FIRST CHAPTER-:MADHUKANDA

BRAHMANA 1- ASHWA RELATED WORSHIP(UPASANA)

 

This upanishath starts from  dsha vaa ashvasya  medhasya shiraha named  brahmana. Next as janaka king’s ashwamedha  upasana has come. Here suitable for yajna as horse in important krithu is called horse(ashwa). To such horse  muhurtha is head,sun is eye, air breath, vyattha that means open face is  Agni( fire) vaishvanara.   To horse which is medhya samvathsara   is athma (self). dyuloka(divine world) is back. Sky is stomach. Earth is vajasya. That means  steps keeping feet. Directiona are side cheat)pakkes) Avantha directions are parshus. That mens agneya  (SOUTH EAST) exctera directions are chest side ribs. Rutha are parts. Months and half months are mountains. Ahorathries are prathistes. Stars are bones. That mens clouds in sky(nabha),this is fleshes uvadya-half digested food in stomach-these are sands. Sindhu means rivers gudaaha means  apadamani abhidamanies,yakrith (liver) and pittha janakanga. Klomanaha means gilma(spleen) oshadhies means small plants and vanaspathies. That means big trees anmd lomas(hairs) these first half front portion. Rising sun is first half. Setting sun is  lower half. Mouth is opened while yawning that is  lightning. Shaking is thunder.  It does mehana that is rain pouring(while doing urination) It’s speech is speech.

Day only in front part mahime named in form of golden cup indicating horse was produced. It’s production placa is east sea. In  backside of  night mahime named silver cup indicating horse was produced. It’s production plave is west sea. These two mahimes were produced in two places of heart. It as horse gods, as vaji gandharvas,as arva demons as horse humans was carrying. Sea itself is it’s relative. Sea is it’s production place.

 

BRAHMANA 2:

 Here first there was nothing. It was covered by death which had desire of meals. Because hunger only is death.’let me have mind’ like this he  created mind. He worshiping himself  moved. To worshiping him water was produced. To worshiping him water was produced. Like this he thought.  Therefore only to fire arkathva wsas produced. Who like this knows arkathva of fire(agni) to him water only becomes.

 

2) water only is arka. Here what was in water garane(coagulate mass) it became hard. That became earth. After creation of that earth  after creation of that earth  prajapathi became labored. By him who was  relaxed and depressed thejo form(bright)s rasa came out. That itself is fire(agni).

 

3) he divided himself into three parts.-adithya is one  by third part(amsha,fraction) of his mahime(greatness), water is his one by third part like this  prana is divided into three parts. His head is east direction, arms are this and this. His  hind part is weast direction. Two bones of waist region  are this and this.two chestsides(pakkes) ar south and north directions. Back is dyuloka9divine world), stomach is anthariksha(sky), cheat is this earth. That he is established in water. One who knows it like this though he goes anywhere there only he will get prathiste(prominence).

 

‘to me let second body take birth’like this mrithyu9death) desired. Goaled by hunger that death(mrithyu) added speech with mind.that death  made speech to join with mind. Which semen(rethassu) was present in mithuna (sexuall intercourse) that became samvathsara(year). Before him there was no samvathsara. For a period of one year that much time death(mruthyu) had worn him. After passing that much of time  created him. Giving attention to him  who is born (lakshya means goal,aim.target) death so as to swallow opened mouth. Then he did sound ‘bhan’. That itself became speech.

 

‘if he is killed there will become very little  rice(anna)’ like this death thought. He by that speech,by mind, what ever is present  all those created. Rukkus,yajussus,samas. Chandassus(meters). Yajnas (sacrifices, prajes(peoples),animals.  Which which he created  he determined to  eat that only. As he eats all he has got name  Adithi. One who kows  non dualness(advithiyathva) of Adithi like this he will become eater of all these. All becomes his rice.

 

6) From big yajna(sacrifice) again I will do yajna’like this he desired. He got tired and and made mind.  From his body  who has done penance and tired from his body  yashjas(success) and bvirya  came out. Senses(Indriyas) only are success and virya. On senses coming out that body started to  swell. But his mind was in body only.

 

7)’let ny this body become fit for yajna. By this let me become  haver of body’ like this desired.(sand he entered it). By which cause it was swollen  by that it became called horse. As it was fit for yajna  to ashewamedha yajna the name ashwamedha came. One who knows it like this, he only knows ashwamedha.(imagining he himself is  medhya animal) will do upasana(worship) without tieing it. After one year he sacrificed it to one self. Other animals he sent to corresponding gods.s therefore now also yajnikas dedicated to all gods  and sprinkled by  manthras horse will sacrifice to prajapathi. Burning this adithya(sun) only is ashwamedha.His body is samvathsara. This fire(agni) only is arka. Parts of  arka are these worlds. Both these are  Arkashwamedhas.’again both these are only one god’,that means becomes death (mrithyu) only. One who knoews like this  he will win death. He will not get death. Death becomes hia athma. He becomes one with these gods

 BRAHMANA 3:

 1)Prajapathi’s sons are of two kinds. Gods and demons(asuras). Naturally gods are less in number. Asuras(demons) are many(innumerable) they fought for for kingship (lordship)  of these worlds mutually. Right!we in this yajna(sacrifice)  through udgitha let us cross(go beyond) demons.like this gods told.

 

2) ‘you sing udgitha for our sake’ like this gods told to speech. ‘let it happen so only’  telling  like this sang udgitha for them. Produced through sentence ordinary fruit it sang   three pavamanas for gods and made to give.s By it’s remaining  nine sthothras  shobhana (shining,splendid,beautiful) through spelling of letters fruit it used for itself.’through thjis  udgathri only  these will cross(exceed) us. Like this demons came to know.s thry rushing towards speech  they hit it with sin.seen in world scriptures  prohibited(prathishiddha) words only that sin

 

3)’you sing udgitha fotr us’  like this later they told to ghranendriya(nose). Telling’let it happen so only’ ghrana(nose)  sang udgitha for those. Ordinary fruit produced through it sang for gods and made to give.’through this udgathri only  they will cross us’like this demons knew. They rushed towards ghrana hit it with sin. Seen in world  prohibited(prathishiddha)  ghrana (smell)- grahana only is this sin.

 

4) ‘you sing udgitha for us’ lter they told to  eye. Eye telling ‘let it happen so only  sang udgitha for them. Produced through eye ordinary fruit  it made to give to gods. But shobhana   darshana  it used for itself. Through this udgathri only ‘they will cross 9exceed) us’ like this demons told. They rushing towards eye  they hit with sin.Seen in world  prathishiddha(prohibited,forbidden)  thing darshan(vision) only is that sin.

 

5)”for us you sing one udgitha’they told to  shrothra. Shrothra telling ‘let is happen so’ sang udgitha to those. Through shrothra  produced ordinary  fruit is sang for gods and made to give. But  shobhana(splendid)  shravana  it used for itself. ‘Through this udgathri only  these will cross(exceed) us’ like this  they came to know. People rushed towards shrothra they hit with sin. Seen in this world  forbidden (prathishiddha) listening is that sin.

 

6)”for us you sing one udgitha’they told to  mind.  Mind telling ‘let is happen so’ sang udgitha to those. Through  mind  produced ordinary  fruit is sang for gods and made to give. But  shobhana(splendid)  determination(sankalpa)it used for itself. ‘Through this udgathri only  these will cross(exceed) us’ like this  they came to know. People rushed towards  mind they hit with sin. Seen in this world  forbidden   (prathishiddha) vishayaka (matter (sense objected)related)- determination  is that sin. Like this  they  made to touch other gods by sins. Like this they hit them with sin.

 

7) ”for us you sing one udgitha’they told to  prana which has no mouth. prana  telling ‘let is happen so’ sang udgitha to those. Through  prana  produced ordinary  fruit is sang for gods and made to give. But  shobhana(splendid)  shravana  it used for itself. ‘Through this udgathri only  these will cross(exceed) us’ like this  they came to know. People rushed towards prana they  wanted hit with sin.  How soil pellet(hente) hit  how it will become powdered in the same way demons getting powdered thrown on all sides got destroyed.  Therefore godsthey got their forms. Asuras became parabhuthas(?). One who knows thenm like this, he by his true form will become  prathistitha (established,prominent). His cousin who blames him  will become parabhutha.

 

8) ;ewho joined us with form(svarupa) like this  where was he?’like this gods asked.’he is indside mouth’ they found out. He is ayasya angirasa. Nbecause he rasa of  Angas (parts).

 

9) thyat this god by name dur has become famous. Because death(mrithyu) is away from it. One who knows like this to him death will be away only.

 

10) That this god  these god’s sin form mrithyu 9death) solving, where these directins end, sent there. There kept their sins. Therefore ‘ will get sin form mrithyu’like this with fear should not go near those people. Should not go to that country also.

 

11) That this god  these speech excetra god’s sin form solving mrithyu Later carried them beyond mrithyu(death).

 

12) That prana carried first pradhana(prominent,main)  speech sense.That speech when crossed mrithyu became liberated then it became agni(fire). Crossed this that fire(agni) shines beyong mrithyu.

 

13) Later carried ghranendriya(smell sense ogan that ghrana when crossed mrithyu(death)  and became liberated then it became vayu(air). Crossed(exceeded) this air blowing beyond mrithyu.s

 

14) later carried eye sense. That eye when crossed  thsat death and became liberated then it became Adithya. Crossed this adithya  is paining (thapisu,heating) beyond mrithyu.

 

15) Then carried ear sense. When shrothra crossed  mrithyu and became liberated  then it became directions. These directions crossing mrithyu  is present beyond it.

 

16) Then carried mind. When that mind crossed  mrithyu then it became moon. Crossed this moon  crossing mrithyu is shining. One who knows like this  hin this god like this carries beyond mrithyu.

 

17) later prana singing song  eating rice(anna) got for own self. Because pranas will eat any rice(anna) that is eaten by prana only. And prana is established here.

 

18) Those gods told.’all rice are this much only. You hang and got  it. Now make us as  partner in anna(rice).’. ‘such you  sit around me as fans(abhimanies)’

 

 Prana told.’let happen like that only’(gods told)  sat around him. Therefore human(man) through this prana who eats anna(rice,food) through that  these gods will get  satisfied. One who knows like this  around him like that only his relatives sit . And he to his relatives dependence(ashraya,resident) ,high(shresta,supreme),purogami,maha anna  bhoji lord he will become. One who  in his relative knower’s    wants to comprte  me,his dependents will not be able to protect.  But one who  follows him or following him wants to protect resident(Ashrithas)  he only will be able to  protect(support) them

 

19)’he is ayasya Angirasa because he rasa of angas(parts,organs).prana only is angas rasa. Prana only is anga’s rasa.this is famous. Therefore from which anga(part) prana leaves and goes it dries up here only. Therefore he only is angas(parts) rasa.

 

20) Again he only is brihaspathi. Speech only is Brihaspathi he is it’s husband(pathi). Therefore he is brhihaspathi.

 

21) Again he only is mind’s husband. Speech only is yajassu. He it’s husband therefore he is husband of mind.

 

22) Again he only is sama. Speech only is saa and prana only is ana. As these saa and ms it has become saama. Or  as it is equal  to mite(geddalu) as it is equal to mosquito, as it is equal to elephant,as it is equal to three  worlds,as it is equal to all, saama.(next onwards will spelled as sama only inwriting). One who knows saama  like this, he along with saama  gets saayujya(union) salokya.

 

23) Again he only is udgitha. Ptrana only is uth. Because by prana only these are lifted up and held. Speech only is githa(geetha) .As prana is both uth and githa  he is udgitha.

 

24)One akhyayike in this matter is also there. Grandson of chekithana  Brahmadattha (in yajna) drinking soma different from this  Ayasya Angirasa is he were to sing udgitha,let this soma make to fall head onf  mine told like this. He realy (prana dominating) through speech  and(his athma) through prana sang Udgitha.

 

25) One who knows  treasure of this saama he will get treasure. Note(svara) only is it’s treasure.s by that he will do rurhvik karma. In speech susvara(good note) should be desired. And added svara soustava(note figure)  that speech n Ruthyvik karma should be done. Therefore in yajna  in yajna  people want to see svravantha(note holder). In the same way people want tpo see rich(dhanika). One who knows treasure of saama like this, he will get treasure.

 

26) One who knoes saama’s gold gold is produced to him. Note (svara) only it’s gold. Who knows gold of saama like this, he will get gold.

 

27) One who knows ashraya9residence) of  this saama he will get ashraya(residence). Speech only is it’s residence(Ashraya). Because established in speech only  this prana is sung. Established in anna(rice) he is sung by.like this few tell.

 

28) now therefore only pavamana sthothyras Abhyaroha. That prashtothra only will do samagana. At the time when he sings should chant these three yajurmathras- Carry me  and go from  asath to sadvasthu, carry me and go  from thamas (dark)to jyothi(light), carry  me  and go from  death to  amritha.Asathoma sadgamaya’when manthra like this, there asath is death only. Sath means amritha.therefore carry and go from  death to amritha.that means’make me amritha’like this manthra tells. In manthra thamasoma jyothirgamaya , thamas means death only. Jyothi(light) means amritha.therefore’carry me and go from death to amritha[.that means’make me amritha ‘is the meaning. In ‘mrithyorma amrithangamaya’ meaning is not concealed. Later through remaining sthothras udgathri  for own self singing edible anna should get. Because  this udgathri who understands like this, for himself and for yajamana which boon which he wants  he sings it and gets. Therefore  udgathri usinmg those sthothras should ask for boon which he wants. This upasana really earns  hiranyagarbha  world. On who knows  this  sama  like this, to him there is no doubt or anxiety  that there will be no earning thse world.

 

4TH BRAHMNA:

1)Before this world was  purushakara athma only. He did not see anything other tham himself.’I have become he’ like this first told. Therefore he got  name ‘myself’.Therefore now also when called and talked telling first ‘myself’ only  later tells different name. As I am first  andas I burnt sins before all, purusha. One who knows like this he before himself(to become prajapathi) who wants burns him.

 

2) He feared. Therefore one who is lonely fears noew also.’when there is no other than me ,why should I fear?’ Like this he thought. Therefore his fear went off. Because  to which he has to fear? By second only fear.

 

3) he did not ramisu(play) at all. Therefore one who is alone does not get  rathi(sexual pleasure). He wanted second. He became pramana (size)  embraceds female and male. He did this body into two and made to fall. By division became husband and wife. Therefore this body  like half seed  has become it’s half’like this yajnavalkya told. Therefore this sky  is completed by women. He mixed with her. Thereby humans were born.

 

4)’oneself by oneself(self by self)  making to take birth (with me) how he  will join?heright,I will disappear’like this that   shatharupe thought. She became cow he became bull and joined her. By that cows took birth. She became female horse he became mare(ma;le horse She became female donkey.he became male donkey and joined her. By that one hoved(gorasu)  animal thrya  took birth.  She became female goat. He became male goat(hotha). As she became female sheep he became male sheep and joined her. By thar goata and sheeps were born. Like this only till  ants these  which  mithuna (pair)is there  all those he made to take birth.

 

5)’I will only become creation. Because I have only created all these’ like this prajapathi  came to know.(as prajapathi himself  by word creation   has directed) he became called creation.s One who knows like this he  prajapathi.he becomes  creater in this creation.

 

5) that this world was  unmanifest(unexpressed ) then.’this has this name.’ like this unmanifest world  by names and forms only  got manifested. That this world now also ‘this has this name.,has this form’’like this by names and forms only  expressed.’how cutting knife(katthi) is kept in sheath(kura sheath),agni(fire) which is wearing universe, in it’s source  (stick,wood)  how is present like that this  that athma inm these bodies  till nails tip has entered. People will not see him. Because he is incomplete. While he does prana kriya(action,work)  prana, while talking as speech(vak), while seeing as eye, while listening shrothra,while recapitulating   as mind , gets called. To him there are names produced by  karmas only.s who in prananadi in kriya(action) group  does upasana of each  he does not know. Because this athma   from pranana kriya(action) group  by one one special character wil;l be incomplete. Athma only is to be done upasana. Because in him all these are united. In middle of this group(community) this athma only should be  known. Becsause through  pada Foot sign) sign (lost animal) how is searched and got in the same way  by this athma  knows all these. One who knows like this, he will get fame and relation of those who desire.

 

8) that this athma(self) principle(thathva)  dearer than son. Dearer than wealth. More  dearer than remaining all. Because this athma thathva than all is innermost. One who knows athma as dearer other than athma who tells other as dearer’what is dear to you will die’ if told like this, it becomes like that only. Because he is unable to tell so. One who does athma’s upasana as  dear what is dear to him will not die.

 

9) mumukshus(liberation desirers  tell this.’by brahma vidya(knowledge) we will become all.[like this humans think. Right,that brahma  knowing which ,by that all became(happened).

 

10) this was first brahma only. ‘I am brahma’ like this it kew itself. Therefore it became all. Among gods  who knew it like  this he only became that only. In the same way among rushies and humans. When Rushi vamadeva  when he relised I am that’I am manu and sun like this came to know. Now also who knows ‘I am brahma’ he will become all those. Gods will not be able to do lack(absence) of  feel of brahmaprapthi(brahma attainment). Because he is athma of these. ‘next one who   ‘I am different’]I am different’ like this worship (do upasana) of  different(other) god  he does not know. Like animals to gods he is. How many animals serve  humans like that another man  serves god. Even if one animal is taken away and gone  by that to him  will become nondear(apriya). What to tell about many animals? Therefore to humans to know this is not dear to them.

 

11) It was first  only one brahma. As it was only one(to do karma)  was not able. It created  shreyo form kshathriya. Among gods these became kshathriyas. Indra,varuna,soma, rudra,parjanya,yama, mrithyu,Eshana therefore there is nothing higher  than kshathriyas. Therefore in Rajasuya tajna(sacrifice)  btrahmana will worship( do upasana)  by lower stage. That success brahmana  gave to kshathriya .  Brahmana is yoni(cause) of kshathriya. Therefore kshathriya in yajna  though has highness(shrestathe)  at end his cause on brahmana only depends. One who neglects brahmana  he will  destroy  his  source. If high is neglected  how,like that he will become more sinner.

 

12) he was not still able. He created untouchable caste. Gods who are described as ganas(groups) veda castes are these. Eight vasus. Eleven Rudras, twelve  Adithyas. Thirteen  vishve deavathas, and forty nine Maruths.

 

13) he was not still capable. He created  shudra caste (pushan) This earth itself is pushan. Because what ever is there all these it supports (protects).

 

14) Stll he was not capable. He created shreyo form dharma. That dharma is controller of king Therefore there is nothing which is higher than dharma. Even weak(person) also  through king how,like that wants to win by dharma. That dharma itself is truth(sathya). Therefore in house of sathya vadi( truth arguer)  he speaks dharma ’they tell like this. Or in matter of dharma  arguer’he speaks truth’. Like this they tell. Because these two are dharmas.(dharma-religion,ethics).

 

15) LIKE THIS  BRAHMANA,KSHATHRIYA,VAISHYA,SHUDRA  NEMED FOUR VARNAS WERE CREATED. HE  BY AGNI(FIRE) FORM ONLY BECAME BRAHMIN  AMONG GPDS. HE BECAME BRAHMANA AMONG BRAHMANAS. HE THROUGH KSHATHRIYAS KSHATHRIYA, THROUGH VAISHYAS VAISHYA, THROUGH SHUDRA SHUDRA.  Therefore humans  in gods  through agni only  desire world.  And in humans  as brahmana also want  world. Because brahma became these two forms.  This any one without seeing world  goes from this world  as he is ignorant  will not protect him.  Like anadhitha(….?)  veda  or undone other karmas  though has done  his karma at end  will become destroyed(vanished). Athma called world only should be done upasana. His karma will never get destroyed.  Nut what ever he wants  it he creates  by athma only.

 

16)Now this athma (house holder)only is  enjoyer to all animals. As he does homa(sacrifice) in fire, ,as he does yaga  becomes  enjoyer (bhogya)  to gods.  as he does veda studies,   becomes  enjoyers  for rushies. As he gives pindodaka to pithris (fathers),asa he does trial to  progeny production(reproduction), becomes  enjoyer  for fathers(pithris).  As he gives food(anna), shelter(residences)  he becomes enjoyer to them. As he gives thrinodaka(grass and water)  to animals  becomes  enjoyer(bhogya) to them. In his house animals, birds,ants, also live becomes ejoyer to those things. Human he wants  safety to his body  all animals want  safety to one who  knows  like this.

 

17)  This was first athma only- was one only.  He desired.’I to take bith in son form to me  to me wife is needed. To do karma to me wealth is needed. All kamas (desires) are this much –though desired nobody can  more than this. Therefore now also man if alone ‘myself to take birth in son form  to me wife is needed.s For me to do karma to me wealth is needed. (desires like this). Till when he does not get each one he knows he is incomplete only. His completeness(absoluteness,totality,purnathva)  is produced like this. MIND IS HIS ATHMA, speech(vakku) is his wife, prana is his progeny (santhathi), eye is his inhuman wealth(treasure). Becacause he  listens   by ear only. And his body is karans (organ) to karma. Because he does karma by body only. Like this to yajna there are five parts(angas). Animals have five parts. To humans five parts, and what ever is there it also has five angas(parts).  One who knows like this he vwill get all.

 

BRAHMANA 5 : (SAPTHANNA BRAHMANA):

1)     fFather by upasane and karma  which seven foods9annas) he created I will enlighten them. This is anna(food). This is common to this world. Two dividing into parts and gave to gods. Three he kept for him.  Remaining one gave to animals.  Which is pranavantha (living) ,which is not ,-all are established in that. Annas which always eaten why they are not reduced? Who knows cause of this akshkaya (destructionless,infinet,endless)  he symbolically (as prathika)   mainly  esats rice(anna,food). Will get dehathma (thinking body as athma) he will get.  He drinks amritha and lives.Thesr are shlokas(verses).

 

2)     Father by upasana(worship)  by karma  created sapthannas(seven annas). It’s meaning  father by upasana and by karma  created those. ‘One rice is common to this world.’ It’s meaning :edible rice(anna) is common to enjoyers group. Who does upasana of this anna he will not retired from sin. Because it is to be eaten by all.’two he divided into parts and gave to gods’.It’s meaning to do homa in agni(fire), after doing homa to give sacrifice(bali), Therefore ythey does homa  to gods. And will do Baliharana. But few these two are arthapurna masas, they tell. Therefore should become  doers of kamyesties.(yajnas done with intention,desire,kama).

 

Because humans and animals  first drink  mulk only and live. Therefore to new born baby  first make to lick milk only. Or give (feed) breast milk. And they tell new born calf will not  eat grass.’one which is pranavantha(living) ,which all all is established in it.’. It’s meaning is  which is pranavantha(living) ,or not all these are established in milk only. If homa is done with milk for a oeriod of one year  will win bad death.like this few tell. It should not be known like that. One who knows like this  on which day does homa s on that day only  will win bad death. Because to gods gives bhakshyannas (edible food).

 

Always eaten these annas  why do they won’t reduce (get destroyed,get vanished?)because man only is cause of their  non destruction(non reduction). Because he creates this rice again again. One who know this infinetness(non reduction) ‘it meaning Man is the cause of  infinetness (non reduction). Because he this anna by upasana by karma creates. If he don’t do so  it would have been reduced. He eats rice by prathika(mainly).  Prathika means chief(main,predominently). He will get dehathma feel. He drinks amritha and lives.It’s meaning.this is appreciation

 

3)’kept three for him’.it’ds meaning mind(manassu)  speech (vak) prana-kept these for himself.’I was absent(other) minded. So I did not see’. ‘Iwas other minded so I did not listen’like this people say. By mind only all see and listen.kama,sankalpa(determination),  doubt, shraddhe(interest and sincerity), firmness(dhrithi), shyness, intellect and fear –all these are mind only. Therefore if any body touches from behind he knows it by mind only. Any kind of  word it is speech onlt. It means it touches inside. It means it won’t enlighten itself. Prana,apana,vyana,udana.samana ana-all these are prana only. That athma has become all these. Vakmaya,manomaya,pranamaya.

 

4)These only are three worlds. Speech(vak) only is this world. Mind is anthariksha world, Prana is that world(dyuloka,divine world, heaven).

 

5) these only are three Vedas. Speech only is Rugveda, mind is yajurveda, prana is samaveda.

 

6) these only are gods,pithris(fathers), humans. Speech  are gods, mind is pithris, pranas are humans.

 

7) these only are father and mother and progeny. Speech is mother, mind is father,prana is progeny(santhathi).

 

8) These only are known,to be known and not known. What is known  that is speech(vak) form. Because it is knower.  Speech one who knows it  protects by becoming that only.

 

9) which which is to be known  that is mind’s form. Because mind is to be known. Mind protects  him one who knows it  by becoming that only.

 

10) Which which is not knowns, that prana’s form. Because it is not known. Prana to one who knows this  protects by becoming that only.

 

11) To speech earth is body. Fire is light (jyothi) form. How much is speech that much nis  earth. This fire is also that much.

 

12) to this mind dyuloka(divine world,heaven) is body. That Adithya is jyothi(light) form. There how much is mind’s quantity  heaven(dyuloka) has also  that much quantity.  And Adithya has also has same(that much) quantity. These ytwo had maithunma (intercourse). By that prana was born. He is Indra.That he has no opposite(prathipaksha)  party. Because if there is second  it will be prathipaksha

(antiparty,opposite party). One who knows like this  to him there will be no antiparties(opposite parties)

 

13)  to this prana water is body. That moon is jyothi(light) form. There how much quanity  prana  has  water also has that much quantity. And moon also has that much quantity. That these are equal. All are infinet. Anybody who does upasana  as finet(limited) he will worlds which have antha(end). One who does upasana as anantha(infinet)  he will get infinet world.(note-vak mind pranas have occupied whole world.).

 

14) this time form  prajapathi  hiranyagarbha has sixteen marks.(kale). To him nights are  fifteen marks. His sixteenth mark is  eternal only.he ‘ by nights only increases  and reduces. He in new moon’s night (amavasye)  by this sixteenth mark  these all animals groups s entering   rises next day morning. Therefore this soma god’s  honour   in this night  animal’s prana should not be removed.  Othi’s (….?)prana also should not be removed.

 

15) Time form ,having sixteen kalas(marks)  that prajapathi  only  is purusha who knows like this. To him treasure itself is fifteen marks. Athma is his sixteenth kale.S He develops by wealth only.  And decreases. This body itself is  chakra nabhi  and treasure is wheels outer zone9region).  Therefore though man loses all , if one is living  outer family(parivara) is gone they tell.

 

16) human world, pithri world, divine world(devaloka)- this only three worlds(lokas). This human world can be won by those who has son. Not by other karmas. Pithri world by karma, devaloka by upasane(worship). Devaloka is high among lokas (worlds). Therefore upasane is praised.

 

17) therefore sampratthi- when man comes to know that he will die tells to so:’you are brahma, you are yajna,you are world’ son answers’I am brahma,  I am yajna, I am world ‘.(father thinks0’what ever is  read  all that is  united in word brahma. Which which yajnas are there all those are  united in word yajna. Which which worlds are there al those are united in world –world(loka). All duty of house holder is this much only. This son becoming all these will protect me from  this  (iha)world. Therefore anushista(….?) son  for world attainment s plan’they tell. Therefore father to son makes sanushasana(law,order). Father who knows like this, while going from this world, by vakmana prana(speech,mind,prana) only will occupy son.  Due to mistake if  anything  is not done  son will release  from all those things. Therfore he is called son. Father by his son only will be established  in this world.  Vak mana prana(speech mind prana) which  divine and amritha enter him.

 

18) earth,fire by these, come divine word(speech) enters him. By which what ever he tells happens  that itself is divine sppech.(daivi vakku).

 

19) from dyuloka(heaven) and from Adithya  come, daiva(god) and mind enters him. By which bebames anandi(joyfull,happy,bliss)  and will not sorrow that itself is daiva mind (divine mind).

 

20) Divine prana(daiva prana) whivch has come from  water and moon  enters him(son). While moving and not moving, who will not feel sorrow  and will not get destroyed he only is daiva prana(divine prana). One who knows like this, will become athma of all animals.  How is this god(Hitanyagarbha)  in the same way  all animals  hw they will worship this god ,to one who knows like this will worship him. These people sorrow about which which things it will be with them. To him punya only comes. To gods sins will not come.

 

21) Now therefore  vratha’s(vow’s) mimamsa- prajapathi created created speech(vak) excreta karanas(organs,sense organs). After their creation  mutually competed. “I will be talking only like this speech decided. “I see ‘ like this eye ‘I hear’ loike this ear(shrothri). Like this other organs (karanas) also as per their karmas  decided. Mrithyu ib labour form   caught them. Getting them mrithyu  obstructed. By this speech will be getting tired only. Eye gets tired. Ear gets tired. But mrithyu  settled in middle of body(deha madhyastha)  prana did not catch. Karanas(organs)  decided to know prana. Wh by moving and non moving will not get sorrow  and will not get destroyed, he is hgh(shresta) among us. Right,we shall all have his form only. All these got his form only.therefore  by his name pranas’ sre called like this. Then one who knows takes birth in which family   by his name only  gets called. And with one who knows like this, who competes he will dry. Dries and at end dies.This is adhyathma.

 

22)now devatha vishayaka  darshana(vision).’I will be burning only’ like this fire decided.’I will  be heating(paining)  only’ like this adithya,’I will enlighten’ like this moon Like this other gods  according to their divine transactions(daiva vyapara) , decided. Prana settled in middle of body  in middle of Indriyas(senses)  how ,like that  vayu(air) in middle of these gods. Other gods set (asthamisu).’but air will not set.’ Air is non setting  (asthmisada)god.

 

23)Now this shloka(verse) is there.’by which air  sun rises and sets in whom  his vow gods celebrate(perform). That only is vow(vratha). Now and today also(is celebrated by gods). This sun rises from prana only. ,sets in prana only these gods  then celebrated which  that only now also  celebrate. Therefore man should celebrate only one vow(vratha).-therefore sin form mrithyu ewithout getting him , like this pranana kriya(action) should be done. And if celebrated s should desire to end it. By this vow he with this prana god  sayujya salokya  also he will get.

1)Whole world is  nama(name)-rupa(form)-karma  these three only. To this name vak(speech) is cause. Because all names are produced by it. This their sama(saama). Because is common to all names. This is brahma of these. Because it has worn all names.

 

2)To forms eye is cause. Because all forms are  produced by it. Because this is common to all forms. This is athma of these. Because it hs worn all forms.

 

FI RST CHAPTER

 

3)     To karmas body is cause. Because all karmas are produced by it. This is sama of these. Because this is common to all karmas. This is athma of these. Because it wears all karmas.because this body thogh body is only one   has become these three. Amritha is covered by truth.prana only is amritha. Names and forms are true. (therefore) this prana is covered by them(those).

 

 2nd CHAPTER:

FIRST BRAHMANA:

1)      OM   Driptha Balaki named speaker Gargya is old. He regarding kasi king Ajathashathru “I will do brahmopadesha to you.’like this told.’to your  this word I will give thousand cows.people call  ‘janaka janaka’.’ I am also like him only’ like this Ajathashaythru told.

 

2) Gargya: This purusha in  Adithya only I worship(upasisu) as  brahma’.

   Ajathashathru :Don’t talk like this in this matter.As Athista  head like (shira praya) to all animals,dipthivantha   like this I worship him (upasisu). Who worships him like  this  he  will become Athista  and head like to animals   dipthivantha he will become.

 (note-  Athithya bhuthani thistathi  ithi athista)

 

2)     Gargya-‘present in moon this  purusha only  I worship as  brahma’

Ahathashathru: Don’t talk like this in this matter. As Mahan, as shvethambaradhari (white cloth wearer) as Somaraja Him only I worship.

 

One who does upasanna like this  (to him in yajna and in vikrithies  freely(yathesta)  soma is got. To him anna (rice) will not reduce.

 

4) Gargya: This purusha who is present in this vidyuth (electricity) I worship as brahma.

Ajathashathru: Don’t talk like this in this matter I worship him as thejasvi’.

 

5) Gargya- ‘This purusha in sky only  I worship as brahma’

Ajathashathru- ‘Don’t talk like this  in this matter. As purna(absolute and nishkriya( actionless)   I nworship him’ One who does upasana like this  he by progeny,by animals will become  bundent ( samriddha).’ And his progeny in this  world will not  break(vicchinna).

 

6)Gargya:present in  air this purusha only I  do upasana as brahma’

Ajathashathru’don’t talk like this in this matter.  As Indra,As vaikunta. Army without defeat, him only I do upasana.

 One who  worships him  like this he will be successful,aparajitha(unwinnable) eney controller(shathru damana).

 

7)  Gargi :present in fire this purusha only  I  do upasana as brahma.

Ajathashathru: Don’t talk like this in this matter I do his upasana as tolerant(sahishnu) His progeny becomes  tolerant.

 

8) Gargya: present in water this purusha only  I do upasana as brahma’

Ajathashathru: Don’t talk like this in this matter. I do hhis upasana as ‘anurupa’

(suitable).

 One who does upasana like this  near him there will be suitable(anurupa) things coming near. What is aprathi form Unsuitable) will not come.

 

9)Gargya Purusha present in mirror only   I do upasana as brahma.’

Ajathashathru: In this matter don’t talk like this. I do  his upasana as dipthi  svabhava(dipthi nature).

One who does upasana like this he will get dopthi nature. His progeby becomes dipthi nature. If he combines with anybody  he will cross  all and shines.

 

11)Gargya- when a hu man walks,the sound produced behind him   I do upasana  as brahma.

Ajathashathru ‘don’t talk like this in this matter. I do  his upasana as prana’

One who does upasana like this  him he will get full longevity  in this world. And before time prana will not leave him.

 

 11)Gargya:present in directions  this purusha only  I do upasana as brahma’

Ajathashathru:’don’t talk like this in this matter. I do his upasana as  yama not leaving and going’

One who do  his upasana like this  he will be having second yama and his parijanavarga will not leave him

 

12) Gargya: outer present in dark  this purusha only  I do upasana as brahma’

Ajathashathru: Don’t talk like this in this matter I do his upasana as mrithyu

One who does his upasana like this, he in this world gets  fill  longevity and to his t befor mrithyu will not approach him.ime

 

13)Gargya: Present in Hiranyagarbha  this purusha only  I do upasana as brahma.

Ajathashathru: Don’t talk like this in tis matter. I do his upasana as ‘athmavashya’ only.

One who does upasana like this  he will become athmavashya and his progeny will become athmavashya. Gargya became quiet.

 

14)Ajathashathru :(the brahma which you know) is this much only. Is it not?

Gargya: What I know is this much only.

Ajathashathru: By  knowing this much  it is  like not knowing brahma .

Gargya-‘ as disciple  I  move near you’

 

15)Ajathashathru:  “He will teach me brahma” like this brahmana  near kshathriya  (as  disciple) coming is prathiloma. But still I will advice.

Ajathashathru  holding Gargya in hand,  rised.  Both of them came to a disciple who was sleeping. Ajathashathru called him with these names.”’o  mahan,shvethambara,somaraja;he did not rise. King awakened hi by pulling again again  by hands.he rose.’

 

16)Ajathashathru:  ‘This vijnanamaya  purusha  while sleeping  where he was?

From where did he come like this?’

This was not known to Gargya.

 

17) Ajathashathru: This vijnanamaya purusha  while sleeping  he  speech excetra pranas work  taking back  by special knowledge(bvishesha jnana) present in inner heart, akasha shabda vachya (sky word vachya)  in paramathma will be sleeping. When he withdraws back senses group  then he is called ‘svapithi’. Smell  sense organ  is pulled, eye is pulled, ear is pulled, mind is pulled.

 

18) When he  moves by svapna vritthi(dream vritthi(vritthi means mental fluctuation,mental modification) then these are his karma fruits. Then he like a king,like mahabrahmana,he will become.(In awaken state) some one king  how carrying his cutuzens(prajes)  in his state  freely wanders,in the same way this vijnanamaya  carrying senses in  his body moves freely. ,

 

19) When he is indeep sleep – when  he  does not  know anything  -(then) by heart around body  spread(occupying)   through ‘hitha’ named thirty two thousand naadies (energy flow channels)(not nerves or vessels)  returning  sleeps in body. How kumara(son) or king  or mahabrahmana  getting peak of joy(bliss,ananda) is present like that  only he will be sleeping.

 

20) How spider  moves  by the thread(fibre) produced  by it,how from fire small sparks  fly out, in the same way from this athm all  pranas, all worlds, all gods, all animals come . ‘truth of truth’is his secret name. pranas are truth. He is truth of those.

1)     Residing place, special place,peg,rope- with all these knows calf he will destroy seven jnathies  who hate him. Present in middle of this body is pana is calf. This body is its  residence place. Head is it’s special place. (position).(produced by anna  and drinks) power(shakthi) is it’s peg. And anna is it’s rope.

(eyes,ears, nose nostrils, and mouth  as these are born with  man  they are called jnathies.  As indriya(senses) doors  as  they turn  athma vision towards  sense objects are called hating jnathies.)

(pranas are truth. He is truth of those’(2-1-20) it is told.

 

2)     Cause of nondestruction(akshya,non reduction) these seven gods praise(sthuthisu) prana. How is-  present in eye ,through red lines rudra becomes anugatha( follow,obey) to him. Through water(tears) present in eye parjanya(rain). Through eye pupil  Adithya. Through black portion agni(fire). Through white part Indra. Through nlower eye lid  earth is anygatha to him. Through upper eye lid  dyuloka(heaven). One who knows like this  his anna(rice,food) will not  be destroyed.

 

3)In this matter  this shloka is there.’having mouth below, swelling above,(circular) cup is there. Various kinds of knowledge(jnana) is kept in it. By it’s side seven rushies are sitting. Spelling words mass,speech is eigth.brecause speech is eighth and spells words mass.

 

3)     These two ears are gouthama and Bharadvaja. This only is gouthama. This only is bharadvaja. Two eyes are vishwamithra  and jamadagni.This only is vishwamithra and jamadagni.  Nose nostrils are  vasista and kashyapa. This only is vasista.This only is kashyapa. Speech(vak) only is Athri.Because by vak(speech) only  anna (food) is eaten. Athri is name of Atthi only. One who knows like this, he will become rice(food) eater and all will become his rice.

(Atthi is called athri.As per vaidika custom paroksha(indirect) name.)

1)     Two brahma only two forms. Murtha (object) and amurtha(abstract). Msrthya and amritha. Limited(paricchinna)  and unlimited (aparicchinna). Sath and thyath.

 

2)     Which is different from air, and anthariksha(sky) that itself is murtha(objective,concrete,tangible). This marthya (deathful). His is limited(paricchinna), this is sath. This murtha’s,marthya’s limited’s  and sath’s rasa. This burning sun.because he is rasa of bhuthathrayas.(earth,

Water,fire)

 

3)     Now Amurtha(abstract)- this is air(vayu), and anthariksha(sky). This is Amritha. This is thyath. Tha this amurtha’s  amritha’s  un limited’s and thyath’s rasa. Present in solar system(mandala)  this purusha. Because he is rasa of air and sky. This is adhidaivatha.

 

4)      Now adhyathma. Which than air and han sky in body,  is different that itself is Murtha. This is Marthya.this is limited. This is sath .his murtha’s ,amurtha’s  limited’s  and sath’s rasa. This eye. Because this is rasa og bhuthathraya (three bhuthas).

(present in body which is work(effect) of  earth ,water,fire).

 

5)     Now aurtha(abstract). Aid sky in water. This is amritha. This is unlimited. This is thyath. This amurtha’s, amritha’s, unlimted’s, and thyath’s rasa. Purusha who is  present in right eye. Because he is rasa of air and sky.

 

6)     This purusha’s form is like this. Like  Haridra(turmeric)  coloured cloth, like grey coloured  wool,(red colour),like Indra named crown,like agni shikha(flame).like white loyus, or like lightning  shining , who knows like this, lightning’s shining  fame also happens. Now therefore (brahma’s) nirdesha (direction,instruction):’not this,not this’ because than ‘mot this’ other high nirdesha (direction)is not there. Now namadheysa(name). ‘sathyada sathyavu’ (truth of truth). Because  prana’s are only truth. He is  truth of those.

Yajnavalkya: no, how life of  those who have instrument  like that your life also will become. But through money  no desire of Amrithathva.

3)mythreyi:’by which I will not become amritha, what shall I do by that? Hey bhagavan, Whi ch you know tell  that only to me’.

 

4)Yajnavalkya: Hey Mythreyi (previously also you were dear to me. Now you are asking this dear(priya). Come sit I will do commentary to you when I do commentary  meditate upon it’s meaning with concentration.

 (Means of amrithathva  athmajnana(self knowledge).

5)Yajnavalkya: ‘for use  of  husband, husband(to wife) will not be dear. For  his wife’s) use husband will be dear. For use of wife (to husband) is not dear.  For his(husband’s ) own use wife is dear. For use children childsern s are not dear. But hiw own(father and mothers)  use children will be dear. For use of money  money is not dear. For his (humans) use  money is dearer to humans. For humans use brahmana is not dear. For own(others) use brahmana is dear. For use of kshathriya  kshathriya is not dear. For his own (others)use kshathriya is dear. For use of worlds worlds are not dear. For his own(jivas)  use worlds are dear to jivas. For use of gods gods are not dear. But for own(yajnikas) use gods9to yajnikas) dear. For use of all  all are not dear. For own use all(things) are dear. Hey Mythreyi  athma should be seen,should be listened(shravana), manana (recapitulation) should be done.,nididhyasana should be done.Hey mythreyi, by athma’s darshan(vision)by listening(shravana),by manana, nididhyasana all these are known.

(by mere shravana athma darshana will not happen. When  shravana-manana-nididhyasana unite brahmaikathva  (union of athma and brahma,union of individual self with universal self) samyak darshana happens.)

 

6)     One who knows brahmanas  as different from  athma  him brahmana will refuse. One who  knows kshathriya as different  from athma  kshathriyas will refuse  him. One  who knows  worlds  as different from athma   worlds will refuse him.  One who knows gods as different fro athma, gods will refuse him. One who knows  animals as different from athma ,animals will refuse him. One whoknows all as different from athma . all will refuse him. This brahmana, this kshathriya, these worlds, these gods,these animals this all-This athma only.

 

7)’How while beating dundubhi(drum) many  special  sounds produced by it,how it is not possible to  grasp separately,    But  common sound  of   dundubhi is grasped.

 

7)     dHow while blowing cone(shankha) special sounds produced by it how it is not possible to be  grasped seperately , but by grasping common sound of cone or cone blowing common sound is grasped.

 

9) How while playing veena special sounds produced by it  are not possible to be grasped separately, but veena’s common sound can be grasped .

 

10) How burning  wet wood(stick) by fire various kinds of  smoke  comes out,un the same way  hey Mythreyi, rugveda, yajurveda, samaveda, athravangirasa,history, epics(puranas), arts, upanishaths, shlokas, suthras,manthra descriptions,arthavadas-all these this paramartha  like  nishwasa,these are like their nishwasa(expiration).

 

11)’How sea is single destination to   all water, in the same way  karma is single  destination for  gandhas(smells,vasanas)., like that nose is single destination to all smells. In the same way  toungue is single destination to  all rasas(ytastes). Like that  to all forms eye is  single destination.,in the same way  ear is single destination to all sounds,like that mind is  single destination  to  all vidyas(educations). In the same way intellect is  single destination to all  educations. In the same way  hands are single destination to  all karmas.

 Like that  for all joys upastha is single destination.In the same way payu  is single destination to  all visargas (excretions, disposals). In the same way feet are are single destination to al walks. Like that speech is single destination  to all  Vedas.

 

12)  how  salt ball put in water gets destroyred (merges)following water only  and how salt crystal  can’t be taken , but taken from where ever salt water only , in the samre way Mythreyi  ananthara  apaara(very much,boundless) mahath (great) paramartha (transcendental,spiritual), vijnana Ghana (vijnana solid only,solid mass of consciousness). Athma’s differenceness  produced from these bhuthas, with destruction of bhutha class  will get destroyed  by itself. After getting liberation from body and senses(Indriyas)  there will be know special knowledge(vishesha jnana)  Hey Mythreyi  this only I am telling. ‘ like thids yajnavalkya told.

 

13) Mythreyi :’After getting liberated fron body and senses, there will be know special knowledge’ telling like this, Hey Bhagavan  you are illusing me.

 

Yajnavalkya: ‘Hey Mythreyi , I am telling nothing to mae you to illuse.  This is enough for knowledge’.

 

14)  Because  where it appears where there is dvaitha(dualism), there one smells another. Sees another. Listens another. Talks another. Thinks another, knows another. Where  where there is athma to him everywhere s there by what which he smells. Which he will listen, which he will talk, which he will think, which he will know? By which he knows all these that by which he will know?. Hey Mythreyi , by which he will know vijnathri(knower)?

This earth excetra chathustaya (group of four)  is that athma(self) only. This is brahma, this is all.

 

2)  Water is madhu(honey) to all animals. All animals are  masdhu to this water. (In the same way)  present in this water Thejomaya, Amrithamaya  purusha  and as body related  raithasa, thejomaya,amrithamaya  such purusha. This water excetra chathustaya  is athma only. This athmajnana(self knowledge)  is cause of Amrithathva.:this is brahma,this is all’.

 

3)  Fire(agni)  is madhu (honey) to all animals. All animals are madhu to  this  fire.(in the same way)  Present in this  fire  thejomaya(brightful), Amrithamaya (amrithaful), purusha  and as body related , as linga body Abhimani , thejomaya, Amrithamaya , purusha . This  fire  excetra chathustaya (group of four)  is that athma(self) only. This is brahma, this is all.

6)   these Directions  is madhu (honey) to all animals. 15) This athma is adhipathi to  all animals and king to all animals. How are legs(?) are  in nabhi (umbilicas )  and in pouter zone  how they are made to stand, in the same way  in this athma  all animals, all gods,all worlds, all senses, all jivathmas are made to stand.

 

16) Dadhyang-Atharvana advicred this Madhu vidya to Ashwini gods.Seeing this manthra told: ‘Ashwini gods in human form,   that severe damsa karma  which you did for your profit,dadhyang-atharvana through horse head  adviced to us, Madhu vidya-like cloud pouring rain- I will publish’.

 

17)  This is Madhu vidye adviced by dadhyang –atharvana to Ashwini gods is this only. S seeing this manthra drista Rushi told:Ashwini gods, you join horse head to Daghyang- atharvana. Enemy violaters  He in  truth maintainance  as kritha-nischaya to you Adithya related Madhu vidya  advicedLnot only that much) god related secret vijnana(rahasya vijnana) also he adviced.

 

18) This only is  Madhu vidya  adviced by Daghyang –atharvana to Ashwini gods is this only. Seeing him manthra dristri  rushi  told: Parameshwara  two leged bodies,four leged bodies created. That purusha first becoming bird entered bodies. As he lives in  bodies(pura) he is called purusha. Nothing is not covered (avritha) by him. There is nothing which is not covered(samvritha) by him.

 

19) zthis is Madhu vidye  adviced  by  Dadyang Atharvana   to Ashwini gods. Seeing this manthra dridtri rushi  told: Parameshwara following form difference became prathirupa(antiform?). His that form  to express itself parsameshwara  appears in many forms through Maya(maye). Because  to hin ten senses-not only that much hundreds are joined. He only is Indriyas. He only is ten and many thousands. Multiple and infinet. That this brahma is apurva, anapara, ananthara, abaya.Experiencing all  this athma is brahma. This only is advice of all upanishaths.

(As  senses take away (harana)athma towards sense objects they are called ‘Hari’.)

CHAPTER 3:BRAHMANA 1:

Om Videha country  king(samrata,emperor)s  janaka did yajna called  Bahudakshina. There brahmanas pf kuru panchalacountries has gathered. Among these Brahmins who has more  anuvachana(speaking) ability  like this   to janaka vaideha  wanted to know. He gathered and ties  one thousand cows in  doddi (stable). And to each cow’s horn  made to tie ten golden feet.

 

3)     Janaka told to them: worshipable Brahmins, among us one who is brahmista  let hi carry cows’. Those Brahmins did not do chest( did not show boldness).Then yajnavalkya  told to his brahmachari  ‘Samashrava  carry (chase) these and go’. Samashrava carried those away. ‘Among us how did he tell brahmista?’ like this they got angry. To janaka vaideha  there was a hothri called Ashwala. Now he questioned yajnavalkya.

‘yajnavalkya,among us you only are brahmista Yajnavalkya told   ‘we do namaskara to brahmista.we want cows’. Therefore hothri ashwala  decided to question him.

(one who has lesarnt  sasa,ma vidhi(rulke) is samashrava. Therefore it is known that yajnavalya was knowing four Vedas(chathurvediya).

 

4)Ashvala: yajnavalkya, as all these are occupied by day and nights,as all are undertaken(vashikritha)  by day and nights, yajamana  through which  crossing vashyathe of   death(mrithyu).

 

Yajnavalkya:’through  ruthvik called Adhvaryu,through  Adithya eye. Eye of yajamana(master) itself is eye. Eye of yajamana is Adithya. Adithya is hothri. Adithya is means to liberation.That itself ia athimukthi.

 

5)ashwala:[as all these are occupied by  shukla –krishna pakshas(fortnights),as all is undertaken by (vashikritha) ,yajamana(master) through which  crossing vashyathe of death (mrithyu)  will become liberated?’

 

Yajna valkya: Thgrough  Ruthvik called udgathri. Thorough prana which is vayu(air). Yajamana’s prana itself is udgathri. Yajamana’s prana itself is  this vayu(air). Air is means of liberation. Vayu is udgathri. Vayu is means of liberation. That itself is athimukthi.

 

Ashwala: yajnavalkya, this antharikasha(sky) without dependence(Alambana)  as appears  from which dependence(Alambana)  yajamana will get  heaven world?’

 

Yajnavalkya: ‘through ruthivik called brahma.  Though moon who is mind. Mind of yajamana itself is brahma. Mind of yajamana is  itself is  moon. Moon is brahma. Moon is means of liberation that itself is athimukthi. These are paths of liberation. Now treasures.

 

7)ashwala: yajnsvalkya, today this Hothri  by how many directions  in this yajna does his work(karya)?

Yajnavalkya: By three Ruks.

Ashwala: What are those three?

Yajnavalkya: puronuvakkya,yakya, and third one shasya.

Ashwala: through these what he will win?

Yajnavalkya: ‘all these pranas’.

 

8)Ashwala:yajnavalkya  today this Adhvaryu  how many ahuthies(offers)  in this yajna do homa?

Yajnavalkya: three ahuthies(offers).

Ashwala: which are those three?

Yajnavalkya: which when given Ahuthi(offer)  brighten burn, which when  hutha happens producemore sound, which when given hutha(ahuthi) come down’.

Ashwala: ‘through those what he will win?’

 

MUNIKANDA:

Yajnavalkya: ‘Which when become hutha(when offered) burn bright,s through those  will win deva loka(divine world). Because that world is  like burning(prajvalisu). Those which produce more sound when offered, through those will win sathya loka(sathya world). Because this world will produce more sound. Those which get down , though those will win human world. Because this world is below only.

9)Ashwala :‘yajnavalkya,today brahma named Ruthvika through how many gods on right side will protect yajna?’

Yajnavalkya: ‘through one god.’

Ashwala:’who is that one god?’

Yajnavalkya: mind only. Mind ia anantha and vishvedevathas are also  infinites. Upasaka( worshiper) wins infinet worlds only.

 

10)Ashwala: Yajnavalkya, Today that  udgathri how many sthothriys he will praise in yajna?’

Yajnavalkya: three sthothriyas.

Ashwala: ‘puronuvakya,yajya, third one is shasya’

Ashwala: ‘among these which are related to body?’

Yajnavalkya- prana only is puronuvakya,apana is yajya, vyana is shasya’.

Ashwala-through him what he will win ?

Yajnavalkya- from puronuvakya  earth world,from yajya anthariksha world, from shasya  dyuloka also  he will win.

Then hothri  ashwala  kept quiet.

BRAHMANA  2:

 

1)     Then ,jarathkarava Arthabhaga questioned him

Yajnavalkya how many grihas , Athigrihas  eight.

(Arthabhaga):those eight  grihas and eight athigrihas.

Arthabhaga:  which  aare those grahas and    athigrihas’

 

2)prana only graham(riha) that  is captured (taken under control) by  apana named Athighara. That means though apana (humans) smell smells.

 

3)Vak(speech only is graham. It is taken under control by Athigraha namedc nama(name).Because through speech (humans) tell all the names.

 

4)     Tongue only is graham. It  is under taken  control by athigraha called

Rasa. Because through tongue (humsns)  knows taste.

 

5)eye only is graha. It is taken under control by athiigraha called  form(rupa). Because through eye human sees form.

 

6)Shrothra  only is graham. It is taken under control  by athigraha called  sound. Because  through ear human  hears words.

 

7)Mind only is graham. It is taken under control  by desires named Athigraha. Because through mind man desires  desires.

 

8)Hands only are graham. They are  taken under control by Athigrahas called karmas. Through hands man does works.

 

9)Skin only is graham. They are taken under control by athigraha called  touch. Because through skin  man knows touch. These only are eight grahas and eight athigrahas.

 

10)Arthabhaga- Yajnavalkya  if all these are  under control of death, , to which god  death(mrithyu) ia anna  which is that god.

YUajnavalkya: All this is death. This is anna to water. One who knows like this he will win  redeath.

 

11)Arthabhaga: ‘yajnavalkya  ( liberated) this  purusha when dies his senses(Indriyas)  will they leave him or not?’

Yajnavalkya:’no, they merge in him only Body swells. Swells In that condition  it dies and sleeps’.

 

12)Arthabhaga:’yajnavalkya,  when this purusha dies which is the one which does not leave?’

Yajnavalkya: Nama(name). Nama is anantha(infinet). Vishvedevathes are infinet.(one who knows like this he) by such knowledge wins infinet worlds only.

 

13)arthabhaga: ‘yajnavalkya,speech of dead purusha  in prana, prana in air(vayu),eye in  Adithya,mind in moon, shrothra in directions,s body in earth, Athma’s residence(establishment)  heart sky in sky, hairs in mulikes(herbs), hairs in vanaspathies  when become merged,when blood and rethas(semen) are kept in  water where will be this purusha?

Yajnavalkya: Somya arthabhaga  give hand, we shall only decide all these things.In dense population  this can’t be decided.

Both of them  went out from there  and enquired.karmsa only they talked. Karma only they praised. Therefore human  by ponya karma becomes punya  by sinful karmas becomes sinner. Then jarathkarava Arthabhaga  became quiet.

Brahmana 3:

1)     Then  Bhujyu  lahyayani  questioned him:Yajnavalkya we for studies  as vow(vratha) wearers  travelled. And came to house of pathanjala kapya. His daughter was held by one Gandharva. We questioned him.”who are you” I am ‘Angirasa sudhanva’. Like this he told. When we asked him about end of worlds(l,okagala Antha) we told to them.’where did parikshithas go?’ yajnavalkya . I ask you. Where did parikshithas go? Tell where did parikshithas  go?’

 

 

 2)(yajnavalkya: ‘ where Ashwamedha yajies go  there parikshithas went. Like this Gandharva  had told me previously.’

Bhujyu: ‘Where did Ashwamedha yagies go?’

 Yajnavalkya: sun’s chariot  in one day  rounds how many countries  iit’s thirty two times this world. Around it  it’s two times  sea has surrounded. Now like edge of cutting  sword (kshoura sword) ,  or like house fly wings,(brahmanda kapalas) in joint(sandhi)  there is space(avakasha) or path. ( through that parikshithas go). Agni as giduga  gives him to vayu. Vayu keeping  him in itself  to place where Ashwamedha yajies  are present carry them.

 

 Like this  gandharva praised vayu(air). Therefore vayu is  individual(vyasti), vayu is universal(samasti). One who knows like this  will win punarmrithyu(redeath). Then bhujya  lahyayani became quiet.

1)     Then ushastha chakrayana  questioned him:yajnavalkya direct (sakshath)  aparoksha (non indirect) brahma Sarvantharvarthi  athma-inform properly.

Yajnavalkya:’sarvantharvarthi athma only is  your athma’.

Ushastha- ‘yajnavalkya, which athma(self) is sarvanthara?’

Yajnavalkya-‘who through prana  is doing pranana kriye(action) sarvanthara he only is  your athma. Who is doing apana by apana kriya  sarvanthara he himself is your athma. Who is doing  vyana kriya through vyana  he only is your sarvanthara athma. Through udana  who id doing  udana kriye that sarvanthara athma is your athma. Sarvanthrvarthi  he himself is your athma.

 

2)     Ushastha chakrayana-s Cow is like this, horse is like this. You are directing this. Direct aparoksha athma –sarvantharvarthi athma- you  inform

 me properly.

Yajnavalkya:’sarvanthravarti he himself is your athma.’

Ushastha- yajnavalkya, which athma ids sarvanthara?

Yajnavalkya: viewer of the view you can’t see. Shravana’s shrothra you can’t listen, Manthri of manana(recapitulation) you can’t think. Vijnathri of vijnana you can’t know. Sarvantharyami he only is your athma. Anything which is different  from athma  is temporary(non permanent,nashvara).

Yajnavalkya:’who  has crossedhunger and thirsts,sorrows and fascinations old age and death,knowing such athma  only brahmanas in sons, in money,in worlds leaving kamas(desires) will do bhikshacharya. Which is  son’s kama that  that is vittha kama,which is money kama that is that is loka(world) kama. Bdecause both are kamas only. Therefore brahmana knowing athma jnana completely(remainderlessly) by it’s strength should  desire to stand. Knowing this   strength and athmajnana completely becomes muni.  Knowing silence and  non silence completely  becomes brahmana.how will that brahmana perform(cvelebrate)? Though however celebrates he will be like this only. Except Brahmaniste to him all is nashwara(temporary,non permanent.’ 

Then kahola koushithakeya became quiet.

[by gandharva world gargi’

‘Gandharva world is occupied by which ?

‘from adithya world Gargi’

‘adithya world is occupied bt what?’

‘by moon world Gargi’.

 ‘By which moon world is occupied?’

‘By star world  Gargi’

 ‘Star world is occupied by which ?’

‘From devaloka(divine world .gargi’

‘By which devaloka (divine world) is occupied?’

1)     Then uddhalaka Aruni questioned him:’yajnavalkya , In house of  pathanchala kapya  in Madra country we were studying yajna scripture. His wife was held ny Gandharva. We asked  him‘who are you?’he told’I am kabandha Atharvana’ like this he told. He  told about  pathanchala kapya and yajnikas.

“kapya   by which this world.,other world, and all animals are threaded, that suthra(formula) do you know?” like this pathancala kapya told. Gandharva told to  him and yajnikas.”kapya , who present inside regulates this world,other world and all animals  that antharyami do you know”?” bhgavantha I don’t know him”like this pathanchala japya told. Gandharva told to him and and yajnikas.”kapya  who knows that suthra and  antharyami (indwelling regulater) like this  he is brahmavida. He is  vedhavida, he is lokavida(world knower), he only is Athmavida. He only is all knower(sarvavida)” Gandharva told both those to  them  I know that. Yajnavalkya , you without knowing  that suthra and that Antharyami s if you carry cows which are property of brahmavids your head will fall’.  

Yajnavalkya: ‘I lknow that suthra and Antharyami’

Uddhalaka:’I know,I know’ like this anybody can tell.tell what you know’

 

2)yajnavalkya:  gouthama, Vayu(air) only is that suthra (thread). By that suthra named vayu(air) only  this world,other world,  all animals are threaded. Therefore only gouthama , about dead person  people tell’his parts are loosened” tell like this. Because Gouthama  by vayu named suthra only those are threaded.’

 

3)yajnavalkya:’ Who is  present in earth ,is inside earth, which earth does not know, , to whom earth is body, who is present inside and regulates earth, he only is antharyami(inner controller,Immanent).my amritha athma.

 

4)Who present in water, is inside water ,which water does not know,  to whom water is body, who present inside  controls water, he only is antharyami.  Our amritha athma.

 

5)’ Who is  present in  fire ,is inside  fire, which  fire  does not know, , to whom  fire is body, who is present inside and regulates  fire, he only is antharyami(inner controller,Immanent).my amritha athma.

 

6)’ Who is  present in  anthariksha,is inside   anthariksha, which   anthariksha  does not know,  to whom   anthariksha  is body, who is present inside and regulates   anthariksha, he only is antharyami(inner controller,Immanent).my amritha athma.

 

7)’ Who is  present in  air,is inside  air, which  air  does not know, , to whom sky is body, who is present inside and regulates  air, he only is antharyami(inner controller,Immanent).my amritha athma.

17) ’ Who is  present in speech ,is inside speech, which  speech does not know, , to whom  speech is body, who is present inside and regulates  speech, he only is antharyami(inner controller,Immanent).my amritha athma.

 

18)’ Who is  present in earth eye,is inside eye, which  eyes  does not know,to whom eye is body, who is present inside and regulates eye, he only is antharyami(inner controller,Immanent).my amritha athma.

 

19) ’ Who is  present in ear ,is inside ear, which ear does not know, , to whom ear is body, who is present inside and regulates ear, he only is antharyami(inner controller,Immanent).my amritha athma.

 

20) ’ Who is  present in  mind ,is inside mind, which  mind does not know, , to whom  mind is body, who is present inside and regulates  mind, he only is antharyami(inner controller,Immanent).my amritha athma.

 

21) ’ Who is  present in skin ,is inside  skin, which  skin does not know, to whom skin is body, who is present inside and regulates  skin, he only is antharyami(inner controller,Immanent).my amritha athma.

 

22) ’ Who is  present in intellect ,is inside intellect, which  inmtellect does not know, to whom intellect is body, who is present inside and regulates intellect, he only is antharyami(inner controller,Immanent).my amritha athma.

 

23) ’ Who is  present in  semen(rethas) ,is inside  semen, which  semen does not know, , to whom  semen is body, who is present inside and regulates semen, he only is antharyami(inner controller,Immanent).my amritha athma. He is not seen but witness. He is not heard  but  shrothra (listener), Hre is not object to mind. But manthri, he is not known but knower,  No other witness than him. No other shrothri(listener) than him. There is no other manthri than him. No other knower than him. He only is Antharyami, my amritha athma, anything different from him is nashvara( temporary,impermanent).

1)Then Gargi vachaknavi  told:’ bhagavatha  Brahmins, By your permission I will put two questions to him. If he can giva answer to those among us nobody can win him in  brahmavada(brahma argument).

Yajnavalkya:’question Gargi’.

 

2)Gargi: yajnavalkya, I will ask two questions to you. Like this one kashideshiya (kashi country) or valiant family videha king rising hede(bow thread) to  hede rising bow,  holding two arrows producing much  sorrow to enemy   comes near Like that I will approach you for two questions. Give answer to my two questions.

Yajnavalkya:’question Gargi’.

 

3)Gargi:Yajnavalkya,which is present  above dyuloka(heaven), and below earth, which has become dyuloka-earth and is present between them, which are told as present,  pst,futures that suthra  is got by which?

 

4) Yajnavalkya ‘Gargi, which is present above dyuloka and below earth, which has become  dyuloka and eart, and is present between them , which is told as past present future, that suthra is got by avyaktha(unmanifest, unexopressed)  sky.

(manifest world is called suthra.)

 

5)     Gargi: Namaskara to you who has given answer to my  question.Now be ready to another question.’

 

6)Gargi: yajnavalkya, which is above dyuloka( heaven) and below earth, which is present in both heaven and  earth, and is present in between tham, which is told as present past future  that suthra is attained(got) by which ?

 

7)yajnavalkya : Gargi, Which is present above heaven(dyuloka) and below earth,which has become hreaven and earth, and is present inm between them, which is told as  past present future that suthra  is occupied by avyaktha(unmanifest,unexpressed) sky.

Gargi- ‘ unmanifest  sky is occupied by which?’

 

8)yaunavalkya: Gargi.This only is that akshara.like this brahmanas tell: It is gross(sthuls), ananu(non  partcle), not short(Ahrisva), not long(Adhirgha),Alohitha, asanga(unattachred), not rasa, agandha( non smell), achakshussu( not eye), ashrothra(not ear), not speech, not mind, not thejas, aprana(non prana), not face(amukha). Amathra, ananthara, not outer(abahya), It won’t eat anything, nothing eats it’.

 

9)Yajnavalkya: By law(rule) of this  Akshara only ,Gargi, sun and moons are placed in their positions(places).  By  law of this akshara only  gargi ,heaven(dyuloka) and eart are  plaed in their positions.  By rule of that Akshara only  gargi , minutes(nimishas), muhurthas, day and nights, fortnights, months,years  are placed in their positions(places). By law of this akshara only  gargi few rivers as east flowing, still few as west flowers, are flowing.  By law of this Akshara only  Gargi, humans praise donaters. Gods  are depending on  yajamana  and pithris  darvi homa(sacrifice) .

 

10)’who Gargi,without knowing this  Akshara  who does homa(sacrifice)  for many thousands of years,when does yaga, does penance, that karma fruit will be temporary only. Who Gargi, Without knowing this Akshara goes from this world  ke is miser(kripana). But who knows this Akshara  and goes from this world , he is brahmavida (brahma knower).

 

11)Gargi, This akshara is not seen. But witness. He is not heard but listener(shrothri), it is not object to mind but manthri, It is not known, but vijnathri. No other witness than it. No other shrothri different from it, no manthri  different from it No other different vijnathri also. By this Akshara only  Gargi (unmanifest) sky is occupied.

 

13)Gargi:’Brahmins who are bhagavanthas , through namaskara  if you get relieved from yajnavalkya  know that only as more. Among you nobody forever  can’t win him brahmavsada(brahma argument).

BRAHMANA 9:

1)Then vidagdha shakalya questioned him: Yajnavalkya, how many gods? Yajnavalkya  through this nivith only  deciding this,told:’In  nivith of  vaishvadeva  how many gods are told that much- three hundred three and three thousand three.’

‘Om yajnavalkya  how many gods?’

‘Thirty three’

‘Om yajnavalkya, how many gods? ‘

Six’

‘Om yajnavalkya how many gods?

‘Two’

 Om yajnavalkya  how many ods’one and half’

‘om yajnavalkya, how many gods?

‘’One’

‘Om  who are those three hundred  three  and three thousand three gods’

(nivith  ar few mnthras which inform number of gods they are old in vaishva shasthra.)

 

2)yajnavalkya: these are their’s only greatnesses(mahimas).but only thirty three gods only are present.

Vidagdha: who are those thirty three gods?’

Yajnavalkya: Astavasus(eight vasus), ekadasha rudras(leven rudras), and dvadasha adithyas(twelve adithyas).-these  are thirty one.Including Indra and prajapathi become thirty three.

 

3)vidagdha: who are vasus?

Yajnavalkya agni(fire), vayu(air), anthariksha, Adithya(sun), Dyuloka( heaven), moon, stars- these are vasus. Because I  these  all these are kept. Therefore these are called  vasus.

( making  this whole world  to reside,as they also reside in this these are called vasus.)

 

4) Vidagdha ‘:who are Rudras?’

Yajnavalkya: present in purusha body ten senses(Indriyas) and leventh mind, when these  go(uthkramisu) from marthya(deathful,liable to die) body then makes relatives to cry.therefore these are  called Rudras.

Vidagdha: Who are Adithyas?

Yajnavalkya: Parts of year(samvathsara) twelve months.these are Adithyas. Because these carry all these and o Like this as they carry all these these are called Adithyas.

( as they take away all  in due course of time)

(as these carry longevity and  karma fruits of animals ).

 

6)Vidagdha:’who is Indra? Who is prajapathi?

Yajnavalkya:’producing thunderbolt cloud only is Indrayajna is prajapathi.

Vidagdha-‘ which is cloud which produces thunderbolt?’

Yajnavalkya:’thunderbolt’

Vidagdha:’which is yajna?’

 Yajnavalkya: Animals.

 

7) vidagdha: ‘who are six gods?’

 Yajnavalkya: agni(fire), earth,vayu(air), anthariksha, Adithya, dyuloka(heaven)  these are six gods. Because thre are only six gods  because these six only are all gods’

(previously tol thirty three gods are included in six)

 

8) Vidagdha: ‘who are these three gods?’

Yajnavalkya: these three worlds only because in these all gods are included)

Vidagdha:  who are those two gods?

yajnavalkya: anna and prana.

vidagdha: ‘ which is that one and half?’

yajnavalkya: ‘blowing this air’.

 

9) Yajnavalkya: In this matter few tell:”when air is blowing as one thing how will it become one and half?”  Through this as animals get  ruddi   one and half.

Vidagdha:’ which is one god?’

Yajnavalkya:’prana’ that only is brahma. That itself is called ‘thyath’.(prana means Hiranyagarbha).

 

10) vidagdha:’to whom earth is dependence(residence), to whom fire(Agni) is eye, who is mind jyothi,(mind light), who is residence to  body and senses(Indriyas) that purusha,yajnavalkya who knows he only knows’.

 

Yajnavalkya:’which purusha you tell as  residence to body and senses I know him. Present in body he only is purusha.’shakalya question further’.

Vidagdha:’to him who is god?’

Yajnavalkya:’annakshira’(rice milk’.

 

11)vidagdha:;to whom kama is residence, to whom intellect is eye, who is manojyothi(mind light) who is residence to all senses, that purusha,yajnavalkya, who knows he only is knower.’

Yajnavalkya:’ Which purusha you tell residence to all  body and senses, I know him that kamamaya  this purusha only is himself. Shakalya, question still’

Vidagdha: ‘to him who is god?’

Yajnavalkya:’women’.

(kamamaya-kama bodied, from wonmen as kama ia excited)

 

Vidagdha:’To whom forms are residence , to whom eye(chakshussu) is eye, who is mind light(manojyothi), who is residence to body ans senses that purusha,jajnavalkya  who knows he only knows.

Yajnavalkya: Which purusha you are telling as lord to all senses, I know him. Present in Adithya this purusha only he is shakalya, sill question ‘

Vidagdha; ‘to him who is god?’

Yajnavalkya- ‘truth’

Here truth means eye. With body related  eye only Adhidaivatha Athma’s production.

 

13) vidagdha:’to whom sky is residence(ashraya), to whom shrothra is eye, who is mind light(manojyothi)  who is residence body and senses   that purusha ,yajnavalkya who knows  he only knower’.

Yajnavalkya- ‘ Which pursha is residence to all body and senses, I know him. Shrothrabhimani at the time of hearing specially abhimani this purusha only is he. Shakalua  question further’

Vidagdha-‘to him who is god?’

Yajnavalkya: ‘directions(dikkugalu).’

 

14)vidagdha: ‘to whom thamas (dark) is residence, to whom intellect is eye, who is manojyothi, who is residence to body and senses that purusha,yajnavalkya  who knows he only is knower’

Yajnavalkya:’which purusha  yiu tell as residence to body and senses , I know him. Ajnanamaya(Ajnanaful,ignorenceful)  this purusha only is he. shakalya,still question’

Vidagdha: ‘to him who is god?’

Yajnavalkya” ;death (mrithyu).’

(as all ignorance is mrithyu(death)  mrithyu only is  god tp this purusha.)s

 

15)vidagdha:’ to whom forms are residence, to whom chakshussu is eye,who is manojyothi(mind light), who is  residence to  body senses that purusha  I know.present in mirror this purusha only  he isis.Shakalya question further’

16)vidagdha:’to whom water is residence, to whom intellectnis eye, who is manojyothi, wo is residence to body sand senses that purusha,yajnavalkya, who knows he only knows.’

18)yajnavalkya:’shakalya, these Brahmins have made yo as  forceps holing kenda(burning charcoal)?

 

19)vidadha:yajnavalkya  ou   are refusing Brahmins of kuru panchala countries and talking.which brahma you know?’

Yajnavalkya:’Added with gods and prathistes directions OI know’.

Vidagdha:’added with gods and prathistes directions if you know-

 

20)  Vidagdha:’in this east direction  with which god  you have become one(united)?’

Iajnavalkya: ‘with adithya god’

Vidagdha:’In which this adithya is established?’

Yajnavalkya:’in eye(chakhsussu)’.

Vidagdha:’ in which chakshussu(eye) established?’

Yajnavalkya:’in forms. Because  man see forms by  his eyues only.’.

Vidagdha:’I which forms are established?’

Yajnavalkya: ‘in mind’ Because through mind  man knows   forms. Therefore forms are established in mind only’

Vidagdha: ‘yajnavalkya, this is like this only, right’

21)Vidagdha:’ in south direction with which god you have united?’

Vidagdha:’in which that yama is established?

Yajnavalkya: ‘with yama god’

Vidagdha:’in which that yama is established?’

Yajnavalkya:’in yajna’

Vidagdha: ‘in which dakshine is established?’

yajnavalkya:’I hraddha’ because  human  when shraddhavantha(sinceres and interested) gives dakshine.

Vidagdha:’in which shraddha is established?’

Yajnavalkya:’in heart’. Because through heart man  knows shraddhe. Therefodre shraddhe is established in mind.’

Vidagdha: ‘yajnavalkya, this is like that only,right’.

 

22)vidagdha: In this east direction with ehich god you have united(Ekibhutha)?

Yajnavalkya- ‘with varuna god’

Vidagdha: ‘in which that varuna is established?’

Yajnavalkya- In rethas(semen).

Vidagdha:’In which rethas is established?’

Yajnavalkya: In heart. Therefore only in matter of  resembling born son ‘he is as though has come fro father’s heart’ he is as though  composed fro father’s hear’like tell. Therefore rethas istablished in  heart’.

Vidagdha: ‘yajnavalkya  this is like this only right’

( shraddha only is water, from rethas water is created)

 

23) vidagdha:’ In this north direction  with which god you are united(you have become one)?’

yajnavalkya:’ with soma god’.

Vidagdha- ‘ in which  that soma is established?”

Yajnavalkya : ‘in deeksha(initiation)’

 Vidagdha:‘in which deeksha is established?’

Yajnavalkya: ‘In truth. Therefore therefore about deekshitha  they tell “tell truth”. Brcause deeksha is established in truth.’

Vidagdha:’In which truth is established)

Yajnavalkya:In heart. Because  inheart  human knows truth. Therefore truth is established in  heart’.

Vidagdha:’yajnavalkya, this is like this only’.

(Here  soma means, moon and delicacy.).

 

24)vidagdha: In dhruva direction(upwards)  with which god you have become one?’

Yajnavalkya: ‘with  Agni(fire) god’

Vidagdha:’ In which this agni is established?’

Yajnavalkya;’In speech”.

Vidagdha:’in which this speech is established?”

Yajnavalkya:’in heart’

Vidagdha:’In which is heart established?’

 

25)yajnavalkya:Pishachi! Heart is in different from our body’If you know,if it is truly in different place from us then dogs would have eaten our body.birds would have cut into pieces’.

 

26) vidagdha: in which your body and mind is established?’

Yajnavalkya:’in prana’

Vidagdha: ‘in which prana is established?’

Yajnavalkya:’In vyana’

Vidagdha: ‘In which vyana is  established?’

Yajnavalkya:’in apana’

Vidagdha: ‘in which  apana is established?’

Yajnavalkya:’in vyana’

Vidagdha:’in which  vyana istablished?”

Yajnavalkya:’In udana’

Vidagdha:’ In which udana is established?’

Yajnavalkya:’In samana’

Told as ‘nethi Nethi’(‘not like this,not like this’) he only is this athma.’

He is agrihya,  because he can’t be held, He is akshaya.Because he is not reduced(destroyed),. He is asanga,because he is not interested.He is bondagelss therefore is not sorrowful and will not gey violated.

Yajnavalkya:’These are eight bodies. Eight darshana senses(indriyas),eight gods, and eight purushas. Who  that purusha  by himself only creating, in hi,mself only doing upasamhara (ending) has crossed’  regarding  that oupanishada purusha

 I will question.’if you don’t tell him clearly your head will fall’.

Shakalya was not knowing that purusha. His head fell. Thieves  abducted his bones(skeletons)  thinking  as some thing different.

 

27) Then yajnavalkya toldtold: ‘Bhagavantha(god) brahmanas If  anybody among  you want to  ask questions you can ask or all of you can ask. Among you is you want I will ask questions. Or I will question all’ .

 

Yajnavalkya questioned  them with these shlokas.

1)     Like vanaspathi tree  purusha is. This is truth. His hairs are it’s leaves. His skin is it’s  peel (thogate).

 

2)In his skin only  blood flows. Plant rasa also  flows in peel(thogte). Therefore  from hit tree  plant rasa flows.In the same way blood from injured man.

 

3)      His flesh( muscles)  are it’s inner peel(thogate). His muscles(snayus) are it’s  more inner peel. It is firm. Bones insde snayu(muscles) are are it’s tree. In  bone marrow(majje)  like it’s kernel(thirulu,theme) it is done.’

 

4)     If a tree is cut it  buds out  newly from root. When marthya is cut by  mrithyu(death) from which root  he takes birth?

 

 

5)     Don’t tell from ‘rathas’. Because it  takes birth from living person only. Tree buds out from seed. After it dies  surely will aain takes birth.(even buds out from stem(kanda) also).

 

6)     If s  a tree s cut along  root will not be bon again again.

 Man after getting cut from  mrithyu(death)  from which root he takes birth?’

(from that I ask source of whole world)

 

7)’if you think he will surely takes birth and comes, I say no. He  again  makes to take birth. Who will make him to take  rebirth?’

 

Jnana ananda(bliss) brahma. It to one who gives money knowing thathva standing in that only  to thathvajnani parayana. ( Giver of karma fruit).

BRAHMANA 1:

1)     Om. Videha king janaka while sitting in durbar  yajnavalkya came.’yajnavalkya for which you have come here? Desiring for cows or to get   subtle(sukshma)questions  to be asked by me’  like this janaka asked him.’Samrat both’ like this yajnavalkya told.

 

2)      Yajnavalkya:‘if anybody has told anything  to you tell that’

Janaka;’vak(speech) itself is brahma.like this jithva sahailini had told me’.

Yajnavalkya:’one who has got mother, who has got father or like one who has  acharya, tells speech only is parabrahma.like this shailini has told. But what happens to dumb?.but vdid he tell  to you brahma’s body also prathiste

(establishment ) did he tell?

Janaka: ‘he did not tell me’.

yajnavalkya:Samrat, brahma has only one leg’.

Janaka:if so you tell yajnavalkya’.

Yajnavalkya: Vak itself is it’s body, sky is it’s prathiste (establishment), and it should be done upasana as prajne (consciousness)’.

Janaka: yajnavalkya, Which is form of that prajne?

Yajnavalkya: speech only, samrat, through speech only. Friens is known. Rugveda,yajurveda, samaveda,Atharvaveda, history, epics, education,upanishaths, shlokes(verses) ,  suthras, anuvyakhyanas(following commentaries), commentaries, yaga fruit(sacrifice fruit), homa frui, fruit of anna (food) donation, water drinking fruits, this and other world, all animals,- all these samrat   can be  known through speech only. Samrat, Speech itself is parabrahma.kowing like this, one who do brahmopasana speech will not leave. All animals search him. As god reaches god’.

 Janaka: ‘with elephant like bull(hori) will give thousand cows’.

Yajnavalkya:Without teaching to disciple  well, donation should not be accepted. Like this my father had  given openion’

 

3)Yajnavalkya: ‘ If anybody has told anything to you tell that. Let me see’

Janaka: Prana itself is  brahma . Like this udanka shoulbayana had told me’Yajnavalkya: one who has got mother ,father,  acharya  tells shoulbayana has toldPrana itself is brahma. Because:what happens to one who has no prana? But did he tell brahma’s body and prathiste(establishment)   to you?’

Janaka:’he did not tell’.

Yajnavalkya: ‘samrat, this brahma has only one leg’.

Janaka: ‘if so you tell yajnavalkya’.

Yajnavalkya:’prana only is it’s body,avyakritha (unmanifest)is it’s prathiste. And this should be done upasana as priya.

janaka:  what is form(svarupa) of  that priyathe(dearness?).

yajnavalkya: prana only, samrat for  sake of prana only samrat. Human  makes to do yaga(sacrifice) to  non eligible(Anadhikari) also. Takes donation from unfit also.,samrat, for prana if goes to any direction, there he undergo danger(Gandanthara). Samrat, prana only is parama(supreme) brahma. One who knows like this and do  brahmopasane prana will not leave. All anmals search him. He as deva(god) joins gods’.

Janaka: ‘With elephant like buu (hori) I will give thousand cows’.

Yajnavalkya: Without advicing well to disciple  donation should not be accepted. My hather had given this openion’.

 

4)ysajnavalkya: if anybody has told anything to you   let me listen? Janaka: Chakshus(eye) only is brahma like this Barku varshnavi had told

Yajnavalkya: as one who has mother father guru tells  eye only is brahma. Like this barku varshnavi  has told. But what happens to one who does not see? Tell me that brahma’s  body and prathiste(establishment). Did he tell?

Janaka : ‘he did not tell me’. Yajnavalkya: samrat , to this brahma there is only one leg.

Janaka’If so, you tell me ysjnavalkya’

Yajnavalkya: chakshus(Eye) oitself is it’s body. And Avyakritha is it’s prathiste(establishment). This should be done upasana  as  truth.

 janaka:  what is form(svarupa) of truthness?

Yajnavalkya: ‘ chakshus(eye) only samrat. By chakshus only if anybody asks ‘did you see? He tells  ‘I saw’. It is true only. Samrat, chakshus only is parabrahma. Knowing like this one who does brahmopasana  (brahma worship) eye will not leave. All animals search him. As god joins  gods’.

Janaka- With elephant like bull(hori)  I will give thousand cows’

5) Yajnavalkya:‘if anybody has told anything  to you tell that’

Janaka;’ Ear  itself is brahma.like this  Gardabhi vipitha  bharadvaja  had told me’.

Yajnavalkya:’one who has got mother, who has got father or like one who has  acharya, tells  ear only is parabrahma.like this  bharadvaja  has told. But what happens to  deaf ?but did he tell  to you brahma’s body also prathiste

(establishment ) ?

Janaka: ‘he did not tell me’.

yajnavalkya:Samrat, brahma has only one leg’.

Janaka:if so you tell yajnavalkya’.

Yajnavalkya:  ear  (shrothra) itself is it’s body, sky is it’s prathiste (establishment), and it should be done upasana as  Anantha(infinet)’.

Janaka: yajnavalkya, Which is form of that  infinity(ananthathe)?

Yajnavalkya:  ear  only, samrat, through  ear  only.  Man if goes to any direction

He will not reach  end of direction. Therefore directions are infinet. Samrat, Directions are shrothras. Shrothra is parama brahma. Knowing this who does brahmopasana  shrothra will not leave. All animals search him. As god joins gods’.

(establishment ) did he tell?

Janaka: ‘he did not tell me’.

yajnavalkya:Samrat, brahma has only one leg’.

Yajnavalkya:  mind  itself is it’s body,  Avyakrithsa  is it’s prathiste (establishment), and it should be done upasana as  ananda(bliss)’.

Janaka: yajnavalkya, Which is form of that  Anandaness (blissness)?

Yajnavalkya:  mind only, samrat, through   mind only .Samrat,  desires woman(sthree).In her son suitable to father will be born. 7)Yajnavalkya:‘if anybody has told anything  to you tell that’

Janaka;’ heart only  itself is brahma.like this  vidagdha shakalya  had told me’.

Yajnavalkya:’one who has got mother, who has got father or like one who has  acharya, tells  heart  only is parabrahma.like this  shakalya  has told. But what happens to  heartless?.but vdid he tell  to you brahma’s body also prathiste

(establishment ) ?

Janaka: ‘he did not tell me’.

yajnavalkya:Samrat, this  brahma has only one leg’.

Janaka:if so you tell yajnavalkya’.

Yajnavalkya:   heart itself is it’s body,  Avyakritha is it’s prathiste (establishment), and it should be done upasana as  sthithi(condition,stage)’.

Janaka: yajnavalkya, Which is form of that  sthithi(condition)?

Yajnavalkya:  Heart  only, samrat, through  mind only. dSamrat,  residence place of all animals. Heart only. Samrat prathiste(establishment) of all animals. Because in hear all animals are established. Samrat  heart itself is parabrahma.kowing like this, one who do brahmopasana  heart  will not leave. All animals search him. As god reaches god’.

BRAHMANA 2:

1)     Videha king janaka  rising from seat nearing yajnavalkya;namaskara to you advce me’told.

Yajnavalkya:’Samrat, one who has desire to do  long journey  takes chariot or  or boat ,in the same way  ‘your  mind is  prepared(rready) with secret names of  btrahma. Like this only worshipable, wealhy veda scholar , who has heard upanishaths  you are. But  when relieved from this body where do you go?

Janaka:’ Bhagavantha, Where do I go that I don’t know’

Yajnavalkya:’If so I will tell where do you go’.

Yajnavalkya:’let bhagavantha(god) tell’.

 

2)Yajnavalkya: this purusha who is in right eye is  Indha. Him Whomis Indha is indirectly called Indra. Because gods are paoksha priyas. Tyey hate prathyaksha(direct) names.

 

3)Purusha form present in right eye his(that means enjoyer Indra’s)  wife virat. (that means enjoyable anna). Sky in heart is  place of union of these two. ‘Blood ball ‘  (raktha panda)in heart rice of these two. Which is like net in heart is cover(blanket) of these two. Naadi which goes above from heart is moving path of these two. This naadi divides into thousand  parts is like hair. This bodies ‘hitha’ named naadies  are established in heart. Through these only anna juice(rasa)  goes on secreting. Therefore than this gross body  linga body  gets  more subtule 

(sukshma ) food’.

 

3)     To jnani who has got pranathmathva, east direction  are east pranas. West direction are  west pranas. South direction is south pranas. North direction is north pranas. Upwards direction is upwards(urdhva) pranas. Lower direvction is lower pranas. All directions, all pranas. ‘not this not this’ told like this he only is Athma.he is Agrihya.  Because he can’t be held(caught). He is akshaya because will not reduce, He is asanga(unattached,uninterested), he is bondageless (nandha rahitha). Therefore he will not feel sorrow and will not get violated.”hey janaka, you are having Abhaya[like this yajnavalkya told.

Janaka: Bhahavantha yajnavalkya , let abhaya(fearlessness) be yours. Because you have done  us to know  abhaya. Namaskara to you. This videha state and  myself are present for your service.’

BRAHMANA 3:

1)yajnavalkya  went to videha king janaka. He had thought that ‘I will not talk’ but reviously  once janaka-yajnavalkya when talked about mattr of Agnihothra , yajnavalkya had given  onre bin to him. Janaka had prayed for icchamarana(desired death) form   question only.Therefore first dsamrat only questioned.

 

2)janaka: ‘Yajnavalkya, to purusha which is jyothi(light)?’

Yajnavalkya:’samrat, Adithya’s lght’. Because by that only he sits,goes out,works and returns.’

Janaka: ‘This is like this only,right’.

 

2)     Janaka:’yajnavalkya when Adithya sts to purusha which is lighy?’

Yajnavalkya: Moon  only  will become  light to him. Because by moon light only  he sits, he goes out, works,returns’.

Janaka: ‘this is like this only.right’.

 

3)     Janaka: ‘when adithya sets, and moon sets to purusha which is light?’

Yajnavalkya: ‘Fire(agni) only  becomes his  light. Because by fire only he sits, goes outside, works, and returns’.

 

5)jsnaka”’yajnavalkya, when both sun and moon are set, and when fire puts off  to man which is light?’

Yajnavalkya: sound only becomes his light.: because by sound light only he sits, he goes out, works, retuns back. Therefore  samrat, when his hands are also not seen, if sound is heard anywhere to there purusha (man) goes’.

 

6)janaka: yajnavalkya Adithya and moon both setting,when fire is put off, when sound hides  to human which is jyothi(light)?

Yajnavalkya: Athma him self  becomes  his jyothi (light). Because , By athmajyothi only he sits,goes out, works, and returns.’

 

7)     Janaka:’who is that athma>’

Yajnavalkya: vijnanamaya, who is in the middle of senses(Indriyas), self(svayamjyothi) present in intellect,such this purusha. He gets  equal shape yto that of intellect,-moves in  between this and other world. Because he as dream this world and mrithyu(death) forms , crosses over(Athikramisu).’

 

8)     That this purusha is athma.(or jivathma,individual self) that means while getting body, is composed(samyojisu) by sins. And while dieing(while leaving body)  leaves that sins.

 

9)     ‘To that this purusha only two places. This and other world. Third onme dream place  is in joint of these two. In this joint place present  in between this world and other world places-sees both places. To him there is which dependence to other world, taking that, sees sins and anandas(blisses,joys). When h sees dream, all maintaining(sarva palaka), taking one amsha(part,fraction) of body, , making his body to get spirit(chethana), composing (forming) his body, by own light expressing his light, sees dream. In this stage(Avasthe) purusha  is svayam jyothi (self light).

 

10)’In dream  chariots or horses excetra animals  tied to hem,path will not be there. But he creates chariots, animals and paths. There will be no  andndas(blisses), joys, fascinations will not be there. But he creates blisses(andndas) ,joys(harshas) and pramodas . There will be no ponds, keres(lakes), lakes,rivers.but he creates  keres,lakes  and rivers. Because he is doer(karthri).

 

11)In this matter these  shlokas(verses) are there:

“Moving alone chathanya(spirit) jyoyhi(light) form, purusha through dream feel(svapna  bhaava), making body inactive( nischestitha)  he himself awakening, taking ona part of enlighting  senses sees lsatent matters Again comes to awakenness stage only.”

 

12)””moving alone chaithnya jyothi(spirit light) natured,amritha, such purusha, through prana  protecting low(vheap) nest, he moves outside. He who is amritha  moves towards where there is mind”.

 

13) This god getting high and low feels, creates many forms. As though enjoying with women, as though laughing,as though seeing fearful(will be present).

 

14)”people see his play only. But nobody sees him. Those tell: One who is sleeping should not be suddenly awakened. Because if he does not get his senses properly, there will be difficulty in treating body. But still few say like this:  Even man’s dream stage is awakened  stage only. Because sees in dream what is seen in awakened stage.”.(this is wrong.) In dream this purusha is is self light(svayam jyothi.’

 

15)’in dream after playing, after moving and after seeing fruits of sins and punyas, he will be in sushupthi(deep sleep). And by went path only  comes to previous stage  that means to dream comes quickly. He in that  stage  what ever he sees  will not be touched   by it ,because this purusha is asanga (unattached).

 

16)’After playing in dream, after moving  and sfter seeing sins and punyas  by gone path only  to previous stage, that means to  awaken  stage  what evere he sees  by that it is not touched.   comes quickly.  Because he is asanga(unattached).

 

17)’After playing in awaken stage and after knowing fruits of  sins and punyas,by gone path only to previous condition  that means to  dream stage  comes quickly.’

 

18)’one great fish like moving from  east west banks,one after another gradually, this purusha dream and awaken stage named two stages one after another gradually moves.

 

19)’how  in this sky whether giduga(vulture)  dege flying getting tired joining wings  as going towards nest as it gets directed , in the same way  this purusha  when he becomes latent will not desire any desire, which dream he will not see to  that stage runs’.

 

20)’like  hair broken into thousand parts subtle(sukshma)  ‘HITHA’ NAMED  NAADIES ARE IN HUMAN.  Those are white coloured ,blue coloured, grey (kandu) coloured,green coloured,red coloured, (special rasas)  will be filled. Now as though killed by others,as though defeted, or as though chased by elephant, or as though fallen in pond(pit), if he feels,  in awakenness which  fear he had experienced that by avidya(ignorance)  imagines at that time.(bad dream or low condion). When like god or king (becomes) or”All these are I am only” feels like this that is his paramaloka(supreme world).

 

21) That only is  his  form and kama left,dharma and adharmaless,fearless, also.  Purusha(man) Embraced with   beloved(dear) woman  as he does not know  anything inside and outside, purusha who is embraced by  god(paramathma) will not know anything inside and outside. That only is his form  purnakama, athmakama, kamaless, sorrowlwss.

 

22)’In deep sleep father is not father, mother is not mother, worlds are noyt worlds, gods are not gods, Vedas are not Vedas,/In this stage thief is not thief. One who has done embryo killing is not embryo killer(Bhrunaghna) . penancier is not penancier (thsapasa,thapaswi). This form is not touched by  not touched  by  punya. Not touched by sin. Because then he  has crossed all sorrows of intellect.

 

23) ‘he  to   not to see in sushupthi(deep sleep), the cause is then he though seeing is not seeing. Because dristri(viewer)  as he is avinashi(undestroyable)  there is no destruction of vision of viewer. But that secong thing which can be seen, will not be different from oneself.

 

24) He in sushupthi(deep sleep) cause for not smelling is thought he is  seeing smell then, though he is truly smelling  will not see smell. Because   as smeller

(smell seer) is  indestructible(avinashi) there is no  destruction to  smelling of smeller. That smellable that  second thing  will not be different from him (own self).

 

25) He at the time of  sushupthi(deep sleep)  cause of not tasting is , then he(though) really tasting  will not taste. Because the taster in indestructible (avinashi) there is no destruction to  tasting of taster. But that testable that second thing, is not classied  as different from him.

 

26)’He in sushupthi(deep sleep)  will not yalk. Cause for that is  then he though talking  will not talk. Because  as talker is avinashi( indestructible) , to talk of talker no destruction. But talkable that second thing is  is  not different from him.

 

27) ‘he  to   not to  hear  in sushupthi(deep sleep), the cause is then he though hearing is not hearing. Because  hearer  as he is avinashi(undestroyable)  there is no destruction of  hearinmg  of  hearer. But that second thing which can be  heard, will not be different from  himself (oneself).

 

28) ‘he  to   not to do manana(recapitulation) in sushupthi(deep sleep), the cause is then he though  doing manana is not   doing manana(recapitulating). Because  truly he is doing manana  as he is avinashi(undestroyable)  there is no destruction of  manana of  recapitulate (manana doer). But that manana to be done that second thing which can be  done manana, will not be different from oneself.

 

29) ‘he  to   not to  touch  in sushupthi(deep sleep), the cause is then he though touching is not touching. Because  toucher  as he is avinashi(undestroyable)  there is no destruction of  touch  of viewer. But that second thing which can be touched, will not be different from oneself.

 

30)‘he  to   not to know in sushupthi(deep sleep), the cause is then he though knowing is not  knowing. Because knower  as he is avinashi(undestroyable)  there is no destruction of  knowing  of viewer. But that second thing which can be known, will not be different from oneself.

 

31)  whereone is present like another there one may see another. One may smell another. One may taste another. One may talk with another. One may hear another. One may recapitulate(manana) another. Onw may touch another. One may know another.

(but truly there is no another  different thing than ahma)

 

32)  ‘Athma in sushupthi) clean like wter, single(one), dristri (viewer) and non dual,.This is brahmi sthithi(condition). Samrat  this is his psaramagathi(supreme  destination ), thid is his supreme treasure, this is his parama loka( supreme  world), this is his supreme bliss(paramananda). Depending on    One kale(part) of this  ananda(bliss) other animals live’ like this yajnanavalkya did anushasana  (rule,law) to janaka.

 

33) yajnavalkya-‘samrat, who among humans has whole parts(avayavas),samriddha(abundant), lord to others, who is added with all human enjoyments, he is humans paramanana.Those hundred paramanandas who have wonm worlds pithris  one ananada. That pithri’s  who have won world  that hundred anandas one ananda of Gandharva world. Gandhrava world’s  those  hundred anandas one ananda of karma gods. they have got  devathva  by vaidika karmas. Karma devathas hundred anandas ajana devathas one ananda. And(that) akamahatha ,sinless shrothriya’s (ananda). Hundred anandas of that prajapathi world, one ananda of brahmaloka. Ant it is akamahatha,sinless shrothriya’s ananda. Later tgis itself is paramananda(supreme ananda). This only is brahmi sthithi (brahmi condition).

 

34) In dream stage after playing(ramiu)after moving and after seeing  fruits of punya and sins  by gone path only-to previous stage that means tp awakennes stage  comes from dark.

 

35)’here how  cart due to guru bhara doing sound goes in the same way this athma present in this body  when there is difficulty in breathing getting adhistitha by god getting troubled goes.

 

 36) ‘When this body  become degenerated(shrinks down)- due to old age age or disease, becomes poor-then mango,atti fruit, or arali fruit by stalk  getting deatached purusha getting detached from  body parts completely  again from gone path only to vishista yonies for prana expansion(vikasa) only coms quickly.

 

37)’while king is comingpunishing officers  cruel, suthagramanyas(those who are born from intercaste marriages),”he comes here see he comes” like food drinks and residences (to welcome) as they expect all animals  to one who knows like this ,”brahma comes,brahma comes” like this to welcome expoects’.

 

38)’while king is going, as punishing officers cruels(ugras) , suthagramanyas as gayther together around him, at end time of this athma-when he is under trouble for breathing- around him all senses gather together’.

BRAHMANA 4:

1)‘This athma  getting weakness as though having got fascination, when became senses come near him This athma taking Thejomathras completely comes to heart only and joins. Adhistathri god  present  in eye when returns from all sides then  (dieing person) will not know form’’.

 

2)     Eye becomes one withy lkinga body (linga sharira). Then people say ‘he is not seeing anything’. Nose unites people say ‘he is  not smelling’. Tounge unites. People say’ he is not tasting’. Speech unites. People say’ he is not talking’.  Touch sense unites. People say’ he  is not touching’. Intellect unites. People say ‘ he is not knowing’. Heart’s nadi(naadi) face brightens.with the help of that light(jyothi) athma through eye or through head or through any body region, goes(nishkramisu). Gping like that  following   him (athma)  prana also  goes. Following going prana all senses go. Then athma will have special knowledge. And by special knowledge(enlightened body only) enters. Vidye, karma- and past prajne(consciousness)-these follow him.’

( vidye,karma,-past prajnes are like butthi(food box,lunch box) to other world.)

 

3)‘How thrinalayuka (jigane,leech) going to tip of one grass, holding an other ashraya(grass), pulls itself  in the same way, this athma leaving body- making achethana(non spirit) –taking another dependence(Ashraya)  pulls himself’.

 

3)     How a gold worker taking one part(fraction) of gold, still new, still kalyana makes another form in the same way this athma leaving this body, making achethana(non spirit), still new, still kalyana another form-pithris, Gandharvas,gods, prajapathi, Hiranyagarbha, or others fit for his use form- gets formed’.

 

4)     This athma only is brahma’- he only is vijnanamaya, manomaya, pranamaya, chakshurmaya, shrothramaya, esarthmaya, water maya, vayumaya,sky maya, thejomaya, athejomaya, kamamaya, Akamamaya, krodhamaya(angerful), akrodha maya, dharmamaya,Adharmamaya, sarvamaya,. He is Idam maya,ayomaya, is established(siddha). How he does, how he  celebrates, like that he becomes. One who is sadhukari becomes sadhukari (sadhu). One who is sinkari becomes  sinner. What ever may be  few tell like this.”this purusha is kamamaya only. How   (what kind of )kamamaya he is such kamasankalpa(kama determined), what a karmasankalpa  such kind of  karma he does. What kind of karma he does, he gets that only.

(therefore kama itself is cause of family. Jnani without phalabhisandhi  if work is done rebirth producing  punyas and sins will not rise).

 

6)’In this matter this shloka(verse) is thereLmoving athma) having interest where his linga body or mind are interested  that only will join with karma. In this world he has done which which karma  it’s end(in other world,paraloka)  getting experienced, from there again to this wold returns for karma.” Like this fruit desirer(phala kami)  moves(samsarisu). Now A kami (non desirer,desireless),: who is akami,nishkami, apthakama, athmakama, his senses will not go(uthkramisu). As brahma merges in brahma.

( linga sharira(linga bodt) mind is important. So mind only is called linga body).

(if there is desire in mind karma takes place).

(to brahmajnani there is no  gamana Agamana(going and coming).

 

7)in this matter this shloka(verse) is there.”All kamas in his heart when leave and go then man becomes amritha. And he will get brahma in this body only. Like this pranaless snake’s layer(membrane)  is left in huttha(dsnake house)  and fallen, in the same way this will also  is fallen. Then this athma  asharira(bodyless), Amritha, paramathma, brahma,thejas(becomes).

(If kamas(desires) go completely amrithathva is produced.).

(liberation will not desire deshanthara gamana).

 

8) In this matter these shlokas(verses) are there:”Subtle, vast, chiranthana(eternal), jnana path  have touched me.(not only that) I only know that. Prajnavantha(conscious) brahmavidas through that path (while living only) getting liberated  after body leaving will get liberation(moksha).

( brahma vidya attainment exoerience without desiring any other thing.  This can be seen in eligibles(Adhikaries).

 

9)”That jnana path  white, blue grey(kandu) colour,as green few tell. This path is known by brahmajnas. One who has done punya ,in paramathma thejas Ekibhutha(united) and Such other brahmavida(brahmknower)  will go through this path.

 

10)”those who  do upasana of avidya he will enter blind darkness. But who are engaged  in vidya  they will enter more dark than that”

 

11)”nirananda named those lokas(worlds)  are covered by blind darkness. Non scholar, abhdhas(non scholars), after death  they will get those”.

 

12)”purusha knowing paramathma(supremeself,universal self) as ‘he only is myself’ desiring whivch, for which use, following disease of body will sorrow?”

 

13) “Ansartha bagula gahana(deep) paramathma, who has entered body  one who has got and realizes(sakshathkarisu) he becomes doer(karthri) of universe. Because he is doer all  those All”14)” present in this body only we some hw know brahma thathva. Otherewise I would have become ajnani(ignorant). And there would have been great destruction. One who knows that they will become amritha. Others will get sorrow only”.

 

15)”when (purusha getting blessed by Acharya,) by kalathrayas Esha , brightful, such this paramathma sees directly , then he will not desire to  get protected from him.”.

(he sees all as his  own athma).

 

16)”which Eshanana)  below  sabathsara is  rotated around by days, that amritha light of lights(jyothi mof jyothies) gods do upasana9worship0 as longevity”.

 

17)”In which there are five people sky are established that athma ponly  I know as  amritha  brahma. Knowing brahma  I have become amritha”.

(due to ignorance  I was marthya As it went off jnani myself became amritha’.)

 

18)”who prana’s prana, eye of eye, ear of ear, mind of mind, knows they eternal(chiranthana) and adya brahma will surely realize “.

 

19)”this should be known in mind only. Here there is no multiplicity even a little. One who sees as there is nanathva(multiplicity), he will get death from death.”

 

20)”this should be realized  only one method(prakara). Because it is aprameya(unknowable),eternal. Athma is rahasless.opposite (different) from avyakritha,(unmanifest), birthless. Mahan (great) and avinashi(indestroyable).

 

(upanishaths  pramathri(knower), pramana(evidence), excetras transactions by forbidding  inform Athma thathva. Not by  Abhidana and abhideyas.)

( without birth, maintainance, development, effect, reduction death all these changes.)

 

21)”dhimantha(intellectual) brahmana knowing athma only, should depend on consciousness(prajne) only. Should not think many words. Because it produces labour(strain) to  speech sense”(vak Indriya).

 

22)”vijnanamaya, present in middle of senses birthless, mahantha,  this athma is present in heart sky. He is all regulater(controller) lord of all, lord(adhipathi) of all, he will not increase by shasthra vihitha9as told in scriptures) karmas. By shasthra forbidden karmas  he will not become low(alpa).He is sarveshwara( eshwara of all). Lord of all  animals maintainer of all animals the worlds to not get mixed  he isAdharaka(supportive) bridge. Eternal (nithya), by svadhyaya(self studies) and yajna and  by undestroyable  penance ,wants to know him.  Knowing him only, purusha becomes muni. Sanyasies(hermits) desiring this athma world only, do pravrajana (renunciation). To do pravrijana like this  this is cause.:” this athma only, this world(loka) only  we who have got what shall we do with progeny(santhathi)?” thinking like this, previous brahmajnanies did not want progeny. They in sons, in money, and worlds leaving kama(desire) will do Bhikshacharya. Which is son kamane(desire) that is vittha kamane, which is vittha kamane  that is world (loka) kamane.  Because these two are kamanes only.”not this  not this” like this told like this told he only is this athma. He is agrihya, because he can’t be caught, he is akshaya he won’t reduce(kshina)s. He is asanga because he is not interested(unattached), He is bondageless, will not feel pain(vyathe) by sorrow. And noyt get violated.’ For ythis  I did sin, For this I did punya” these two worries  will not trouble (vyakula,sorrow)him. He crosses both. By done and undone he will not pain(thapisu)’.

 

23)’ this is enlightened by speech.’this is brahma,jnani’s eternal greatness(mahime). It won’t increase by karma.,will not decrease. Therefore  form of greatness (mahime) should be known.Knowing this(purusha)  will not attach by sinful work. Therefore on who knows like this, shantha(peaceful) dantha uparatha, thithikshu, samahiha, in his body only sees athma. He sees all as his own  athma. Sin will not cross him. But he will cross sin. sin will not pain(thapisu) . He will thapisu(burn?) all  sins. He will become sinless, viraja(dispassioned), doubtless, brahmavida(brahma knower). Samrat, ‘This is brahmaloka’ like this yajnavalkya told.’ To you who is bhagavantha I will give videha state.and along with that myself also I will give you for service’ like this janaka vaidehi told.

 

24) Bhsagavantha,birthless, this athmais annada and vasudani. One who knows like this, he will get dhana.

(residing in all animals-he eats all (annada).

 

25) Mahantha  brahma only is abhaya(fearless). One who knows like this,  he becomes abhaya(fearless) brahma only.,birthless, amritha, fearless, such that this  athma only  is brahma.

After cause dominant, advice(upadesha), in agama pradhana(dominant)  this mythreyi brahmana previously told  consciousness(prajme’s)  upasamhara(ending) will be done. To yajnavalkya  myuthreyi and Kathyayini named  two wives were there. Among those two Mythreyi was brahmajnani)(but) then kathyayini  was having sthree prajne( woman consciousness). One day yajnavalkya  desiring to depend on parivrajya life,

 

2)yajnavalkya: ‘hey mythreyi I am going to do parivrajya from house houldership. Right, relation between you and kathyayini I will put an end.’

 

3)mythreyi: Hey bhsagavan, If this dhana para(money dominant)  if this earth is to me, myself though that shall I become Amritha or not?

Yajnavalkya:’no, how is life of those whoo have instruments (pakarana)  in the same way your life also will be.”but through money  no desire of Amrithathva.’

 

4)Mythreyi: ‘by which I will not become Amritha, what  shall I do  by that? Hey bhagavan about which you know tell that only to me.’

 

5)yajnavalkya:hey mythreyi,(previoualy also) you was my beloved(priya). Now you are increasing love(priya,dear).you(to know means of Amrithathva) if you wish, That I will do commentary. When I do commentary  you meditate wit concentration.’

 

5)     ‘ For use of pathi pathi(husband)  will not be dear. Own(that means wife’s)  use husband is dead(priya). For use of wife, wife is not  dear to husband. For own (husband’s)  use  wife is dear to husband.  For use of children  children will not be dear to  (father mothers). For  own (father mothers)use   children will be dear. For use of mony  money is not dear. Forown(human) use money is  money is dear to humans. For use of animals animals will not be dear. For own use animals are dear. For use of brahmana brahmanas are not dear. Fow own(others) use brahmana is dear.  For kshathriya’s use kshjathriya will not be dear. For own(others) use kshathriya is dear to others. For use of world worlds are not dear. For own(jivas) use  worlds are dear to jivies. For gods use gods will not be dear.for own(yajnikas)  use gods are dear. For use of Vedas Vedas are not dear. For own use  Vedas are dear. For use of animals, animals are not dear. For own use animals dear. fFor use of all  all is not dear. For own use all are dear. Hey mythreyi, Athma should be seen-shravana(listening) should be done, nididhyasana should be done. Hey mythreyi  if athma is seen ,heard, if manana(recapitulation) is done and known all these will be known,’

 

7)’one who knows brahmana as different from athma  him brahmana will resuse. One who  knows kshathriya as different from atma him kshathriya will refuse. One who knows worlds as different from athma, him worlds will refuse. Who knows gods as different from athma ,  him gods will refuse.  Who knows Vedas as different from athma, Vedas will refuse him. One who knows animals as different from athma,  him animals will refuse. Who knows all as different from  athma him  all will refuse him. This brahnmana, this kshathriya, this  worlds, these gods, these  Vedas ,these animals, these all—this brahma only.

 

8) How it is is While beating dundhubhu   special sounds produced from it is not possible to grasp different differently. By by grasping common sound of dundhubhi  or dumdhubhi’s  aghatha’s(hit) commomon sound , sound  is grasped.

 

9)”how it is  means:while blowing shankha(cone)it is not possible to  identify special sounds(aas different different)  to grasp, but by grsping  common sound coming from  cone  blowing  can be grasped.

 

10)How it means is: while playing veena, produced from it special sounds can’t be grasped separately. But by grasping common sound   but ordinary sound of of veena playing can be grasped.

 

11)  How from burning   wet stick(wood) fire various kinds of smoke  comes out, in the same way, Hey mythreyi, rugveda,yajurveda,  samaveda, atharva angirasa, history, epics, arts, yajurveda, upanishaths, sjlokas, suthras, manthra descriptionms, arthavadas, yajna, ahuthi, anna, drinks, this world,other world,all animals- all these this mahath  paramartha’s like expiration  all these are it’s  Expiration.

 

12)  How sea is  only one destination to all water,in the same way skin  is only one destination to  all touches. In the same way nose is  only one destination to  all smells. In the same way  tounge only one destination to all tastes(rasas). Similarly eye is only one destination to  all forms(rupas).  In the same way ear is only one destination to all sounds. In the same way mind is only one destination to  all sankalpas(determinations). Similarly intellect is only one destination to all vidyes(educations). In the same way hands are only one destination to  all karmas. In the same way upastha only one destination to all anandas(joys), in the same waypayu only one destination to all visargas(excretions). Similarly feet are only one destination  destination to all walks. In the same way speech is only one destination to all veda.

 

13) How salt solid(crystal)  without in and out, is completely samarasa(equal rasa),in the same way, hey ,mythreyi, this athma without inside outside,  complete(absolute) prajnana Ghana.(solid mass of consciousness).(athma’s difference)  produced by these  with destruction of bhutha  vargas(classes), That itself also gets destroyed. After getting liberated from body and senses there will be no special knowledge.aHey ,Mythreyi, this is only what I tell’like this yajnavalkya told.

 

14) Mythreyi :‘hey ,Bhagavan Here only you are illusing me. I can’t know him’.

 

Yajnavalkya: Hey mythreyi, I am not telling to illuse.mythreyi this ath,ma is avikriya ans  indesrtuctable(destructionless).

 

15)Where  there appears to be dvaitha(dual), there one sees another. Smells another. Tastes another. Talks another. Listens another. Sees another, touches another. Knoes another. Where toi him everything is athma only

 There from which he will see wahat, which he will see, which he will smell, which he will taste, which he will talk, which he will listen, which he will think, which he will  touch, which he will know,by whom all this is known him by which he will know? Told as ‘not like this mot like this is that athma. He is Agrahya,because he can’t be caught,he is akshyaya  he will not reduce(undestroyed), he nis asanga(unayttached), because he is not interested, He is bondageless(bandharahitha). Therefore he will not sorrow, and will not get violated. Mythreyi, like this you are anushasitha. This much only means to Amrithathva.’ Telling like this yajnavalkya went.

1)      OM  Parabrahma is punra. This manifest world is purna. If from purna (brahma)if purna (workd)  has come out. Fter removing  purna’s purnathva  purna( parabrahma only) remains.

 

 Omkara is  akasha (sky) brahma. Eternal(chiranthana ) sky. Sky includes  vayu(air) like this kouravyani’s son has told.s omkara is means of knowing it. Like this brahmanas know. It means through that knows paramathma.(what is to be known  man knows).

 

BRAHMANA2:

1)gods,humans, gods(suras)  are three kinds of prajapathi’s children.  Near  their father prajapathi  threy did brahmacharya(celibacy). After doing brahmacharya living  gods  told  him:’you advice me’. He told them word ‘da’ nsamed letter told and again questioned: ‘do you know ?’Threy told. We knew. Be danthas’ like this you tell’yes you  know’ like this he told.

 

2)     Then humans told to him:’you sadvice us’ he told ‘ da’ letter only.(again questioned)’do you kno?’ They told we know. You are telling to do donation.’like this you are telling.’yes you know’like this he told.

 

3)      Then demon told him’you advice us’ He told them letter ‘da’ only . Again queationed: ‘Did you  understand?’‘came to know’’be kindful’ you are telling. Like this he told. This advice only divine speecg thunder 9gudugu) tells ‘da da da’.’be dathaa, donate, become kindful.’ Therefore dama, donation, kindness all these three should be learnt.

 He is prajapathi.-this heart(intellect)s. that is brahma. It is all. Heart includes three letters(Hridaya). Hri is one letter. To one who like this  his relatives and others give gifts.da ia another letter. To one who knows this  his relatives and others give  valience(virya). Da is another letter, to one who knows like this goes to heaven.

( this heart is establishment of nama(name) rupa(form) karma(action). Self(athma of all animals it is said. Heart itself is prajapathi).

BRAHMANA 5:

1)     This world was  at first  was water only. That water created truth. Truth(sathya) is hiranyagarbha. Hiranyagarbha created prajapathi. Prajapathi created gods. gods do upasana (worship) of truth only. The name sahya9truth) has three letters. Sais one letter. Thi is what is in middle is anritha(false). This false is made on both sides by another letter.and ya is another letter. First and last letters are truth,has become sathya bahula only. To one who knows like this false will not violate.

 

2)     Which is  sathyabrahma 9truth brahma) that itself is Adithya- He is purusha in sathyamandala. And purusha in right eye. These two are mutually established. Adithya purusha  through  rasmies(rays) is established in akshji purusha. And akshipurusha through senses(indriyas), is established in Adithya purusha. Whe jivatma goes from  body at that time, se es adithya mandala purely (without rashmies). Then these rashmies(sun rays)  won’t come near him.

 

3)To this purusha in adithyamandala  ‘bhuhu’ is head. Because head is one and this letter is also one.’bhuvaha’ are arms. Because arms are two and these letters are also two.’svahaha’ is feet. Because these feet are two and these letters are also two. His secre name is ‘ahas’. To one who knows like this will destroy sins.and leaves.

 

3)     To purusha who is in  right eye ;bhuhu’ ia head. Because head is one and this letter is also one.’bhuvaha’ is arms. Because arms are two and these letters are also two.’svaha’ is feet, Because feet are two and  these letters are also two. His secret name is ‘aham’. One who knows like this will destroy sins and will leave.

21) While man leaves this world joins vayu(air) god. Vayu to him  in his body  chariot wheel’s  chidra (small hole)  path he gives. He though that goes above joins Adithya. Adithya to him in his body  thamate’s(drum’s) chidra(hole)  path he goives. He goes above through it reaches moon. Moon to him in his body   cidra of dolu(drum) poath he will give. Through that going above,  vishoka(sorrowkess), snowless (himarahitha)  joins    prajapathi world . There he worships for many infinet years.

1)     A diseased person  to  thapisu( suffer) itself is supreme penance. One who knows like this, will win parama world(supreme world). To one who is dead  to carry to forest is penance.  One who knows like this wins  supreme world)(paramaloka). To burn dead body in  in fire is penance. One who knows like this wins supreme world(paramaloka).

( when patient suffers fron fever excetras  his penance he should think  as penance. Because sorrow is common to  penance and disease).

1)     Few tell anna is brahma. It is not right. Because if there is no prana  anna(rice,food)  grets spoiled(rottens). Prana is brahma few tell.  That is also not correct. Nbecause if there is no anna (rice,food) prana also dries up. But these two gods uniting together et brahmathva. Thereefdore only  prathrida  told to his father:’ to one who knows like this which good I can do?’ he from his father’s hand did guesture  and told.’prathrida  don’t tell like this. Gettinmg united with these who will get brahmathva.?’ If like thits how will he get brahmathva? Like thgis prathrida asked. His father told’that is vi,anna itself is vi, Because these pranas  live in rice(anna). That is ‘ram’ prana only is ram. Because  these animals  play(ramisu) only if there is prana. In one who knows like this all animals live and play(ramisu,enjoy).

 BRAMANA 13:

1)     Prana should be worshiped as  tktha Prana itself is uktha. Because it has held up all. From who knows like this,one  son who knows uktha will be born. He will get  sayujya and  salokya with  uktha.

 

2)prana should be done upasana as yajus. Prana itself is yajussu, because if there is  prana  all these animals will be mutually joined (get together). To one who knows like this  to give shresta feel (shresta bhaava), all animals are suitable. He will  win  sayujya and  salokya with yajus.

 

3)Prana should be done upoasana as nama(naama). Prana itself is nama. Because if there is prana all animals unite. In one who knows like this all animals  become sangatha( union,togetherness, association). And will be able to give him high feel. With nama he will get  sayujya and salokya.

 

4)     Prana should done upasana as kshatthra. Prsana itself is kshatthra. Because that itself is  kshatthra. Prana protects this body  from wound. One who knows like this, another protecter  gets unwanted  khshatthra(prana). He will get sayujya and salokya  with kshatthra.

BRAHMA 14:

1)     Earth,  anthariksha(sky), dyuloka(heaven)- these are eight letters. Gayathri’s  first paada also  has eight letters. Therefore gayathri is first pada(paada) is thrailokya svara rupa( note form of three worlds). One who knows gayuathri’s first pada like this, what is in these three worlds will win all.

 

2)     Rukkus, yajussus samas- these are eight letters. To second pada of gayathri also there are eight letters. Therefore gayathri’s second pada is note form9dsvara rupa) of three Vedas. Li,ke this who knows Gayathri’s  second pada how much he can get from Thrayi vidya(education) tha much he will win .

 

3)Prana.apana,vyana- these are t eight  letters. To third pada (quarter) of gayathri also three letters. Therefore third pada of gayathri  is form of three pranas. Like this one who third pada (quarter) of  Gayathri how much is this animal group, that much he will win. No gayathri’s Thuriya, is unseen, ubseen pada. As is  he is doing penance in  the world rajothitha. Like this Gayathri this pada who knows like this 

 Thapisutthane( spiritual practice, suffer?) By sri and yashas(success).

 

4) That   gayathri  thuriya ,unseen rajothitha in this pada is established.

It is again extablished in truth only. Eye(chakshassu) is truth. Because chakshus itself is truth. Therefore among these two  ‘I saw’, another one’I heard’ if talking like this,we’he has seen’ we see telling like this. Truth is established in  bala(strength). Prana itself is  strength. Therefore  truth  is  established in   prana. Therefore  strength is  ojasvi than truth.’kike this   they (people) tell. Like this present in this body of Gayathri(in prana) ids established. This Gayathri onlyu  proyected gayas. Senses are Gayas. Therefore it protected senses. As it protects gayathri  it is called gayathri. Acharya advicing to disciple   Savithri is this only. Gayathri protects  senses of disciple who gets adviced.

 

5)Few branches people present in Anustup chandas(metre)  Advicesavithi. His openion is like this. Speech is anustuo chanandassu therefore we will advce it’. Should not be done like that Gayathri which is Savithri only should be adviced to desciple. One who knows like this, appearing as many Dakshine(remuneration) though accepts it will not be equal one pada of garathi.

 

6)     (by money)  Gayathri  knower   who has accepted these three worlds completely will get Gayathri’s first pada (that means fruit of knowing).

 From Thrayi vidya how much  who  gets that much will get second pada of Gayathri.  How much is this animals group who accepts that much  will get third pasda of gayathi. Thuriya  unseen  rajothitha pada-burning sun – should not be got by anything. One who gets this much  donation  by oneself who will sccept?

 

7)     Gayathri’s Abhinsndane: ‘gayathri, you are ekapadi dvpadi, thripadi,  chathushpadi. Padaless also.  Because you can’t be got Thuriya, unseen,  having   rajothitha  pada to you namaskara. Enemy called sin  myself yo get you  let not  become obstruction.’.(knower of gayathri)  hates anybody  ‘such person like this’- let his kamane  will not becomd abundant(samriddha). Or’let myself get  his desire.’(like this should be adviced.

 

8)in the matter of upasane of gayathri this story is there. Janaka  vaidehi ashva?’tharashva’s  son to Budila told:’right, you told you are gayathrbudila-samrat,ivida.(gayathri knower). Ho! If so as elephant you are carrying me’

 

 Budila-‘samrat, because I was not knowing face of Gayathri’

Janaka:’Agni(fitre) itself is face of gayathri. In fire  how much stick is put, fire burns all those. In the same way one who knows like this, though  does many sins, burning all thesehe as pure,holy, ajara(no old age), amritha becomes.’

Hey pushan eharshi,yama,sun, prajapsathya remember. Remember what I have done. Agni, for enjoyment of karma fruit, carry us in shukla path. 1)om. One who knows  jyesta  (first)and shresta(high) he becomes jyesta and shresta among   his  Prana itself is jyesta and shresta. One who knows like this, among his relatives and in  whose midst what he wants to become like this, in those also will become jyesta and shresta.

(prana only is jyesta and shresta. No jyestathva and shrestathva to other senses

(Indriyuss).)

 

2)     Who knows vasista he becomes vasista among his relatives. Speech only ids vasista, Onme who knows like this, among his relatives, and in midst of whose he wants to be like this, among them also becomes  vasista.

(athishayena  vasayathi  vastheva. Which makes to live extraordinarily or covers that is vasiata. Speakers(vagmies) live as rich. Or will get their opposites. oNe who does  ipasana of speech sense as vasista will get  suitable fruit only).

 

3)     One who knows prathiste he in sugama   places and in sukala(good time) and in durgama  places  and  in  untime(akala) stands firmly. Chakshus is prathiste. Because from chakshus man I sama(equal) and vishama(unequal)  places and times will stand firmly. One who knows like this, sama(equal) durgama(difficult) in places ans times stands firmly.

(one which has boldness (sthaurya) that is prathiste).

 

4)One who knows  wealth he will kama which he desires. Shrotha itself is wealth. If there is shrothra  all Vedas are collected. One who knows like this which desirre he wants that he will get.

 

5)One who knows residence he becomes residence to his relatives. Mind itself is residence. One who knows like this to his relatives and  other people becomes residence(Ashraya).

 

6)One who knows prajapathi  he by progenies(santhathies) and  by animals  will be filled(sampanna). Jananendriya prajapathi. One who knows like this, by progenies and animals will be filled (sampanna).

And water is your cloth.’ Prana and anna who knows like this, nned not eat what is not anna. Or need not accept. For this reason  Shrothriya jnanies whale taking meals and after eating meals do Achamana. Thy  feel  that  they  have removed nakedness of this prana.

1)     Once aruna’s grandson  shvethakethu  came parishath  (assembly, association) of  panchalas. There he  came in front of servent  jivala’s son  prahavana king who was getting served . seeing him king  told’kumara’. Svethakethu   answered ‘bhoho’.’ Are you adviced by your father?’ like this king questioned. Shbvethjakethu ytold ‘yes’.

 

2)ptravahana: ‘ these people after death  how they go to different worlds ,do you know this?’

 Svethakethu: ‘no.’

 Pravahana: ‘ do you know how they return to this world?’

 Svethakethu :’No’.

Pravahana:’ though people are dieing like this  how that world is not filling  do you know?’

Svethakethu- ‘no’.

Pravahana-  By which karma(action)  path of devayana  or pithriyana  path  people get such devayana or pithriyana   prathipatthi ’s  plan do you know?

 We have heard words of those manthras.  ‘ path of gods and path of  or path of pithri’s  called two paths I HAVE HEARD.: GOING IN THESE TWO PATHS ALL THESE UNITE. THESE ARE IN BETWEEN DYAVA PORATHVIES(  heaven and earth).’.

Svethakethu –‘ among these even one question also I don’t know.’

6)king told: Gouthama, It belong to daiva boons. Ask boon related to humans’.

 

7)gouthama: gold, cows ,horses, maid servents, family relatives(parivara), cloth all these are got by me. This you only know. Abundentt(plenty), ,infinet, endless ( in money matter) you don’t become miser towards us.

King- if so gouthama, you should desire as per rituals(vidhipurvaka).

Gouthama  : (as disciple  ‘)I come near’.

 ‘Our ancients  by speech only were accepting  drescipleship’.

8)      King told:” Gouthama, don’t make us criminals even  your grandfathers (did not do our people). Because this education  before this was not in any Brahmin. But I will tell yu. Who will refuse one who talks like this?’

 

9)’Gouthma heaven itself is fire adithya is samth to it. Hir rays(rashmies ) are smoke to it. Day is  flame to it. Directions are  are burning charcoals9kendas) to it. Avanthara directions are sparks to it.  In this fire gods do homa of shraddha. From that ahuthi(offer) somaking will take birth.

(shraddha va apaha, that means shraddha  itself is water.)

 

10)‘Gouthama parjanya himself is fire. Samvathsara is samith to him. Clouds are smoke to him. Lightning is flame to him. Thunderbold is kenda( burning charcoal) to him. Thunders are sparks to him.s In this fire gods do homa of  somaraja. By that offer(ahuthi) rain takes birth.’

 

11)’gouthsma, thids world itself is fire. Earth is samith to it. Fire is smoke to it.  Night is flame to it. Moon is kenda(burning charcoal) to it. Stars are sparks to it. In this fire gods  homa of rain. By this ahuthi(offer) anna(rice,food) is produced.’

(shadoe of earth itself is called night’s darkness).

 

12) ‘Gouthama purusha himself is fire. Open mouth is samith to him. Prana is smoke to him. Speech is flame to him. Eye is kenda to him. Ears are sparks to him. In this fire gods do homa of anna. By that ahuthi rethas(semen) is produced.’

 

13)’gouthama  woman herself is fire. In this fire gods do homa of rethas(semen).  By that offer(ahuthi) purusha is produced. Till when he has to live that time he will live. When he dies…….

 

( like this dyuloka(heaven), parjanya(rain),  this world, purusha, woman named  panchagnies (five fires) gradually becoming hutha and shraddhe, soma, rain, anna, rathas iun these forms  etting gross (sthula)  difference(tharathamya)  from shraddha word vachya  water produces purusha.)9water becomes purusha vak.).

From archidevathe  ahardevathe, from Ahardevathe  shukla paksha devathe, from shukla paksha devathe  uttharayana gods, from uttharayana devathas  deva loka Abhimani devathas, from devaloka abhimani devathas, from devalokabhimani devathas  Adithya, From Adithya  vidyuth devathe, those who have got vidyurth gods, Created by mind of brahma  onme purusha comes, him who has reached vidyuth gpd  carries to brahma lokas. He in this brahma world  as prakristas  till many samvathsaras s live.s they will not return to family again.

 

17)Who by yajna , by donation, by penance  wins worlds  tey will join Dhumadevathe. From dhumadevathe  night devathe, from night devathe  Krishna paksha(fortnight) dev athe, from Krishna paksha devathas  dakshinayana  devatha, from dakshinayana devathas  pithriloka devathas, From pithriloka devathes  joins moon. They joining moonm,  become annas.  Hoew Rithviks s”increase decrease (telling like this)  when they drink somarasa, in the same way gods who have come there  enjoy those  who have come there.  After reduction of their karmas  they will become like this sky. From  sky vayu(air) , from vayu  rain, from rain earth, (join). After joining earth , they will become anna.  They will again become hutha in purushagni. Later in woman named agni becoming hutha  will take birth.  To get worlds  they agnihothra excetra  karmas  they will do. Like this only they rotate. Those who does not know these paths,  they  will become  insects,pathangas(butterflies), and  mosquitos.

Hey jathaveda, under yoiur sunordination , preventing human desires,  to all preventing gods  I will do  homa of Ajya  part.  They getting satisfied s let them satisfy all my desires! Svaha!’. Thinking like this,  is depending upon you, to   that sarva sadhaka god I will do homa with ghritha dhaare(ghee flow)!svaha.’

5)afterwards  teling this udyamana manthra  vessel added with mantha should be lifted up: ‘ you know all. We also know your greatness. That prana itself is king. Eshana and adhipathi(lord). Let him do me as king,as eshana, as adhipathi.’

Bhuhu svaha. I medoitate  god’s thejas(brightness). Nights and days  let these be lovable to you. Let  Earth’s dust  be sweet. Our pithri heaven(dyuloka)  be joyful!  Bhuvaha svaha . let him stimulate intellect vritthies(mental thoughts). Let soma be sweet to us. Let sun be sweet to us. Animals or rays (rashmies)   be joyful to us. Svaha svaha. Later,  whole savithri manthra  and whole  ehole madhumathi manthra should be told.’let myself become all these. ‘Bhurbhuvasvahsa svaha ‘ like this should be told at end. Lsater drinking remaining mantha , washing hands, behind agni putting head to east should sleep. Morning(telling this manthra)  Namaskara should be done to Adithya.

 You are shresta(high) pundarika)  yon directions.  Myself become high pundarika to humans.’. Retuning in gone path  sitting behind agni  acharya heritage should be chanted.

 

7)     Uddhalaka Aruni adviced this Mantha karma  to his disciple  vajasaneya yajnavalkya.’even if anybody  sprinkles   this on dried  up tree branches will take birth and leaves will bud out.’

 

8)     Vajasaneya yajnavalkya  this mantha karma  to disciple  madhukapaingya  adviced like this: if anybody sprinkles on dried up short tree, branches will take birth  and leaves will bud out.

 

9)Madhuka paingya   adviced this mantha karma  to his disciple  chulabhagavitthi. Yold like this:’ if any body sprinkles  this on short tree , branches will take birth  and leaves will bud out.’

 

10)chulabhagavitthi  this mantha karma adviced to  his disciple  janaki ayasthuna.’ If any body  sprinkles  this on short tree,  branches take birth leaves will bud out.’

 

11)Janaki ayasrthuna  adviced this mantha karma   to his disciple  to sathyakama jabala  like this:’ if anybdy  sprinkles this on  on short tree it’s branches will take birth and leaves will bud out’.

15)’ one who wants   kapila colour or  or brown(kandu) colour  son to take birth . he should be scholar in two Vedas.  Should have putrna(complete) longevity.’ Like this one who wants, he  making  to do  curd rice it with ghee along with his wife  should eat. They they will be able to get such son.

 

16)’to me black coloured  or red coloured s son ia to take birth. He should be expert in  three Vedas. Should have purna( complete) lonfevity. If he desires like vthis , he making  to do  anna in water. That he should eat with his wife. Then they will be able to get such child.

 

17) To me scholarly daughter should be born. She should have complete longevity.’ Like this who desires, he making  thil rice, that with his wife  with ghee. Then they will be able to get such  daughter.

 

18)‘ to me s scholar ,famous ,vdhana, one who goes to scholarly meets,s having beautiful S speechs, who knmows all Vedas, son should take birth. He should have complete longevity’slike this who wants  flesh rice(mamsanna) – bull’s flesh,  or ox’s flesh(muscle)  he  making to do  mamsanna(flrsh rice), with ghree should eat with his wife. Then those both will be able to get such children.

 

19)In morning on;y, from sthalipaka curd(dadhi), getting done Ajya samskara  (telling these manthras),sthsalipaka offers(Ahuthies)

 Should be done little by little.:svaha to agni, svaha to permission(anumathi). To sathya prasava  to savithri gos svaha.’ After doing ho,ma, taking charashesha , eating it’s little part , remaining  part should given to his wife.
