasura’s kumbhasthala born fixed with  pearl beads  pure haralathika  becoming bright by  redness of  red lip w hich is like thonde (………………..)  fruit,tripyranthakas powerful fame  like this is shining  in your breast region.(prathapa is red coloured and fame is white coloured  as described by great poets). 

75)daughter of himavantha,your breast milk , I will understand  as milk sea(ksheerasamudra) flowing in form of saraswathi;because kindful  drinking   breast milk given by you   dravida child  who composed this   sthothra(stanza) became poet in midst of high kaveeshwaras.

76) hey princess of parvatha(mountain),manmatha’s body  covered by flames of angry fire of hara drowned in your deep lake of nabhi(naval).by that arose smoke creeper.hey mother,that smoke creeper only world knows as romaraji.

77)hey shive,hey mother,in your thin waist very small wave shaped which this  romavali(group of hairs) exists that to scholars in middle of vessels (kalasha)of breasts  blue sky due to their mutual frictions as though entering small hole(bila) of nabhi(naval)  shining.

78)hey daughter of mountain your naval is like gangaflood firm whirl ,to buds of breasts  supportive  romavali(group of hairs) creeper line like a pit(pathi),to brightness   of fire of manmatha  like  sacrifice vessel(homakunda) ,like play home(vilasa gruha) of rathi devi,to eyes of sadashiva penance siddhi  cave entrance door ,is impossiblble to describe is aggreable.

85) hey godess dearer to eyes, twin feet cleaned by rasa of lac  I do namaskarams.desiring hit by your feet in matter of ashoka vruksha in pramada vana pashupathi is very jealousy. 

86) hey bhagavathi,your husband sadashiva  while expressing  love in you  by chance calling name of other  female,with shy by doing namaskarams  you hit  his forehead with your lotus feet.;then for burning him long time heart pain  removd enemy of shiva    by your soud of leg chains manmatha  did kila kila sound.

87)hey mother,capable of moving in himavath mountainsshining I day and night, specially blessing wealth to samayachara( time and behavior) parayanas  your feet feet being destroyed  by ice(hima) closing at night ,residence of lakshmi ,to win over lotus what is wonder?

88)hey godess,place for fame,not place for  calamities(apaththu), at  your marriage  time  by mind added with kindness,by his both hands  lifting your both  soft  feet  how did he kept on stone?

89) hey chandi,to poor secured wealth giving quickly  always  your feet  lotus hand of divine ladies   in closing(joining hands) by moon like nails to gods in heaven  giving fruits by buded(chiguru) hands , as though imitating kalpavruksha of devaloka(world of gods).

92mother having walk of shobhana,kala hamsas    in your ouse to learn padanyasa named play practiceas though havinf mindkeeping wrong steps  will not leave play  walk(vilasa gamana).there

Fore your lotus feet  by   false cause of  beautiful beaded leg chains(nupura) sound,as though making to learn  practice  to those hamsas(swans).
