SANDHI 1:

INDICATION:

Pandavas passing(spending)  forest living(dwelling)  for maintaianance of truth,to spend Ajnathavasa came  and stayed  Virata nagara.

 

1)Janamejaya listen:Yudhistira ,after completion of duration of forest living(vanavasa) gave send off to those munies,friend kings.Doing pradakshina’s to fire(agni) started on path seing good signs(good indications,shubha shakuna), Along with brothers came under a banyan tree.

 

2)pandavas along with Droupadi  under banyan tree  due to tiredness relaxed for some time.thinking”previous to this twelve years passed.next coming painful Ajnathavasa(undetected living) is very difficult(what to do?)”told.

 

3)Dharmaraya  Ther’s is  North Bharatha,east direction kings are friends of kouravas.South people  on seing  strength of pride of kourava  have become quiet.kings of this and that corner  are slanderers(chadikoras).west kings are strengthless.When it is like this  where shall we hide”on telling like thisArjuna told to elder brother with politeness like this.

 

4)”Kichaka  rushing into kourava’s state( ffor cow catching,go grahana)  Strong person who is their enemy.Due to him  to Virata strength has ome.Karna,thrigarthas,excetras without considering  virata rules in west.(therefore we can do ajnathavasa (undetected living)in mathsyanagari)” like this Arjuna told.

 

5)Dharmaraya  decidinf to live in Mathsyanagara(mathsya city)  with humbleness ,to brothers”how we shall be latent(hidden)?valients like you ill stage of staying in other’s dependence how will you tolerate?Without grace to be like this  how shall I give permission(order) to you”told.

 

6)bhimarjuna’s to arjuna”your openion itself is our openion.In which dress(disguise) you will be tell”told.

Dharmaja”I will be  sanyasi(hermit) dressed brahmana.I will keep name of kanka”said.

 

7)”by name  of valala I will be cook in palace” like this bhima told.I will be dance teacher told arjuna. Nakula Sahadeva told that they will be in  horse watching(horse school,stable) and cow watching. I will be sairandhri  told Droupadi.

 

8)Dharmaraya”for twelve years  you wandered in forest  with upset.Now you are tobe emperors,but now you have to do what other’s say. You are tired very much. There is no high sinners  than me  who yielded  to undergo difficulties  to you in this world”like this sighed.

 

9)Bhima excetras”leaving body  for shadow is it possible  to go to   other places.

You joys and sorrows are ours only.is it not? You are  jivathma who is present in bodies  of all four of you.If we are near your feet, that itself is out  empire(kingdom). If we leave you and stay in city that town  will be like forest on our part.”like this told to Dharmaraya.

 

10)dharmaja was satisfied by words of  brothers.In world having very high behaviour,follower (maintainer) of  religion of gentleman(shistas,sajjanas)Such he  along with brothers  walking to south  on psath solving difficulties(trouble of wild animals) of sajjanas(good people)  in vasistashrama  walked further.

 

11)In mathsyanagara  i outskirt standing near garden looking around (from forest) which they had brought in one skin(leather),binding all their weapons  in shape of dead body together,to tie at the tip of banni tree  climbed tree.s

 

12)Hey supreme karali kalika godess,getting namaskarams done by  devarshies(divine rushies),killer of demons,who is half body of shiva,shula(sharp weapon),male axe,axe, excetras wearing four shouldered, protect us, Like this did namaskarams to Durgadevi.(In banni tree kalikadevi will be there).

 

13) they feared cattle watchers ther to not to touch it.Later Dharmaraya closing eyes, doing namaskarams to dikpalakas (direction maintainers)  like Indra yama varuna excetras”If bhima asks don’t give these weapons I  beg  you with joined hands”prayed like this.

 

14)”If I and arjuna  ask give weapons.Don’t give weapons to Bhima Who is of hurry nature” like this dharmaja  on requesting, Bhima cutting teeth biting lips “you are kunthi’s children.I am of Duryodhana’s side(should not give weapons to you)true nothing wrong in what you are saying”roared like this.

 

15)”let gods protect these weapons. Let this land only tell  I  will not give.Probing face of gods  carrying   away these weapons I will attack Hasthinavathi.”like this bhima shouted.Dharmaraya sacking bhima ,embracing tightly  stroked body.

 

16)”duration of ajnathavasa(undetected living) is for one year.During this period we can tolerate.you with anger , get  stimulated by situation I will not dear. Twelve years of suffering in forest will be  waste.you only think and see” like this Dharmaja told to Bhima. 

 

17)Consoling Bhima  dharmaraya  in dress of yathi  came to Mathsyansgara.Ue was keeping  golden pagade bag in auxilla. On looking his brightness(thejas), those who came in front did namaskarams.Virata made them to come and asked.

 

18)virata”on seing  mahathma who has taken very better sanyasashrama,Our life became blessed.From where did you come?come this side.We will give what you request(beg)”like this treated.Dharmaja”the durbar in which we were became  non existant(nil). So we are requesting rajashraya( dependence).On king),we will not talk round about”told.

 

19)”(great grandeured) Indraprastha went burnt.(only valients to world) pandavas wearing silk cloth left place. To kings of moon family, dense forest became house.Before leaving place calling  us(me)  go any where and live,maintain your stomach told like this.Without dependence  getting upset  have come here.My name is kanka”like this Dharmaja told.

 

20)king’s crowns and  rathnas who were coming to  durbar were doing navali(.........?) to feet of Dharmaja. But time to whom in which way  will lower(this is beyond words).Little mandalika virata  kept Dharmaja as his servent.

 

21)Kanka got dependence(residence)  fromvirata.whether he is true serventor dependent(ashritha) like that Dharmaja was there.After few days bhima along with few instruments  saw virata.

 

22)Virata:In which you are expert/I am virata who was in kitchen of Bhima.Which other education you know?By shoulder strength I know  wrestling(malla vidya).

Virata ordered bhima to be in his kitchen.next day Arjuna entered that town.

 

23)due to curse of Urvashi  Arjuna became napumsaka(neuter gender) became dance teacher to daughter of virata.nakula sahadevas horses,cows,maintainers9watchers).Later druopadi came to virata naara.

 

24)fearing to Sun,as though moon has concealed  in arms of  darkness  Droupadi’s knot hairs  were found.fearing to vicinity of sun, as though kannaidile(black naidile,water lilly) have been kept eyes.When eyes were shining brightfully  Droupadi was coming in Viratanagara.

 

25)While droupadi was coming  when her saree border slipped, weak minded hesitated(got disturbed).They were seing her eye flash and  thise  were moving stood and underwent confusion.When her thin stomach was seen, they felt as though arrows of Manmatha were broken.All males there upset(lost chest,reduced chest).(vita,vidushakas(jesters), excetras  are names kept on classifying  males).

 

26)Vita(womaniser) vidushaka(jester),excetras “hey, intoxicated elephant of  manmatha  making kamukas(lusty people) to fall and is treading”told.group of people were injured.when all were wondering who is she? Droupadi came.

 

27)In beauty sea of Droupadi people’s consciousness drowned. When she came to palace  all harem(anthahpura) females  with wonder”she is not humam,How can human female  get this much of beauty?this is a wonder”thinking like this, in mind only hesitated.

 

28)Seing droupadi , Sudeshne with joy”who is that youth(lass)?bring her”like this sent friends.Body containing beauty of blossomed lotus.Emitting fragrance before only, Doupadi came.

 

29)Friends(sakhies) brought Droupadi  to vicinity(presence) of  queen.Queen”lotus faced,who are you?who are your husbands?why did you get  dirty condition(malina vritthi) like this”asked like this.

 

30)There  are five valiant gandharva husbands to me. If I get bored to mind  separating from them I will come to eart for one year.When I had come like this so far I was appeasing(olaisu) Droupadi.As pandavas went to forest  i have come near you” like this droupadi told.

 

31)’which work you can do’on asking like thisdroupadi told that she can do hair design of queen.I can do what ever told’she said.Then Sudeshne liked words of droupadi.

 

32)queen liking words of droupadi appointed her  as her sakri(friend).To pandavas and droupadi  a path was got  to remain undetected living in ajnathavasa.All their pains hided.They who are great valients  were hiding In mathsyanagara  without coming to notice of anybody.

(In ajnathavasa pandavas had kept jaya, jayesha,vijaya,sjayathsena,jayadbala  names  had kept symbolic names.In this poetry(poem) different names are  told.kanka,valala,Brihannale,sairandhri (malini),these names are used.ramagranthi thanthripala are yamalas names.)

SANDHI 2:

INDICATION:Kichaka who underwent  to hits of arrows of kama  without knowing limit of his pranairritated Droupadi.

 

1)Janamejaya,listen:your ancesters spent ten months  inViratanagara latently.Later one incident that happened i will tell in detail.

 

2)Yamasutha(yama’s son) as sanyasi(hermit),bhima in kitchen,Arjuna in shikhandi dress,Nakula Sahadevas  maintaining horses and cows ,Droupadi spent time along with  friends of Sudeshne.

 

3)combing long hairs of Sudeshne,  tieing knot  was making to wear jasmine  garland  to  knot. Running according to desire of her will, became fit for appreciation.

 

4)Being in service of  others,in virata city pandavas spent ten months.As previously ravana desired for Seetha,  kichaka’s story went.

 

5)To sudeshne, there was greatly strong  brother named Kichaka.He went to see her elder sister.on seing sudeshne who was sitting in  midst of  friends(sakhies)  gave gift and did namaskarams.

 

6)Sudeshne embracing Kichaka,,made him to sit by side her throne.She treated him extraordinarily.Kichaka becoming romantic,accepting  hospitality saw friends of group of Sudeshne.

 

7)”like rohini among stars, Like Urvashi among apsares(divine damsels), Like ganga river among rivers, Droupadi bwas found in midst of them.To fragrance of her body  bees were attacking and singind.

 

8)On seing beauty of Droupadi  eyes of Kichaka fixed in her deeply.not able to turn eyes. As Manmatha did  arrow usage, they got fixed in heart of kichaka.He feared ,wondered.

 

9)Seing beauty of faceof droupadi,pained Kichaka  stretched hand  to cheek.’this mahasathi(great wife)  attracted my mind.who  may be she is’thinking like this wondered.

 

10)She is thilaka making three worlds to undergo fascination. In arena( akhada) of manmatha standing with challenge  adventurist!  Sharp arrow of murderer manmatha!Pride elephant of Manmatha! Whose wife she is like this wondered and saw.

 

11)tTo make world to fall built by kama net she is!to injure(shock) yogis and yathies  rubbed by manmatha  sharp edge she is!Kichaka  did not know what to do.arrows of Manmatha fixed  fixed in his chest.He was not able to withdraw his  vision fixed in her.kichaka who was defeated to droupadi  thought sin work in mind.

 

12)Kichaka’s  heart was attracted by beauty of Droipadi.Eyes were attracred by her.Boldness of mind went somewhere.Upset resided in mind.due to entry of kama’s arrow  there was split(crack) in heart.By her beauty  who is this burning my eyes  like this became upset (disturbed).

 

13)Kichaka “rathis’s beauty,beauty of parvathi,fineness of saraswathi,should be kept aside. I have not seen anywhere  beauty equal to that of this lass(youth).Her beauty is equal to(higher than) beauty of pandava’s wive Droupadi.”thought like this.

 

14)His knowledge became upside down.Hold of boldness  became laughable.shyness became  dried up pond.seed of fear  burnt and became charred(reduced to ashes). Forgetfulness got frozened.trouble of kama increased. I can’t describe  pain(heat) of  body and mind.

 

15)Shyness left and went.joint of greatness  became pulled away.Swallowing Droupadi in eyes only, caught arrested in mind.”sister,listen to my request, who is she who is  this higher  among all your feet maid servents ?”like this asked sudeshne.

 

16)”She is gandharas wife. Her husbands are greatly strong. We will protect her with honour.She is not available to you(can’t be got by you). Go to your house.Stop, don’t talk absurd.”like this Sudeshne sent kichaka.

 

17)As arrows of kama pierced  his  mind became wounded.As sorrow increased he  put cover to face,as pain rised  came to house. Next day  saw Droupadi  at the palace door.

 

18)Knowing intention of mind of kichaka  Droupadi” he has become target of  upset of kama,I got spoiled”thinking like this, kept one step.He came near her without fear “girl, will you not talk with me”asked like this.

 

19)”Hey mad,Don’t desire me,to desire for me,to  desire for hit  of sword to neck  both are same.without getting upset,safely   return to house. I ant available to you.It is not easy to get me.people may see and laugh at you. In other world you will not get liberation(sadgathi).Ayyo your this aviveka (lack of power of descrition) is not needed”like this droupadi told to kichaka.

 

20)kichaka”hey sinner,making me to pain by your eye  named  arrow, will you go like this?Have you no kindness in your heart? I have loved and come to you,manmatha’s arrow is strong. Console and protect me who is feared”telling like this joined hands.

 

21)”sairandhri,kama’s bhalleha’s (arrows?) wound has happened.you stop because you  know medicine for wound. Save my body.walk slowly,honour my words,your long eyes playful vision  throwing towards  my face,save my gone prana”like this kichaka requested.

 

22)Droupadi”don’t desire other’s woman(female).it is sin. By that jayalakshmi(victory) will leave you and go. There will be illfame in world.Liberation (sadgathi) will not be got. Know the story of death of Ravana. Without knowing you are behaving like him  great fool you are,get off”she told.

 

23)”let sadgathi burn off. Let yama’s servents come now only.let relatives sent to distance,let  so called my people  go off,et my queens leave me,young lass i have loved you.arrows of madana will not send me back.fickle eyed,save me without using harsh words”like this kichaka told.

 

24)”by emitting smile’s moon lightremove  pain.lose my thirst ny your  soft words amritha. Desiring hesitating  mind’s poverty  remove  by kalashalike breast lakshmi. Turn your love towards me”like this kichaka told.

 

25)Droupadi on listening to words of kichaka remembering her five husbands, “shiva shiva Mahadeva,srikrishna”like this  saw sun.”he is mean(low),useless, without fore thoughts,pride blind wicked. Who will stop and make him to defeat”like this bent head.

 

26)Droupadi”Hey wicked,in waste making mind to great crime,is it right to cut root of your family?what you will get by this? Will not you get ill fame ?without counting delivered mother,children  this is like desiring for them”told.

 

27)”with anxiety don’t talk like  street stranger. Talking like that don’t get spoiled. Desiring for me is human religion. Human mind is fickle.the words which you have talked with me  if known to any of my five husbands will not bear. My  husbands are very strong among gods.”like this droupadi told.

 

28)”sairandhri ,how ever  death is sure to you.Heat of Manmatha is very high. I will join with you and die. I will not sacrifice this body to kama’s arrows. Beauty, don’t reject me.lotus faced, grace and save my life”like this kichaka joined hands to Droupadi.

 

29)”I am gandharva’s wife. They will not tolerate you wickedness. They are great valients.s  therefore leave that madness. Don’t join illfame lass. Better to go to your house”like this droupadi   holding one grass blade told.

 

30)kichaka (named low)”you don’t know my valience.”anger of poor is source of jaw” have you heard this?what your husbands can do?I can face them.If you love me it is enough.Even if shiva comes I will not hesitate”told.

 

31)”Sairandhri is bee not low insect?is cuckoo not talkative(baybaduka,singer)?vasantha moon will they leave thinking as’he is sajjana(good person)’?will they not trouble them/cool does it has religious attitude?manmatha who gets help of all these is he not murderer(killer)?Is it possible to reject him?sinner,without loving me shallo i be killed?”like this kichaka asked.

 

32)”loving you I won’t kill you.killers are there separately.By opening mouth by talking wasteful words I have no fruit of any kind.I my husbands are informed  will not only remove headbut disturb your family sea only”Droupadi told.

 

33)”don’t talk waste.Ayyo this man taking birth  destroyed family onlythis bsd name comes to you.It remains permanently.Ill fame will not come to you only.this sinner womanis murderer. Many were killed by her.She should be burnt.like this your queens will cry.This is sure”like this Droupadi told to kichaka.

 

34)kichaka:mad girl,even brahma and vishnus also can’t  win me in war. Why argument with you?Show your husbands?(then you will come to know my valience).

Droupadi:you may be valiant only.I past Ravana named three world valiant, when abducted other’s wife,monkies came and attacked  his city.He went to yama world.

 

35)”Kamalakshi(lotus  eyed), don’t push meyour mind has moved towards me  three maaru(a small measure of distance).you attracting my mind  you are pushing me to arrows of kama,don’t slip and go. Don’t emit pain to my chestshow me kindness and avoid death”like this kichaka told.

 

36)”mad,your  mind has changed(become ugly). Will anybody  play with Mari?will join death godess?will anybody  desire  and embrace  burning statue?When told this is poison will anybody  give (stretch) palm?Simply go to your palace. If your matter is known self prided my husbands  will cut(chap) you off”like this Droupadi told.

 

37)”sairandhri, in your arm embrace  covering me  avoid touching of kama’s arrows. On listening that low person has come to kill me,,will you keep quiet who is able to avoid  murder?with pride that you have made me  to get defeated  don’t tell his words became more.It is question of my life. Beloved protect me”like this kichaka told. 

 

38)”All my servents i will make  your maid servents.you only become lordess. My eyes fixed in your body  will not turn towards other side.show grace without  making my body tired”like this kichaka joined hands to droupadi.

 

39)”by winning justice only, injustice is high! Those  who are side of dharma(religion), will stand firmly. Difference between dark and sun   is there in between you and my husbands.They won’t save you.Their hand character those who know only know. Kichaka will  dog stand in front of lion?enough  go” like this Droupadi told.

 

40)Despair entered in mind of kichaka. In her words there were no features of desire. His all  dispersed to superficial vision only. His  power loosened.Intellect disturbed. Kichaka who was holding sword in hand  went to palace and found Sudeshne.

 

41)On keeping forehead to feet of Sudeshne,she lifted Kichaka  embracing’my intoxicated  elephant sit’telling like this saw him.”His body was charmless like  face of  ead bodyHe might have teased(irritated) sairandhri?He will not leave without destroying  his family. What shall I do?” like this pitied in mind.

 

42)Greatness of kichaka had reduced. Charm(brightness) of face had reduced. Body was brightless as though drowning in worry sea.Sudeshne”brother,what is intemtion of your mind”asked like this.Though kichaka shyed to tell,s,as fascination destroyed good intellect,told like this with laugh.

 

43)”no other,Among youths(lasses) of your durbar  sairandhri who has hundred  times beauty , attracting my mind,have sold me to Manmatha.Without her I can’t live.if you make her subordinate to me jiva will be in body only”like this kichaka told.

 

44)”fame creeper dried up.Due to trouble of Manmatha  I have become  troublesome(artha).  You  became yama to family.killed your familyIf sense is missed  man will get a condition which had come to Ravana.To your this wicked  I am afraid”like this sudeshne told.

 

45)”plat with other’s wife(female), abducting others money,to run away in war with fear, is not acceptable for princes(kashathriyas).you are  friend of forest people.learning this education  are ready to make to kill  your brother in law.Seing your this  kind  I am afraid”like this sudeshne told.

 

46)”sairandhries are of devagana.Where are gods where are we?If army of gods comes  with anger  who will protect us?Don’t go to her  matter. Among this lass group whom ever you want, I will do your marriage with her”sudesgne told.

 

47)Kichaka”sister ,you are mad,Now my mind is fixed and rooted in her.keeping mind  in others ,if this person(ghata,pot) if this marriage is done  what happens?If this is childhood play,let it become like that only.Let  good people this is not right.If  you want to save me add sairandhri with me”told.

 

48)”talks related to others are not bearable to me.My eyes won’t see other’s form(beauty).Except her remaining names are enemies to me. Like tender plant to which heat is given  I have become dried up.make me to get what I want.save deer  kid whose  intestine is cut”like this kichaka told.

 

49)Tears filled in eyes of Sudeshne.Fascination on brother buded out.Stretched hand to join kichaka  with yama’s family relatives.”brother riseup,go to house.I will send sairandhri  near you tomorrow But other’s wives(females)  fascination is not good”telling like this sent off kichaka.

 

50)if sairandhri emits  end eye(angle of eye) vision  that is my punya only.Thinking like this  in mind only hoisted victory flag in mind only. In mind as madness of sairandri was increasing  reached house. On this side sun set.

 

51)East direction lass(digvanithe) getting decorated thilaka of sandal,,hand mirror of Rathidevi,show of manmatha’d awardto burn the seperateds only born  shining charcoal(kenda)-like this what shall I say,moon took birth at night and enlighted world.

 

52)Chakravaka birds feared. Kid bees  attacking lotuses absorbed nector.blossomed lotus flowers  closed.Sea boiled.Prostituted feared.minds of seperateds  moon set spark and burnt.

 

53)As ego increased  to  kichaka,came to his palace  in cool bed of buds telling ‘haa’ getting upset fell.”to kill me only moon rise has happened.That sinner brahma  to that fickle eyed sairandhri why has given this much of beauty”worried like this.

 

54)In order to cool putting vilya’s (pan’s) campher crystals  brought flame only. If fragrant application was done to body, it burnt and became charred.If water packet was made to play on body, burnt. Matured moon light like melted thavara(metal)  burnt body.

 

55)spread tender bud to heat of body of kichaka  dried up. When he breathed out  smoke came.if blowd with whirl banana (leaf)  due to his body heat it  dried up.moon,bee,naidile(water lilly), jasmines, calling by blowing hand  Manmatha became prepared  to murder of Kichaka.

 

56)to his kama(lust) heat, sandal  and camphers  applied to fan(bisanike,hand fan) became over heated  and charred. He who had loved pathivratha(chaste woman) leaving desire of prana also,on marble bead cot  was rolling.

 

57)As each moment of night  it appeared to him as yuga kichaka spent that night.In east mountain sun took borth and enlighted world. Sending their fragrant gifts  as though lotus flowers are inviting bees  it appeared. Till that much time lotuses waiting for their husband  lift sighs  touched moon he became charmless.

INDICATION: Bhima who was killer of kourava  cutting forest  named kichaka  protected droupadi,\.

 

1)As though desired death to to her brother,great sinner ,distant from good path, sudeshne  made sairandhri to come.As sairandhri came to her”Hey sairandhri,by going to my brother’s house, bring better  honey(madhu) quickly”ordered like this.

2)To Utthara kourava army  appeared like  a great ocean.Elephants themselves are oddugallus(......?).Lines of horses are  waves, whirl appearing due to movement of chariots,foam of white umbrellas,foot soldiers themselves are water moving animals(aquatic animals). Instrumental musics are  sound of sea.

 

3)  blowing  swords shining  themselves are sparks, brightness of ornaments  red colour flame,Sound of army is chata chata sound. Dust rised above is flame,like this to utthara  appeared like forest fire.

 

4)Whether these are elephants,garland of  coluds of pralaya(total destruction) time),is this noise of army,noise of garadi(gymnasium) house of thunderbolts,fire smoke of end of kalpas(epochs),weapons, group of hills in underground,s groups of flags,,sea which has come for destruction of world,,army i don’t know utthara told.

9) Chariot was running forward. Body of utthara became inert(jada). Body shrunk. With fear hairs became erect. Body became hot.  Body Pars shook. Due to increase of fear  palate and lips dried up. Thinking that eye lid may get burnt  utthara  closed face with hands.

 

10) Utthara’charioteer why are you running chariot forward and  cutting throat?Let burn your work. Will not eye break?Even gods can’t face it. You have not even a thil size of viveka.Enough pull  bridle(lagamu). Enough,pull bridle and return back”told.

2)”elephants and horses of army  are pouring  tears. From sheath pulled out swords are breaking falling down. As though army to fear  storm is blowing. In sky stars are appearing  during day time.red colour rain is falling. Another Sun system is appearing”Drona told.

 

3)”earthquake is happening.,in directions,directions comets are appearing,Flags are rolling,Solar system is seen  excess. This producing fear to mind.these are not signs of development to king. Arjuna will not leave us without hitting.”like this Drona told.

 

4)”Hanumantha is roaring so as   to break  universe(brahmanda).Noise of devadattha(Arjuna’s cone,shankha) is great. Sound of Gandiva is heard. Arjuna’s kindles (nistura) loin roar is heard. Neighing(hesharava) of horses is heard.  Adventorour wrestler Arjuna has come for war”.

9) “Arjuna  fought with shiva.Indra’s khandava vana(forest) when agni(firegod) requested  gave as offer(Ahuthi).At the time of Rajasujaga utthara   carried  kurus treasure to palace  and came. Resident of  hiranyakapura  kalakeya  destroyed nivathakavachas.”.

19) Up to your throat I will pull your tongue. Kourava honouring you only, let him make me away from durbar. Blaming very honourables  laughing you I will kill. Great good soldier  Ashwatthama  pulled out his sword.

 

20) both valients  with jealousy talking  beyond limit  kourava stoping dispute of these two  with good words “upon those who have come to war, show your valience, don’t do mutual fight”consoled like this.

 

21)Kourava went near Bhishma “if he is Arjuna only, pandavas should go away from  state  should go away  again for thirteen years. In my  consideration to complete ajnathavasa(unidentified living)  there are stil few days. told.Then bhishma told with laugh like this.

 

22)Bhishma “In a duration of ten years  two adhika months(rxtra months) will come. Including those they have completed  ajnathavasa. According to account of those who know, yesterday’s day is yours. Ths day is of pandavas”told.

39)Shields  were cut and fell,enclosures(kavachas) helmets were cut.arms were cut, necks were cut half,bones broke,thighs were cut.snerves teared,intestines(guts),gall bladder,gulmas(spleens), came out.skins were torn, blood poured.foot soldiers fell.

2)Ten thousand rathikas(one who sits on chariot for war and not charioteer) fell on Arjuna.Drums were beated. Harsh sound of horns  spread. Flags were covering sky. Due to innumerable   sound of Nissales  head tops(netthies) of hills were split(cut).

 

3)Chambaka,hare,dhamaruga(drum),gomukha,doude,nagari,dindima horn,  with all these kourava army  attacked Arjuna.

 

4)Athjirathas of kourava army,”Arjuna  as cows returned again,, to pride mountain, see  diamond weapon. To enthusiasm of killing army  this is sea fire(vadavagni). Those who were defeated again came for war. All army gathered together.  How we will survive” like thids asked to Arjuna.

 

81)“utthara ,be bold without fear. This force pf enemy army is like snow.what if snow covers sun? This is not talk of mouth. I will win this army with one arrow”while arjuna was telling like this kourava army  attacked him.

 

82)As dark of army  covering sun,cloud pieces  as though  catching pulling  saree border of air,,kourava army together, while coming treading dead bodies, Arjuna invested(kept) sammohanasthra in Gandiva. Due to effect of sammohanasthra  soldiers of Kourava army, as extraordinary sleep came, swinging body that and this side,breathing as though at the time of uthkramana (while  prana going after leaving body), snoring  covering head  slept in groups.

 

84)Innumerable elephants  which were in sarmy of  Bhishma and drona,,swinging body,,as ears got hanged, folding legs, s keeping trunks inside, shaking rolling neck, slept.thinking vwhy belephants are doing like this, angry soldiers  slept due to intoxication.

 

85)s eyes of horses closed half.hairs became groups.neck became curved  at half.  Standing on back legs  shaking hoves(gorasu)  along with  jenu beds  horses  became drowsy. On golden maragodus  ravuthas slept.

87) due to rise of pride of sammohanasthra  krips forgot body.  Drona slept with Ashwatthama,  losing tightness of bow in hand  karna slept in chariot.  Including Duryodhana  excetra  whole army became sleep interested(sleepy).

 

88)To jiva family(birth-death-birth)  as they get , to army sleep covered.In forest of war field, athirathas getting caught in pain of sammohanasthra   underwent defeat.

 

89)In three stages of awakenness,dream,sleep  having pride that I am doer  becoming one  forgets his truth. But to jnani who is in natural (shajavasthe) of thuryavasthe  there is no attachment of  these stages(avasthes). Though whole army was in sleep, Bhishma was shining  itting on chariot .

 

90) arjuna with sammohanasthra  made to fall  leven Akshohini  army  across. Gods on seing that  did flower rain(pushpavristi) and danced. Chiefs(chieves)  of kourava army,kings  arjuna made to allow chariots.  

 

91) Getting down from his chariot arjuna did namaskarams to  drona and Bhishma. To utthara ‘bring ksrna’s  crown and clothes,duryodhana’s  clothes and ornaments’ told.

 

92) making to remove shirorathna (head rathna) ,Bhurishrava,jyadratha, vishoka, excetras crowns and ornaments, making them so as to break, arjuna rised his chariot.

 

93)As per order of Arjuna, utthara getting down from chariot,  Duryodhana,karna,kripa, Ashwatthama’s  clothes and ornaments by pulling rised chariot. Then Bhishma held bow and obstructed  arjuna.

 

94) Arjuna cut bow of Bhishma with two arrows. Cutting crown of Duryodhana   with three arrows, Arjuna returned. Keeping weapons in banni(shami) tree only,In previously brought chariot,  wearing dress of bruhannale  with uttharareturned to mathsyanagara.

2)keeping weapons in banni(shami) tree  correcting small chariot brought from  town, arjuna became charioteer.  Hanumantha getting down from chariot, stroking body of arjuna  went to his garden. Stoping chariot near town,  arjuna with laugh told to utthara like this.

 

3)Arjuna” call messengers and tell that you only have won war.  Don’t tell to anybody the fact that we are here today.town people and family relatuves  in joy of your  victory celebration  joy only,slet your father honour yoy only. Do what I have told”.

 

4)On arjuna telling like this, utthara “you only know,good,I will do like that only.”like this calling messengers ‘go near our father  and tell that your son has won kourava army’like this ordered. On this side virata came to palace with kanka.

 

5)without seing  utthara  in palace ,virataon asking’where is son?’to war with kourava army  utthara making guru bruhannale as charioteer,  without desiring help of war  went to war”told like this.

 

6) On hearing these words  as it happened as though  a sharp weapon breakinmg in body, virata getting upset,’ayyo where is utthara ‘where is kourava army?.when Bhishma excetras have come for war,  boldness of fighting with them  does he have?to war like that is he shiva! What a mad adventure son has done”like this worried.

 

7)For helping utthara ministers were sorrowful on sending army.In town hoise of upset was heard.In town few were  started suure(rob?).ssvery quickly messengers came to virata ‘lord,in town rise flag.send to welcome prince who is coming after victory’like this requested.

 

8)”utthara is elder to  all princes! On part of enemy princes hitting rolling axe.he is one who destroyed kourava.lion to kourava elephants. What a joyful news! Karna,Drona,Bhishma excetra  winning all kourava army  utthara kumara has released cows”like this messengers told.

 

9)On listening this news  virata  was happy. His eyes blossomed. Romance happened.Hearing news with full joy  gave plenty of gifts  to messengers.Messengers attracted kings durbar.

 

10)viratra  ordered  to welcome utthara. Women of palace etting decorating with  rathna ornaments,wearing peculiar dresses ,while mrudanga and horns were sounding,  got prepared to welcome utthara.

 

11)Virata:kanka, I can’t prevent joy  which has been produced today. Nmow my mind is willing to play gambling with you.  

Kanka:king,by gambling Pandavas got destroyed. Who know their bad condition in this world?

 

12)pandava gave their state as challenge  and got defeated.  I am not keeping pana(challenge).s some how on seing development of son I have become much happy.In thjis time of celebration time, I want to plsy pagade. Spread pagade cloth and keep nuts(kayi,pan).

 

13) while game was moving equally, virata”kanka,see,by doing war with kourava army utthara has won. Enemy soldiers who are not even defeated by shiva  got defeated by my son.  Among humans,gods, is there anybody who can  make utthara to defeat?”tell,told like this.

 

14)Then kanka “enemy army got defeated,  cors returned,This win is curious,amazing I think.if there is world famous charioteer, from where is fear to Rathika.like this people tell.due to that it has happened like this”told.

23)virata”who is she,who is hermit(sanyasi), wht is relation  of dance expert Bruhannale to her ?I don’t know it’s  leg joint.why this worry to me”like this aviveki(one who has no descrition power of good and bad,right and wrong)virata kept quiet.  On this side in mathsyapura to see virata  there was heavy rush to see him.

29)”son,you have won  Bhishma,Drona,karna alone. In ancients of our family,was there such great valience?  Why are you sorrowing?  To face of your parents you have brought joy. To you who elses subordination?  Why have you bent your head?”telling like this lifted up face of  utthara.

 

30)Utthara:one who fought war is different ,why this hospitsality to me who was charioteer? If you are doing  this  hospitality How shall I  say don’t? don’t make me to shy.

 

Virata:you only are the valient who have fought war.  Utthare’s dance guru Bruhannale was  your charioteer.  Son, don’t argue,  I know your valience.

 

31)Utthara to father””where is valience to me? Don’t disturb(disperse) what is baked. He is different who won war which happened at day time.I will show him at the time of sunrise tomorrow. Send me off”telling like this, went to his house.

34) Bhima,nakula,sahadeva  the way in which they won thrigarthas,defeat of kourva army  while arjuna was telling, dharmaja saw sun on forehead.”What is this From forehead of brother small  blood dots are oozing out”like this Arjuna asked.

39)”for these we were dependents,now if we trouble him,what world people will say?  Don’t be hurry ,tolerate. As a result of our sins, to us  time has come to experience pain.for this if we trouble people, there will be loss  to us only.ss”on elder brother telling like this, bhima told like this.

 

40)”For thirteen years due to time religion named disease  suffering, by  searching eating roots and tubers, struggling was  it not enough?If it is continued, when will our royal thejas(brightness) will shine?  Ypou don’t know our mind.  Leave my hand”like this bhima told.

 

41)yudhistira “tomorrow morning we shall rise his throne and sit.  If he opposes it we shall kill him. If welcomes happily  let us honour. This only is proper way” telling like this  consoled Bhima.

4)remembering hariharas  five brothers rising, did mangala bath. Better clothes,sandal,flowers getting decorated, donated  gold,Rathna, cows to brahmins(did sankalpa).

 

5)like sun  breaking throat of  of dark and coming out,like athma(self) which has lost  illusion that I am jiva,kshathra thejas(brightness)  enlighting ten directions ,yudhistira  enlighted with great thejas(brightness).

 

6)Completing  great sacrifice  named sathyavratha ,doing avabhrutha bath, Yudhistira came to palace of king, rised throne and sat.  His brothers were indulged in his feet service.

 

7)Kanchkies who came to see who is prideful who has rised  who has rised throne of king,fearing to obstruct kshathra thejas of Pandavas,awakening virata informed matter.

 

8)Kanchukies ‘on throne of jiya (king)  indra,shiva,Vishnu somebody has come and sit.they are not humans,it is impossible to guard”on requesting like this,devaraja who came and sat like this  virata thought who might he be.

 

9) purohithas ,pradhanas, and utthata making to come, virata came to  durbar .as though moon rays melting  and emitting out, appearing pearls  of ornaments  light saw from distance.

 

10)Sadyojatha,Vamadeva,thathpurusha,Aghora,  called present in middle of four faces,  saw yudhistira sitting in midst of four brothers.  By his  left  side  wearing many kinds of ornaments  rays  in middle Droupadi was sitting. Eyes of observers  shined.

 

11) These are mandaleshwaras of gods who resemble humans only.Is anybody equal to these!on seing these is it proper to jealous? These can’t be seen by opening eyes.  This is  front part of shiva’s  thejas only.like this wondered virata thought.

 

12)few among family relatives who saw them’these are resembling kanka,valala, bruhannale .’like this talked among themselves. These are not humans but gods  few told. Few talked we are not knowing anything.Then utthara pushing people that and this side  joining hands to father with laugh(told).

 

13)”father,who are seen here are arjuna.in front of him is Bhima who killed kichaka.  He is nakula,standing on left is sahadeva.On throne is eldest brother of all these dharmaja’like this utthara told.

 

14)these are better charectred  serious(gambhira) Pandavas.  She is their wife.  As these re here  to us bhagya Lakshmi(luck Lakshmi)  has done more grace.let us do namaskarams to feet of these.by bthat we will become blessed ,come’like this utthara told.

 

15)Really he only is Dharmaja. He is bhimsa, he only is arjuna,these are Nakula and Sahadevas.,she is droupadi! These who are world famous  from where they came and joined here?”like this Virata wondered.

 

16)”by different names and dresses  they have spent on year with us in ajnathavasa(unidentified living). Will not athma jnani look like to eyes of world as mad?like that Pandavas were in service profession here.by their arrival we became king .it is fruit’like this utthara told.

 

17) making to bring gold and rathnas  virata gave gift to Pandavas and did namaskarams. “high emperor grace,protect”prayed like this.

 

18)”I did crime to you.you are king of kindful. My head  is servent to you.protect this. “telling like this  virata, along with ministers and children  consoling mind of dharmaja  made to grace.

 

19) sudeshne along with utthare and lasses  giving gift to droupadi  did namaskarams. Family relatives,citizens(town people), country people  gave gift to dharmaja  and dud namaskarams.

 

20)Dharmaraja on seing Bhimarjunas with smile (in order to kill virata they were angry .later they came to know that it is wrong  and accepted their mistake)they joined hands and bent head.making to remove gift(kanike)  ministers and all who had come there,Dharmaja saw with  vision of grace.

 

21) lifting up virata  later making him to sit near he moved  a little away from dharmaja,sitting in  seat by side,it is our punya thay your darshan  happened  who is emperor.I became blessed. On this earth who is equal to me told like this.

 

22)Virata “this city,country,treasury, my jiva.all these are yours only. Today I will do pattabhisheka (throne ceremony)to you. You should accept my request”told.

 

23) Dharmaraya with laughing “king , with sweet odedience  rasadid abhisheka(holy bath).  Again there is no need of pattabhisheka(throne ceremony(it will be dvirukthi). You are ours,this country is ours, these people are ours.these words are enough. No need of formality”like this told to virata.

 

24)”I have no any kind of sorrow, as result of gambling  bhimarjunas the difficulties which they have undergone  has stood in their mind. Killing Duryodhana excetras in war when to enter Hasthinapura  that anxiety they have”like this Dharmaraja told.

 

25)then utthara doing namaskarams to yudhistira “Mine  a request,my sister utthare I will give to Arjuna,you should accept”told. Dharmaja asked  utthara to rise up ,saw towards Arjuna with smile. Then arjuna told  his mind’s  decision .

 

26)”one year ,in secret country,with feeling that she is daughter,I taught dance education.She also with feeling of daughter only honoured me.In great respect of guru ,leaving it  she is my queen to tell like this  which count?If wanted give her to Abhimanyu”like this arjuna requested.

 

27)’to you what arjunsa?what  Abhimanyu?let marriage happen” virata on telling like this, Dharmaraja gave vilya to him’our supreme lord,,prana of  we five, Yadava Shiromani(head bead)  as krishna we will listen”told.

 

28) dharmaja”we are lord of state,our lord is Srikrishna ,if he accepts we have no obstruction  of any kind. We should ask him” he told. Virata”Dharmaja,you are my guru.By grace of your feet if you show krishna  that itself is Paramartha.whether he accepts to marriage or not,that is not important”told like this.(kruthartha= what is to be got is got).

 

 29)Making to write request letter  to Srikrishna, packing many gifts,in hands of  messengers who move fastly, sent to Srikrishna.  Messengers doing journey after journey  came to dvarake and entered palace.

 

30)Watchman  informed message of arrival of  pandava’s messemger.According oder of srikrishna he was brought  to durbar.pandava’s messengers did namaskarams to Srikrishna and gave pandava’s  letter.

 

31)srikrishna with slight laugh, honouring them,asked safety of Pandavas and droupadi. Messengers’as there is worry of protecting devotees to you,,is bit a wonder that they are all living happily”told.

 

32)messengers”jiya,Pandavas  to your feet,to queens residence(ranivasa) ,Balarama,Vasudeva,Devaki,ugrasena,to kulagurus  Akrura and uddhava,,kruthavarma, Sathyaki, Samba,to Pradyumna and Aniruddha have sent these gifts.

 

33) Srikrishna with slight laugh, removing gifts  on seing  sandhivigrahi  who was by side,he taking that letter,’request’telling like this started to read. There was silence in durbar.

 

34)dharmaja’s letter was like this:

Svasthi,demonrajas called  attacking on head of elephants, like ankusha(goard)  hiting(injuring),yadukula  lion,remover of fear of births and deaths,by your little thejas(brightness)  holding sudarshana chakra(wheel)   which exceeds  brightness of  hundred suns ,o,parathpara  Srikrishna,listen to request of kunthi’s sons.

 

35)god by your grace sanjeevini,our pranas  liking  body house only  are there only. We kicked back(completing)  forest living and came.ajnathavasa also completed  To our eyes your body vision (darshana)  named Amrutha drink has to be made.

 

36)duration of Ajnathavasa(unidentified living)  we spent in viratanagara.By seing us in order to send us to  forest living(vanavasa) again, kourava came with his army.his army broke into pieces. Virata recognising us who won the war,  wants to give his daughter  to Abhimanyu. Consider this news.

 

37)God, marriage is a neva(false cause?,new) you should give darshan of your sripadas.You should remve sorrows  and difficulties of  forest living and ajnathavasa. Should console   our mind. By pouring rain of  suitable words  our enthusiasm plant should be protected.

 

38) “kindful, you kindly come here and protect devotees I request. Like newly delivered cow coming in search of  it’s calf, should come.lotus feet devotees are your family.This is your oath. Honouring our request, coming here give mahaprasada.”like this  letter written by  dharmaraya sandhivigrahi

(grasper of situation at once) read and finished.

 

39) On listening to letter of Dharmaraya , srikrishna with unlimited joy, gor romantic. Due to supreme friendship on devotees, “shiva shiva   we listened progress of yudhostira  and defeat of kouravas9once at end) heard!”thinking like this noded head.

 

40)Srikrishna” mava(maternal uncle’s)  children  by challenge how did they spend ajnathavasa!This is our punya.-father Vasudeva  was spending time with sorrow of sister kunthi,,how can we live without worry?”telling like this, present sorrowing continuously. (shiva shiva that pain ended).”like this Srikrishna told.

 

41)Srikrishna”When Pandavas were remembering (me) with difficulty  we (yadavas)were living happily in  state. To those who were under pain good time has come.   Their beauty is our beauty.  Their sorrow is our sorrow. The progress which has come to them  is ours only”said.

 

42)”when good time comes,  good upon good will happen.  Progress of Pandavas is first good(Shubha). Apart from that  sister subhadra’s son  abhimanyu’s marriage.joy time has comeLet all yadavas go”like this Krishna ordered.

 

43) To messengers of Pandavas,making them sandal excetras treatment, gave a letter  and sent. Messengers returned to mathsyanagara  informed kindness of srikrishna to Pandavas.

 

44) Pandavas in northern part of  viratanagara ,constructing uppaplavya named city, got down in good auspicious time(sumuhurtha)(did opening ceremony). In that vast city(moon and sun excetra) had constructed  streets vastly. After coming to residence there, sending gifts friend kings invited. Pandavas got uttharotthara (later and later) development.

 

45) Pandavas sent letters and gifts to all kings. Drupada king Neela,yudhumanyu, Dhrustadyumna,Shikhandi with these with three Akshohini army  went to upaplavya.

 

46)Pandavas welcomed droupadi’s side relatives with joy.They welcomed all kings with joy.s More wealth, free materials, came. Mangala work of marriage  continued with great grandeur(vaibhava).

 

47)After  preparing stable for horses and elephants  ,confirming arrival of Srikrishna  servents told”see krishna came”. They decorated upaplavya cty better.  Flower decorations in streets, bunches of navarathnas s, decorated front portions of roofs (rooves?), were found in streets and streets of upaplavya.

 

48) On jagulies(stone stages) of house houses  sprinkled pannir. Fron kasthuri sadus  cleaning floars of houses,drew kumkuma karane(kaarane). By better pictures decorated   walls of houses.  Tied festoons(thorana) to houses. In golden plates holding kalasha mirror were standing to welcome.

51)  Pandavas who saw garudadhvaja (eagle flag) of srikrishna, with drupada and virata  getting down from pallakkies, doing dirghadanda (long stick) namaskarams   went by walk. Seing all these Srikrishna  getting down from elephant   came by walk near Pandavas.

 

52) Devotthama srikrishna, what kind of god he is .If vedas come in search of him  moving aaway he is not  available  vedas, not seen by mind of mananasheela(recapitulating) munies, let my children stand at distance, call devotees near me. I will live by giving myself only to them(devotees). Sadhu of such mental attitude.  He walked and came towards Pandavas.

 

53) At the time of journey  red dust rised by leg tread of  army, was sitting clothes of  Srikrishna.  While moving path  due to sweat  of heat ,on cheeks of Srikrishna sweat drops were appearing. Vandimagadhas(admirers) appreciating  greatness of srikrishna, were showing path.  Due to kindness on devotees,  his face was emitting smile.  Pandava’s army took darshan  of that greatly great(mahamahima).  

 

54)elephants  bending their  long trunk(sondilu) behind, did namaskarams to Srikrishna. Horses by neighing(hesharava)  swinged body. Soldiers by darshan of srikrishna,became romantic  forgetting themselves(body)  swinged in ocean of joy.

 

55) women who came to welcome, were not satisfied by drinking  beauty Amrutha  of  Srikrishna how ever much. In  beauty  is  manmatha’s father Poor’ talking like this  were caught by divine beautiful shine of srikrishna.

 

56)Yudhistira filling up rathnas in bogase(Anjali?) pouring to feet of Srikrishna did namaskarams.bhima Arjuna Nakula,sahadeva, virata,Drupada  excetra all  did namakarams.

 

57)Srikrishna lifting up Dharmaraja ,embraced so as not to move back(tightly). embraced Bhima excetras with  joy. Homoured  kings. At that time Droupadi   along with friendlasses(sakhies)  and found Srikrishna.

 

58) Accepting gifts of Droupadi  srikrishna sent  her to ranivasa(harem,Anthahpura). After seing all ranivasa people  Droupadi gave gifts  and thanked.

 

59)ssYudhistira Vasudeva,Devaki,balaraa, Ugrasena seing all these thanked.Subhadra did namaskarams to  bhavas(brother in laws). Abhimanyu embraced Pandavas with joy.

62)Vasudeva “to my son srikrishna  father and mother also not,not hand held wife also, I have believed my devotees only he tells. If they pain he  will also pain. Their happiness is my happiness tells’told.

 

63)Vasudeva told to dharmaraya  about nature of Srikrishna like this. “he will not give attention even to  wives and children. He is not bothered his own state and treasure. To  those who have believed hari only is  more, giving himself  to them,devotees family holder.  Behavior of my son is not kindless (cruel,nistura).

76)In this good muhurtha’s  good news time,many horns sounded.All became enthusiastic.kanyavarana happened according to vaidika method.yadsu and panchala lasses rnjoyed.Mettakki ( Treading rice) ,jira and jaggary were prepared.

83)Gandha kasthuri,pannirs flood land became wet. Directions became fragranceful.  Drizlings(droplets) sea also became fragranceful.  Sun also after becoming fragranceful,  it is not a wonder that in air fragrance  filled.By fragrance of Okuli  even gods became satisfied.

 

84)Earth,treasure,females,elephants,horses,foot soldiers, cows virata  gave  gift to son in law Abhimanyu.Yadavas,panchalas,mathyas  by gift of better  materiala vehicles  honoured.

 

85)After marriage of Abhimanyu,  Dharmaraya “Abhimanyu’s marriage  took place easily(well). By darshan of Srikrishna our  our development doubled.Though pledged earth to kourava,  we protected truth”thinking like this,to Srikrishna “next program  with kindness give order”like this requested
